My brothers and I lived in Campus View Rental properties for 3 1/2 years. The landlord was incredibly fair, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about her residents. The two properties we rented were very well maintained and even had central AC (a luxury in off-campus living). Rent was very fair and laundry was on-site.

I have lived in a Campus View Rental house for about a year and a half now with my 4 roommates and have nothing but good things to say! The house is in great shape compared to many of the houses in Akron and whenever a problem comes up it is fixed within a day or two. You can tell that this is a home, not just a house. Has been very well maintained throughout its life!

When searching for houses to rent last year, it became obvious that campus view rentals has some of the nicest and most well kept homes around. Renting off of campus view rentals has been a great experience. All of the homes are nicely renovated and the landlord makes it a priority that everything is in excellent working order. She responds quickly to any concerns that we have ever had and really cares about her tenants as well as her homes.
