I have been here a couple of times and usually the service is decent. This time around it was awful. For starters the older woman working there was extremely rude. I was looking at the menu deciding what I wanted and she kept hurrying me up. The pedicure was fine, the older gentleman did it and it was good. He has done my pedicure before and it lasted a while. This time, however, it lasted 5 days! The gel polish from my toenails is falling off. 😡😡 $50 for a 5 day pedicure is not worth it. I payed extra for the gel polish to make sure it lasted longer and it did not.

My favorite shop for the last 20 years Kim and her staff are awesome!!!! Always happy to see them. Her niece is awesome at pedicures. Love Kim for my fullsets and Peter love my manicures when I do get them!!!! Very budget friendly they are not like the other shops where they push other things you dont need

Today I decided to give this salon a try I got a pedicure and a manicure pedicure was fine but as I moved on to get my manicure the guy rushed my whole set and left my set lumpy and uneven as I walked out of the salon I looked at them and decided to walk back in and tell him about the lack of detail and sloppy work. The guy smirked and laughed and said we fix for you. I got soo upset and began to cry because he did not take it seriously and get that there was no one else in line to do their nails. He passed me over to a different technician to fix my nails which she did and I was pleased with them. I asked to speak to him before I left and I explained his unprofessionalism and he laughed and said have fun bye and refused to let me speak. I Will never come back here.

Never had a pedicure before. As a guy I thought it would be weird. Now I recommend it. Dead skin? No problem. Ingrown nails? Instant relief. Men, go with your lady. It takes a little getting used to but I promise it will be a game changer. Almost like getting new feet!

The manager or so called owner was very rude and impolite . The owner was even smacking her husband and yelling because he told me one price and she wanted to charge me double the price . She also made that scene in front of my daughter and caused her to get scared .

I was not pleased with my nails, the shape was uneven, the polish was bumpy & they made my foot bleed really bad when I got the callus remover 😞

The towel he used was the same one that had been used for the previous customer. He didnt clip away where my nail had lifted he just glued it and put acrylic over it. 3 days later the nail came off, Id already left for Oregon so I went to my lady there, she couldnt believe how bad my nails were. I would not go back here if it were the last place in Yuma.
