If I could give 0 stars thats exactly where I would start!! Please read all of the honest reviews given by others before proceeding with this con artist company! I gave a 500.00 deposit to Elizabeth the leasing manager at Foxtail Glen. Upon further review I decided to not sign a lease with Castle Apartments considering their unprofessional and negative background. I messaged Elizabeth about my refund and was told within 5-7 business days I would receive a check. Complete lie which resulted in me calling corporate who continued to run their scam of saying my check was in the mail. This was May 20th and its now June 7th. Everytime I called corporate they lied and said Covid-19 was the cause of the delay. Common sense would tell a professional company that clearly it doesnt take almost a month so lets reissue another refund. But since it doesnt benefit them they wont which resulted in me having to report them to the Better Business Bureau. This matter will now be finalized in smalls claims court. Please stay clear away from any property that Castle Apartments INC owns or you will be the next victim of their illegal ways

As others have stated, they will do anything to withhold your security deposit. I lived at Foxtail Glen for 4 years and normal wear and tear was counted as negligence and received none of my deposit back.Both times I tried to contact their maintenance over broken equipment I was shrugged off and told that it was working fine so I stopped calling.I also had multiple billing accidents where I was charged for missing renters insurance they had already received among other things, so under no circumstance should you let them auto bill you.There was also the mandatory internet upgrade a year or two ago that forced us into using spectrum wifi for an additional $75 per month, so dont bother if you prefer having a wired connection or care about who your provider is.I will never do business with this company again.

I was very disappointed to receive 5.00 out of my 300 dollar deposit. I lived at foxtail glen apts for 4 years.For the most part it was okay, we never had a Office Manager that u could go to for anything, they changed like the weather, but anyway I never got a walk thru when I moved in. I went in and wrote down everything that was wrong in the apt including trash behind the refrigerated. Now ur charging me for touch up paint and stained carpet in the bedroom. after 4 years I would think you would need to paint and clean the carpet anyway. You could have saved a stamp and kept the 5 dollars but I feel that this is very unfair, and I will be persuing this legally and I do have pictures and my move in form.
