On a Saturday afternoon, My truck broke down after leaving the loves truck stop. Luckily I was able to safely get my truck stopped. I had never been to the area before, so I didnt know who to call. The second company I called couldnt help me but recommended Watsons. The dispatcher was very helpful on locating where I was. They showed up within an hour an was able to tow my truck away. The tow truck driver was very respectful and professional. Hopefully I never break down again, but if I do Watsons will be the first company I call!

Great speedy customer service. Was in a car accident and they were there in a flash. Took my car right to the auto body place. They were kind and caring as it was my first accident I had been in to thank you to Mr Watson and Jimmy Watson for coming and assisting me. True hometown tow service. Very strange place since they charged my friend rob over 400 dollars to tow his car a mile and a half. However the driver i got charged me only 70 to go 8 miles and was very helpful.

My sons car broke down on Rt62. JR was there within 15 minutes. Very prompt, professional and reasonable. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Overweight at scale I simply call James with the problem and what the product is and he handles it from there. No worries on my end after they take over. Great people to work with.
