Tried to inquire about shredding services and costs but the person clearly didnt have time for questions! Why people work in Customer service but dont want to answer questions is so frustrating!

I guess Im just lucky. UPS has always been my go-to. Never lost a package through them. Other services have always lost stuff or given me the runaround. I always go to stabler lane UPS and they have always been super nice and courteous. Maybe a bit short, but they get busy, wait times are annoying with Covid but this store is great! The post office on the otherhand...

UPS LIED TO ME!!I called UPS about a package sent from wayfair.com and was told by the first two people I talked to that UPS lost the package but when I got to the claims department he told me that they never received the package even thought there was a tracking number and delivery date and told me that I had to call wayfair.com. So I called wayfair.com after hour and half on the phone with UPS just to find out that UPS was given the package and the last person straight up lied to me. I like to know how a large business like this can run so badly

They are always quick and helpful.They also were concerned for the other quests and my health in their store today as they asked a gentleman to leave for not wearing a mask. When he argued, they were politely firm and asked him to please put on a mask in the store or leave and come back when he did have one.This is where I’ll be going for copies, boxes and mail needs in the future. 👏🏼

The staff is super friendly and helpful BUT! It was little annoying that I scheduled an appointment online, received a confirmation email, and arrived early only to be told that location does not take appointments and their Notary was on lunch. The one thing I needed from the store. Thankfully I had time to return later, but for anyone with a busy schedule this is slightly frustrating.

Went in to ship a few items. Waited almost 10min while the clerk vacated her post to assist the notary. Not a huge deal there, it happens. The items I had should have been a straight return to Amazon but due to sizing, one required a box. I was explained that Id need to decide to get a box or not prior to a label being printed as it would render the label reusable if I opted to not ship. I kept trying to ask what the cost of a box would be but the clerk wanted to keep reiterating the same info even when asked point blank cost of a box. She then blurted are you going to let me finish? When I told her no, I just needed the pricing for the box to decide if Id ship, she turned to a coworker, said you need to help.her, Im leaving for lunch. In the middle of our transaction she walked away! It was highly unprofessional and childish behavior. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she works in a very customer service oriented environment and she failed. There were also several other customers that were able to witness her attitude. Side note, the other lady was completely helpful and was able to assist me to the end.

Most of the time when I go in the clerks are really nice and easy to talk to. Sometimes they are sharp and indifferent. But we all have those moments. Overall, I think they are good.

I have not had an issue at the UPS on Stabler in Yuba City. They have been wonderful and helpful. I in fact came in today with a few different things I needed done and the lady was of very helpful...I just wish I remembered her name.

Whoever was working today 12 30 19 at 2:30 p.m. has the worst customer service skills. Absolutely rude . And I wasnt even there I was on the phone with a friend that was Conducting business. Friend was asked to end the phone call Because it was disturbing other customers there was only one other. She should absolutely not work in customer service and leave her bad attitude at home. And apparently Im not the only one who thinks so look at the reviews theres a pattern.

HAVE YOU EVER RETURNED A CABLE BOX? Xfinity/Comcast? Then you’d know there’s always hiccups. I KNEW going into this it would be a mess. From the LIE Comcast said “ oh yes the return barcode label will be in your replacement box” or our best 2nd phone call yet “all you need is your account number” from xfinity . All A BIG HIGE LIE! But, what do you do?Thankfully I needed up with the manager Shulau, thank you for helping me today at the UPS store by bel air shopping center. She helped me navigate finding a barcode (3) bent ones that were over 10 years old. AS WELL AS WARNING ME KEEP THE RECEIPT FOR 6 months to a year! If I didn’t get her (after numerous attempts) I’d have gone nuts! Thank you for the TLC AND EXTRA MILE TO HELP RETURN, MY almost 80 year old moms old box replaced by a new one.Your kindness went far!Thank you,The Naylor’sBill, Judy & stacy

Tried to park in the LOADING ONLY ZONE but the car parked there still was not moved after 10 minutes of driving around. I decided to go inside and see, as I had 2 large packages I could not haul from across the parking lot. The gentlemen who I asked about the space inside of UPS said people park in their loading space with no regard for its actual use and offered to carry my packages across the parking himself. Then took my prepaid labels for both of my packages and he had me completely finished and out the door in less than 3 minutes. Absolutely (5) Stars!!!!!

Theres a clerk thats always short tempered, rude, talks really fast like she knows everything, but doesnt let you explain why you even came in.While I looked up the Amazon return instructions on my phone, which would have take 10 sec max, she left the counter and moved on to the next customer.Terrible customer service, where do they find these people?

I went into this store on 2-8-19 to send a package to Reno the lady that helped me was named Marissa. The tracking number I was given is invalid. After being on the phone with UPS customer service for over an hour they told me the tracking number that I was given was invalid and they even attempted to look my package up but the address it was getting sent to but yet there is NO RECORD of that transaction in their system. I will be going into this store on the next day they are open and be getting to the bottom of this. If they can’t find my package then they will be getting investigated by corporate and I will make sure of this. Don’t go to this store. Use FedEx or the post office. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Called this store in advance to verify that a service offered by my bank could be accomplished. The woman I spoke with on the phone told me that sometimes the machine didnt work properly and offered to check it before I came over. As she was checking, in the background I could hear someone speaking to her and she said Okay, I love you, good bye. I thought that was a little unprofessional but none of my business. She returned her attention to the phone and told me the machine was working properly.I arrived at the store at the end of my work day. There were two tellers, both busy, a man waiting and I was next in line. There were also a couple of young (4 or 5 year old) children behind the counter demanding attention and the clerk kept breaking off what she was doing with her customer to attend the child.As I waited, the store started to get busy. Lots of people filing in, the kids running back and forth behind the counter and I could tell the clerks were getting flustered. When my turn came, I went to the counter and told the woman what I was after. Without even looking at her computer or anything else she said, Yeah, but that machine doesnt work.I told her I had called and confirmed before coming over. Again without taking her eyes off of me she said, Its not working. It quit working an hour ago I asked her if she could check since itd been an hour and she looked me straight in the eye and said Its still not working, sorry... then she looked past me, over my shoulder and said Next!I cannot believe the astounding rudeness, unprofessional atmosphere and surly service at this place.I called my bank and explained to them what happened. They were very displeased and took my complete statement to include a description of the person who helped me. Apparently the bank has a contract with UPS and there are certain terms of that contract that must be filled. Fascinating.

After researching how to legally ship my shotgun to the manufacturer, I learned I could ship through UPS, Fed Ex or the postal service, but most gun owners recommended UPS or Fed Ex. I took my shotgun to this store, making sure it was disassembled and packaged according to the law before my arrival. Upon arriving to the store, the clerk asked me what I was shipping and because I knew the law required me declare what was inside, I did. The clerk then informed me it was store policy to refuse the shipment of guns. I will not be returning this store again. I am not a criminal, my weapon does not randomly shoot people. If the store is not capable of training their employees how to properly ship legally shippable items, they should not be in business.

We love the services offered at this facility. Saide ( I believe her name is Marsaides... pronounced Mercedes) is an exceptional employee. She carried heavy boxes out to our car without even being asked for help. That kind of kindness is from a good upbrining and is valued to us and should be valued as an employee. In todays culture kindness is not often seen. It came natural to this young lady and I was very impressed.

The pricing of this store is not even close to what UPS or USPS or Fedex stores would normally charged. As a franchise they can charge what ever they want apparently as i was charged tripled for insurance then UPS standard rates. I asked to speak with the person in charge and I was speaking with the manager. She really did not know much about why i was charged so much other then that is what the owner sets the prices at. I asked to speak to the owner and I never received a phone call back. They will not see my business again. The young lady in charge did ask if i wanted a refund and she was nice but the pricing is not worth the convenience.

They informed me that my package had been attempted to be delivered once... and now I have to pick it up. Basically they told me that the bpa has changed the rules so business owners have to be there on the first attempt otherwise they have to pick it up themselves...So after calling in to get my name taken off of the list... turns out they are not aware of this at all.. also Ive caught one of the guys who delivers here twice just knocking really softly, I went strait to the door (tiny place maybe 3-4 seconds) and he was litterally walking away with one of my sign packages as quickly as possibly.. its like they are trying to knock fast enough so you dont get to the door.Ill be talking to more people in ups but it sounds like from the two Ive spoken with this 1 attempt delivery and then you need to pick it up yourself doesnt exist..
