I am very appreciative of this company. I applied to look for a new job with this company and when they asked me what I’m looking for, I told them and they were very quick to get me an interview with the job I’m currently at. They have always been professional and have helped me with anything I needed. I definitely recommend going through them if anyone is in search for a new job.

I regret that I didnt share this review of Aiken Staffing back when I was still an employee in 2016. From the moment I applied with them, I had a positive experience. Staff were friendly, and I was given the full run-down on how everything works. After reviewing my resume, they thought that I would be a good fit for their professional services staffing with my administrative experience, though I didnt have a degree. They matched me with a company that was looking for qualifications like mine, I was permanently hired after a few months, and Ive been with that employer for almost four years now. I had never used a staffing agency to find work before, and wasnt sure what the process would really look like. Now, I tell everyone looking for work to find a great staffing company like I did. I appreciate every day what Aiken Staffing was able to do for me.

I went to MAU and asked them if they could help me find a job. All they did was tell me to apply online. They didnt even try to assist me in any way. The same day I went to Aiken Staffing Associates and they got me a job the next day! I worked there for a few months with Aiken Staffing on temp service. Now I am hired on full time at the company and Im making very good money. Every employee at Aiken Staffing is very helpful in every possible aspect. No matter who you are they treat you nice and do their best to find a job that matches your needs. They will work with anyone. They will work with anything. Everyone is given an opportunity at Aiken Staffing. Experience & education, or not they will do theyre best to find a way to help you get a job. They even try to find a job that matches your skill set or your available hours. They have plenty of connections with amazing employers that arent just looking for temp services. They put you at companies that will most likely hire you on if you are a hard worker. If the company They put you with doesnt hire you or you dont like it, they will keep finding you different jobs until you get a match. They even offer their own benefits such as health insurance. The employees are always understanding and there for you when you need them. I am very happy with my experience at Aiken Staffing and I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a job. Wow, receptionist is extremely rude over the phone. Asked if Im trying to reach a doctor when I asked if I needed to make an appointment. Said, We dont hire for any entry level positions When the owners statement clearly says anything between janitorial and management. Im appalled at the attitude I received, and I will let everyone know how Aiken Staffing Associates treats their clients.In response to your reply. I would never waste my time with an organization that talks down to perspective clients in such an unprofessional manner.

When I moved down to Aiken South Carolina. This was the 1st place that I visited but was surprised with the low paying jobs. How can anyone live on these $9 an hour mfg. jobs. Aiken Staffing, we can do better lets start finding work for people with college degrees.

Having just moved to Aiken, South Carolina. Went down to the agency spent 2.5 hours down there filling out paperwork. The girls down there were very friendly, I was informed online and in person by Elizabeth that the Educational document would not disqualify me from work (remember we just moved here and everything was in disarray, diploma got lost in move) everything was good to go, had interview set up then was told and i quote We really need your eduactional document.Lets review: online stated NO HS OR GED REQUIRED, in person will not disqualify you from working then at the last minute we really need that document.Might have more buisness if you guys would get your story straight.UPDATE: Las Vegas sent transcripts finally but I will not waste anymore time at this place.
