For the record... because of the great reviews I really did want to like this place...Never got to even go to my first service because of how unprofessional they were. They have a policy that states you have to cancel your appointment 24 hours ahead of time--which I did. The next day, I get a text notification from them saying my account has been marked for a no call no show and I will owe at my next appointment. I called to talk to them about it and explained I did cancel the day before, and they said that they mark everyone down on their accounts even though I explained I had already canceled ahead of time. They didnt want to remove the mark, didnt take responsibility for not canceling my appointment at the time when I called, and now if I go there they will try to make me pay a late fee which I didnt owe to begin with! My recommendation to the business is to not state you have a no call no show fee on your site/send notifications to potential customers about these things if youre loosely enforcing this policy. Or, remove it from your site altogether if its not a thing anymore. Whoever I spoke to at the front desk didnt know what they were doing... educate your receptionist staff on how to handle these situations instead of allowing them to say oh we always mark those, and if someone asks if theyre going to be charged, provide the actual answer to the question instead of saying oh I dont know. This was a month or so ago when this happened so I don’t remember who I talked to but for others seeing their reviews just be careful!

I love Cammy. Her colorful hair and her pleasant demeanor. I love every time that i get her. She does a great job every time. We also got to mean jasmine today as well. She was awesome too! Always love coming here. Me and my mom get pedicures from here only. Very clean. Professional. Always love the specials offered as well. We received the spring special pedicure, which is amazing and left me feeling refreshed and rejuvinated. Thank you as always!

Scheduled pedicure for 5:00 did not start until 5:10 but told me to soak first. She did not start until 5:19. By 5:37 she was done told me to relax with warm towels on my legs and started polishing at 5:42. Her next apt is already here at 5:45. She was done by 5:51.I was excited to try this place the staff were rude, not friendly at all. I have never felt so rushed and inconvenienced. I cannot believe this kind of service exists.

I love coming here. the girls are great, it is very relaxing and I highly recommend Ebony for nails!!! I tell her what my mood is and she knows exactly what i want.

This was my first visit here and I only stopped in for the strawberry champagne sugar scrub. The colors of the spa are beautiful and very inviting, the staff was really nice and helpful and my sugar scrub is awesome!! Go check them out for yourself, you wont be disappointed!

I trust no one else! The employees and the owner are great at what they do, super accommodating, and always fun to be around. I take advantage of their services for dip manicures, pedicures, and waxing - my life would be boring and bushy without them. Ang is my go-to but they’re all fantastic!

I think Angela the new owner is amazing. Shes very knowledgeable, has a great personality, values her customers, and does an overall wonderful job. Ive had my feet and nail done by her a few times. She always keeps me coming back. Plus $12 to change polish is awesome.However Angela wasnt there today. I had my nails painted and my friend did too. 5 of her nails peeled off and 2 of mine did too. Im going to call in the morning to have them fix it. This is the only time I have ever had an issue.

I’m very pleased with my experience every time I come in. Crystal does my daughters nails with gel polish and I spend $40 -$50 every time. This last time the gel polish did not last at all as long as her last few. I called to speak with her about the best way to remove the polish and got a general answering machine that didn’t even announce the company name with was a bit unprofessional. But all in all always a good experience.

Very accommodating, my daughter and walked in last minute and had a terrific nail polishing. Everyone very nice and friendly.

While my experience at luv was great, my shellac only lasted a day and a half before 3/5 nails on each hand started to chip.After reaching out to LUV nails, they offered to re-do my nails. They responded to me immediately via Facebook. This says so much about their customer service and will be the reason I return my business to them!

This is a local nail salon that I have been to for pedicures before. On Sunday which was mothers day came for a girls day with my mother, grandmother and some family friends. We were all booked together but only three of us recieved our pedicures while the other two just sat and watched when we were done getting our pedicures they began having theirs. So, so much for spending the time together. We were finished with both pedicures and manicures when they were starting their manicures. So okay fine its mothers day Im sure a busy day. But less then 24hrs and my nails began chipping and the top coat did not cover every nail making them look very uneven and sloppy. I called and they fit me in when I wanted which was nice. Here is the problem I paid for a pedicure and manicure of the same color upon returning I did not want the same nail polish because it had already chipped. Im going out of town and if it chips like it did I would have no way to fix it. So I picked a different color the lady who helped me stated that I could only have my finger nails painted not my toes due to the chipping. I explained that I prefer to have them the same color and she insisted she would have to charge me to change the color on my feet. So I paid for a service which included the same color on my fingers and toes, their product was faulty did not last for 24hrs but I should have to additionally pay to get the same color on my toes when I already paid for the service? This is unfortunate as it is close to my house and the people are nice but if Im not going to get quality I will not return. I would not recommend coming here.

They do a great pedicure and i have never had to wait very long. all the nail techs are great i cannot even say that one is better than another, they are all top notch!

Place is clean and friendly. I have been here before and had no problems. My last visit resulted in my shellac polish chipping in 2 days. Went and showed them what happened. They took care of the problem without cost in a very friendly manner. Will go back again.

Got a $40 gel nail manicure done a week ago. After ONE DAY two nails started chipping and within 3 days all but 4 nails looked terrible and the one nail is now completely gone. Im a stay at home mom and i dont do anything that is hard on my nails whatsoever. They last longer when I do them myself. Way to expensive for 1 day of nice nails. Also waited a half hour or longer for my scheduled appointment. The lady was very nice but it does not make up for the rest of it.

I am very upset.... They took forever to take me first of all. My apt was at 6:30pm, I didnt get started on till almost 7:30 and they werent even busy.. Also the nail color was beautiful but I got Gel, and it almost feels like regular polish, my nail broke the next day! Very pricey for cheap product! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Staff is extremely friendly! I always go here to get my acrylic nails removed and sometimes get gel nails. Their service is great and prices are good too! Only thing I dont like is they always have house remodeling shows on their tvs...not a personal favorite.

I am very disappointed with their service. I got a gel manicure done yesterday, and that same night one of my nails gel completely ripped off. Today another nail got partially ripped off. I am so busy this week, that my nails have to remain this way until I can go back at the end of the week to fix them. I feel like I threw $43.00 away in the trash.

Went there for a Pedicure and my big toe nails were cut so low they hurt 😡 have had a million pedicures in my life and have never ever had anyone do this!!! Hope they grow back and not become ingrown or I will be irate!

I really have a love hate relationship with this place. Ive been a customer for almost a year and I am truly displeased with service.Whenever, I call and leave a message, my calls are not returned. I can only recall once when it was.Front desk staff are consistently unsure of a lot of things. Ex: Ild have an appointment scheduled with Q and then be told I dont or theres no room to book with her. Im under the impressed she left because of such nonsense. Which is a shame because she had the best customer experience and my gel mani lasted 1 month!Additionally, I can never erase that I brought a disabled client to the shop who only got a mani on ONE HAND due to her disability and the nail tech charged her for 2 hands and did a crappy job on the one hand that was done. This issue was never rectified since the manager wasnt available even when I called.As of today, I am done with this place. Save your money for a more organized and professional place.

I went to this place on 3 separate occasions without an appointment because on the window it says WALK-INS ALWAYS WELCOME that is not true. Every time I have gone wether it be for a pedicure or acrylics they never have openings or enough nail techs and they only have 1 tech that does acrylics. Horrible service, I stood at the front of the salon for 15 minutes before anyone asked what I needed. IF YOU WANT GOOD NAILS GO TO THE PINK BOTIQUE. AMAZING SERIVE, NAILS AND YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

I went for a walk in visit, to have a new set of solar gel nails or acrylics applied. First I was told, Um we dont have an acrylic tech on duty today. Actually, we dont have an acrylic/gel tech working here at all. Their window states otherwise. However, the facility seemed very clean and everyone looked professional.

I splurged and got the lotsa hottsa pedicure (Luv salons deluxe pedi). I made an appointment that day but it wasnt necessary. I was the ONLY person there and it was just weird. Cambria did my pedi and she was very nice! I would recommend her.PROS: decent price, clean, great decor and atmosphere, nice chairsCONS: super cheap products used!! I feel bad complaining because Cambria was so nice but I literally had to wipe off the excess oils and I could tell it was because of cheap products. Also, whatever lotion they used didnt do a thing for my rough feet, which werent even that bad. NO Wi-Fi, bad music, and it was a very dead atmosphere.I doubt Ill go back. It was a nice idea but didnt live up to expectations.
