Crushed a running 2008 dodge charger over 180$. They are a good towing service though and I know a few of the employees there good guys as well . Im just bitter they smashed it without me recieving any notifications, no call, or text, or email . I called in on my 1st paycheck she informs me it was crushed . Idk if its 100 legal or not but the car was paid off in my name, amd this came out of nowhere . Im feeling some type of way.

I tried to give them zero stars but it wouldnt let me. They towed my car and it appears they hooked the cable up to the axel. Ever since then I have problems. O/5. Would not let them tow a golf cart let alone another vehicle.

Totaled my car in a multi-car pile-up this morning and got Harry from Jeswald. They are amazing! He was fast, professional, helpful, and compassionate. He went above and beyond, making sure I was OK, that I got everything out of the car and then driving me to a hotel. I would definitely choose them if I need another tow. Restores my faith in humanity.

Good job to the American Motorcycle Association, OTC, and Jeswalds Harry (a fellow motorcyclist). I had a flat tire on the Ohio Turnpike and the AMA directed me to Jeswald. Harry had everything required (including portable compressor to find the hole in the tire while at the side of the road (couldnt see w/naked eye)) to get my sport-tourer on the flatbed and over to a local dealer in Warren. No scratches, no fuss, and highly professional.

We had lugs and studs break off on a wheel of our 40ft 5th wheel on the turnpike. Jeswald came out to evaluate and see what they could do. The first gentleman that came out(I am sorry I didnt catch his name) was very friendly and when he realized he couldnt help, he called in another guy, Harry. Harry showed up and spent 2 and a half hours trying to get the remaining 3 lugs off. He then escorted us off the turnpike on 3 wheels. He was extremely helpful and stuck with it. He even apologized for taking so long. We are very thankful they were so willing to work on it.

Flat tire on Ohio turnpike near Youngstown. Contacted state troopers who connected me to Jeswald Towing for assistance. Fast response and great driver. The only issue was the driver did not have the right wrench to remove lug nuts on my vehicle, used mine which was not a problem. Great service and got me back on the road ASAP. Thanks again

I scheduled a tow 3 days in advance for a flatbed tow to my mechanic for an appointment. I called them the day of to confirm the time of pick-up, and I had to call 3 more times and kept getting the run-around and ended up having to call Carls towing to come pickup my vehicle, they were phenomenal

I totaled my car on the turnpike and was taken to Jeswald. Amanda there was extremely accommodating, and walked through everything that I needed to do from insurance, car rentals, etc. Bob was the guy who picked me up. He was professional and nice. I would highly receommend their service.

My vehicle broke down while on I-76. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Harry. On what was a horrible night, he made sure that my wife and I were at ease. He was knowledgeable about the area, and made sure that I knew what was going on and where we were going. We were in an uncomfortable position tonight however Harry was a positive part of the evening. I hope Jeswald knows how much of an awesome employee he has. He is going to make this company go far! My car broke down on the Ohio Turnpike me about 40 minutes away from my house and I needed to get it towed. I called Allstate roadside assistance and they sent me Tommy from Jeswald Auto Truck Service. He got there as soon as he could and got me home safe! The car ride went by pretty quick as we had a nice conversation. 10/10 would recommend!

The owners daughter is not a very pleasant person and should never be in charge of a business that deals with the public she was very very very rude and doesnt represent the company very well and definitely doesnt now what she is doing when someone tells them that you need to know about a trailer and she tells you its not ur business ya and it is theres definitely a probably so i hope the owners sees this and I dont care if u dont do anything about it but she going to run ur business in the ground just saying from one professional to another this is bad for business so maybe next time a driver asks another driver something she needs to mind her own dam business

Horrible experience with Jeswald. THIEVES! My teenage son was driving with friends and front tire came off, luckily no one hurt! Jeswald forced my son and friends to come up with $107 cash to tow the vehicle. I was on the phone with them and told them to tow it back to my home (53 miles) which would have been covered with my insurance. Driver said OK. I had to send photos of my credit card, driver license, etc. Then they tow truck operator just dropped the vehicle off at a McDonalds about 8 miles away!! Office tells me that the deposit would be too high for not having a credit card in person... complete BS all around!! Horribly rude office personnel. And the Ohio Turnpike comm. has an exclusive contract with them, so innocent drivers will continue to be screwed in their time of need! Please ask about their fees before using this towing company. I was taken advantage of because of my situation and ripped off by them. They were not up front and honest about all their fees. They towed my car from an accident scene (less than 10 miles) to their lot and had it for 36 hours, I came away with a $452 charge. To say the least it was a less than pleasant experience and I would not recommend using them.

Highly recommended to stay away from their services.I see you always have excuses for your staff who is being unprofessional. We had insurance issues that we had to figure out. But your staff is not being patient. And when I told the lady do not remember her name that we cannot pay Efs check since we have limits. She started screaming at us. I just wanted to issue a regular check and overnight it. The only way working was their way.We had to call our bank to change the limits in order to be able to pay for their services. It takes time to do so.The truck was towed on Feb. 6th and we issued a payment on Feb 13th. So stop lying to people that you had issues with us. The company and the driver had issues with you. Because you are not being cooperative and not being patient. And your staff needs a proper training, because they do not know how to have a professional conversation with the customers. .We will go ahead and discuss it further. This company was called by Ohio turnpike to tow our truck. When they towed it they removed the driveshaft. We called them to put it back so that we can take the truck back on the road. They said they dont have a mechanic to do that. Towing guy who can disconnect the driveshaft yet does not know how to put it back? So we ended up towing it to a different location just to put the driveshaft back in. Payingalmost $300. And the personnel got a nasty attitude.

We called this company last night to tow one of our company owned trucks. They said they couldnt do it last night because Freightliner closed at midnight and it would all be billed through them. They set it up for first thing this morning. Apparently there was an accident this morning on the highway, so their heavy duty tow truck had to be diverted. They couldnt give us an ETA this morning, so my foreman got upset and called another tow outfit to get this unit picked up.Amanda from Jeswald called me to tell me she would send their tow truck to sit by the entry way of the rest area our truck was located at and call the police when the other tow company showed up to pick up our unit. They would make sure they received a $5,000 fine for violating their territory. They are a contracted tow company for the highway and I clearly dont understand. I said I do understand how this works and I did not appreciate her lack of professionalism. We are just trying to get our driver back on the road and did not appreciate being threatened...

I called Jeswalds the first week of Jan 2018.First off I was very pleased with the receptionist and with the tow guy that was sent out.I was located at the Ohio Glacier bay travel plaza on i80 east. And i locked my keys in my truck.I called several tow companies at which none could help. Due to the time 9:30 pm and that Jeswalds towing is the only tow co. That services that section of the ohio turnpike.The receptionist was very polite and professional and so was the tow truck driver.I even gave him a small tip,Thanks for the good work and professionalism.

Unfortunately in my travels today my car broke down. I called Jeswalds Auto Truck Service and spoke with the lady in dispatch who was very polite. She took all my information and the driver was here in 30 minutes. Hope I will not need a tow anytime soon, however I would highly recommend Jeswald Auto Truck Service.

This company is very unperfessional they charged my brother nearly 300 dollars to tow a vehicle 5 miles and that’s not even the best part .. my brothers a 19 year old college kid who works to put himself through nursing program at ysu if any of you have been there you know how time consuming that already is.... they took complete advantage of him upon arrival they wouldn’t tell him how much it would cost ... and when they delivered the truck they refused to drop it till they we payed there demanded 300 and when we confronted them about how it’s taking complete advantage of a young kid the guy who said he was the so called owner laughed in his face about it ... now that doesn’t seem very perfessioanl to me do you think ... and on top of all that they disconnected the trucks drive train which they didn’t need to do it’s a manual... but they wouldn’t even hook it back up when they delivered idk what kind of half ass company there running here but my advise would be if you break down I would get friends and push the vehicle before I called these people .. I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to so it would let me write a review .... oh and there page says 90 dollars a tow seems like a far shot from 300 don’t you think?

The branch in youngstown ohio area have very poor customer service, racist employees who have no respect for its customer. I was treated pretty harsh by the guy who towed my truck and corporate office who didnt bother to respond to my complaint which i recorded incident on camera and sent it to them.

Our car broke down on the highway and Tom was very fast and friendly. The price was under $60 so we were very pleased with that!

When I got upset and questioned their lack of professionalism (like keeping appointments straight and not even making out a work order for the service I requested) I was threatened with bodily harm by the woman in the office if I didnt leave immediately! After my experience, I wouldnt even take my bicycle there for service! My recommendation is to stay as far away from this business as possible. Like a previous rater- I would also give them 5 stars for rudeness!
