3/4 times I’ve been here the staff member was on the phone and seemed uninterested in helping me.Had shoes cleaned. Was told they’d have a stain removed and have parts repainted - that they’d be “like new”. Upon pickup, these stains were not gone and the parts were not repainted. The bottoms were still dirty. I asked about the stain, apparently they couldn’t scrub it out of this material. If so, they should have given be a refund instead of charging me almost $40.I’d ask them on Instagram about this, but it took them 5 days to respond to my question last time I messaged them.
