Absolutely the BEST experience ~ we’ve made several purchases over the years at this location The staff is ALWAYS courteous and very knowledgeable of their jewelry. My husband surprised me with a ring for our 25th anniversary and it had to be sent out for sizing. It came back earlier then promised and was absolutely GORGEOUS!! I will always shop at this location and I have referred many people, that have also been very satisfied with their experiences.

I had a VERY delightful experience with this crew. They were all so lovely and went above and beyond! Finally got my new ring enhancer and it is absolutely stunning! 10/10 would recommend!

I can’t believe this place is still open. My wife’s diamond was lost out of her wedding ring. Manager was very rude and told her it was out of warranty. Luckily my wife had the email of last time it was serviced and was still in warranty. So they take the ring to put a new stone in it. She comes home with this foggy looking pos stone. I will NEVER shop there EVER again and thank GOD word of mouth travels fast as I definitely will be telling everyone of our experience. I only wish to have read reviews about Kay’s before I went there to purchase her ring. I think they have had it with all the repairs and losing diamonds than my wife has had it on her finger. It’s missing a diamond in it now and it hasn’t been 2 weeks since she picked it up. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

Incredibly helpful staff... very knowledgeable and helpful for multiple issues. Whether it be watches or rings, and bracelets and other jewelry. Have been purchasing things from here for years and will continue to.

The first time I went in for my ring they fixed all the problems I had with the hermitage location. This time I had lost a stone and took it in and asked for them to make sure the problems i had in the hermitage location did happen and they one lady was very rude ! And I had to call and check on my ring and I was rudely told that i was called and I checked my voice mail and there was no missed call and when i picked up my ring it was fixed poorly and looks like a 2 year old fixed it they fixed a stone and didnt even bother to file down the prongs or put the right size stone back in it

We were in the mall, passed by the store, stopped, and talked about my daughter’s earring. Both the gentleman and the lady there were extremely friendly and pleasant, not to mention they were very well polished and the guy smelled great! Although I wasn’t there to make a purchase, they will definitely have our business, especially since I will soon be getting an engagement ring!!!!

Me and my fiance recently had an amazing experience. Stacey and Jamie were exceptional to work with! Thanks for all your time spent with us! I highly recommend this jeweler to anyone.

I received a voicemail about my ring I just sent out to be sized and was told by the store manager that the ring could not be repaired due to it being broken in several places. I was very upset when I heard that because when I dropped the ring off nothing was broken. I called the store and I said nothing was broke when gave it to you, and now all of a sudden it is? She said she would contact the shop, so she called me back and said that they would be able to fix it, she said it was the under carriage that was broken, and I should expect that to happen since that ring is over 11 years old, I told her that my mothers wedding set is over 50 years old and she has no issues with hers. I went to pick up my ring and the lady who was not waiting on me was very rude and made little sny remarksThat store is very unprofessional and I would NEVER buy or reccomend that store to anyone

The only store Ive been to this entire pandemic that insisted I wear a mask. Despite the first visit not having to. Pathetic and ridiculous. Wont be back.

Ha I will never go back here. Ive gone 2 times to get my rings cleaned and both times all they have done is put it in the cleaner and give it back.

Took my Ever Us ring to get checked and cleaned and they offered to clean my wedding rings also while I was there..Not happy at all with the cleaning..When I got to my car I checked my rings out and it didnt even look like they had been cleaned.. Horrible job...Horrible service

Horrible customer service I bought jewelry from there and it tarnished so I brought it in to get it cleaned and they acted like I was a bother I will never buy anything from there again
