Did my nails and they kept breaking, went to get a refund and she was rude about it and didn’t give me a refund. Very unprofessional.

Wonderful place. Cute little shop with nice relaxing decor and music. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Awesome customer service. Kelley did my nails and I will be going to her from now on! The only problem was a rude customer making a scene to try and get out of paying for their services. The staff handled it well and apologized profusely for it to everyone. Amazing service and amazing work done! 10/10 highly recommend.

The wait was not long and staff member Helen Tran was very welcoming. The only thing I was unhappy about was the quality of product. I had my nails done with gel on Monday and on Wednesday of the same week, my nails were already chipping g and breaking. I had my nails done elsewhere and even the gel was completely different and I had gel on for about two and a half weeks before they started any chipping. This one looks and feels cheap.

Took a while to get my daughters eyebrows wax was not packed but other then that my daughter was satisfied

Love this place they do the best work. I’ve looked all around Yuma and It’s really hard to find a place that leaves your nails smooth with no bumps and shapes them really well and this place does just that! Really good nail techs and really good service! They always give my daughters lollipops when I go and give us waters, very nice people.

I used to love coming here up until they just became plain rude. I came in for one of two things: waxing or pedicure. The pedicures were fine but they completely burned my face with the wax. They rushed and didn’t even listen to when I told them the wax was too hot. When I came back the next day to show them my burned skin they apologized but did not return my money.

They are the Best in town I tell everyone to go there Kelly and Helen are the sweetest people I know

Its the 2nd time Ive gotten a pedicure here, and they always do a great job. Kudos to Ly Ly for the excellent work! Professional and clean; please consider coming here.

A service was I am a diabetic also a disabled veteran I cant do my own feet four nails and calluses they do an outstanding job they are very kind and patient I would recommend them highly that needs foot and leg care

Waited an hour, I was ahead of someone and they let them go ahead of me. They only have one person doing nails. I waited since I needed my nails done and all other places were closing. Would no recommend, this is not the first time it has happened. Was giving them another chance.

Acrylics are sturdy, and the woman who works on them is a sweetheart.I do recommend, havent had a bad experience do far!

Horrible service! Went to get a manicure pedicure and they did a really poor job. The nail polish started coming off as soon as I left the salon. Went back to kindly get either my money back or my nails redone and the owner stated I should have paid more money to get gel on my nails so they wouldnt chip the polish. She was very unprofessional and made up excused as to why the polish only last a couple hours if that. She would also not return my money. Very disappointed with the Salon. Definitely will NEVER go back.

Would not recommend this place. I was told the gal I had made my appointment with was away & so Jenny did my pedicure but refused to cut my toe nails & only quickly ran a file over them. Said I hurt you if I cut So here I am with one big toe nail much to long & the rest uneven. I felt rushed & unwelcome and i will not be back Last time a friend & I went there, my friends cuticles were cut so short they bled & got infected.

Cut me a bunch of times left acrylic bumpy everywhere and not even!! The gel color was running low so the color was very uneven even after 5 coats!! Worst set ive ever had! Never going back.. Ladies yelled and almost got aggressive when i told them i couldnt pay full price because of the painful cuts and i wasnt satisfied with his craft at all.. Never going back not even to have them fixed

I’m under my husband for some reason but I went and had my nails done there last week while visiting my mom and when I first walked in I felt like it was kinda dirty and I saw a bug or two scurry across the floor, but I was desperate for some attention to my nails so I stayed...The work they did was fine but that night I woke up with horrible toe pain...I just monitored it thinking maybe they dug to deep or something...Well a week later after getting back home the pain was even worse and now I could tell a pus pocket was forming the pain got so bad I couldn’t walk so I went to urgent care and sure enough I have an infection...They drained It and now I’m on antibiotics...So beware it’s not the cleanest

Husband and I went for pedicures on Monday. Worst pedicures. Very rough, not attention to detail and they cut both of us and made our toes bleed.I would not recommend this place.
