I initially came here to get new batteries for my watches. They are very quick and always pleasant. I started browsing through their jewelry and began to buy a few pieces here and there. They sell new jewelry and estate pieces. Their prices are always reasonable. This week, they helped my cousin but an absolutely lovely engagement ring. Then, they thanked me for thinking of them!! They have a loyal customer in me.

Why bother offering a lifetime warranty on the jewelry if you arent going to cover the entire piece? If Im going to pay a pretty penny for your jewelry, you should cover any broken pieces, including clasps and holdings. I will not purchase anything else, and Ill be sure to advise others to stay away as well.
