Looks well kept & quiet. Close to everything.
What a great town!
Went with my son to look at apartments. Manager was real cool and friendly. But one bedroom apartment is just that, no space, no closets. Okay for my son, I guess. Just a little small for my taste. Area is iffy......
This was my first apartment in 2012. It’s nice. We made some good memories but honestly the price is too high for the small size. I’ve since lived in much bigger spaces for cheaper.
Very quiet and friendly complex. Top of the line given the area.
Very clean. Nice. Well maintained.
The great place to get all the things you need
I lived here for 3 months (November 2017-Feb 1st 2018). This is by far the WORST place to live. Before signing the lease, we told the property manager (Jack) that we had a dog and he was over the weight limit. The weight limit is 20 pounds and my dog was well over that. He told us that it was fine a lot of the times no one says anything anyway, Anything he could say to get us to sign the lease and live there. We put 70 pounds on the application and someone went through and put a period between the 7 and 0, making it read 7.0 pounds rather than 70. Now that’s a HUGE difference. Why would I put that my dog is 7.0 pounds when clearly he’s well over that? And also, who knows the exact weight of their animal down to the .0 range? So fast forward to the first night we stayed. Of course, we celebrated the end of our apartment search with a couple of friends who lived pretty close. I get a call around 11 o’clock at night from Jack, saying that the old man was freaking out because my friend had parked in his parking spot. (Mind you this guy had ONE car and you’re allowed ONE space for each car, the maximum being two cars and his car was already parked in the exact same spot he parked it in for the remainder of our stay there) So no big deal, we’ll move the car. Well this dude thought it was a HUGE deal and was about to call the cops. We were never told anything about where to park and what parking spots were taken, so naturally we thought it was open parking. Okay so not a big deal, things went smoothly up until about a month ago. I was taking my dog outside before we headed back to our hometown for the day, and we see the guy who complained about the car. He said to me “is that your dog?” I replied with “yes sir” and he said “better hope the landlord doesn’t find out”. A little confused I just kind of chuckled and walked away. What HE didn’t know is that this animal is my emotional support animal, paperwork to prove. So fast forward to a few days later, I paid my rent for January. I work two jobs and go to school full time, so i had to find a time where I could take a few minutes to drop off the check. The girl at the desk (Kelly) said that someone called and complained about my dog, that’s where the application comes back into play. On this application, it said we had put 7.0 pounds down. FALSE. I informed her that I had a list of other things to get done before I ran out of time that day, and that she could call me the next day at a certain time and i’d be happy to talk. She never called back. So naturally, I think it’s not really a big deal anymore. I was wrong. We had a note left on our door saying to get rid of the dog. I called and informed them that he was my emotional support animal and that I had the paperwork. She said that doesn’t matter, he’s over the weight limit and that’s that. Which its illegal to deny me housing because of my dog. She said that we could either move out or that they would start the eviction process. She gave my boyfriend and I a WEEK to find somewhere else to live, and pack all of our stuff and move out. I was forced to miss class to look for other apartments because of this. We brought up the fact that there are other big dogs there, that are clearly over the weight limit. She basically said that I was lying, but I have video proof of TWO dogs bigger than mine. She also stated that someone called and said he was barking for an hour while we were gone, which I told her couldn’t be true because I had left just 15 minutes prior to that, and he wasn’t barking when I left. Fast forward to yesterday (Jan 31, 2018) my boyfriend was moving the rest of our stuff out and sends me a video PROVING that it wasn’t even our dog that was doing the barking. We got kicked out of our apartment for something that wasn’t even our fault, and for having a dog over the weight limit. That being said, this place is horrific. We paid $634 for a tiny apartment and now pay $670 for one that doesn’t make me pay pet rent bc he’s my emotional support animal and lets me have him regardless. This place is also WAY bigger.
Staff is great, nice simple apartments!
A lovely, small place to live but with HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Dont bother living here if you ever want your security deposit back, the management is too lazy to stick a stamp on a check. They were rude when we asked the first few times and the fifth time we called (after 2 months of waiting), she blamed me for it. Very unpleasant customer service.
I have a client that lives there. It only has three washers and dryers for about 200 apartments
Nice little park
Clean apartments
