Never showed up to take me to an important appointment. Like life or death appt. Took me months to get it. Horrible. Wont answer phone

Fast to pick up and very nice

Diane is a wonderful person she even stopped at my pharmacy even though it wasnt schedule for today and helped me when I needed it and asked me if the wind from her window was to much very professional person I wish they wouldnt count on GPS its usually wrong and have a hard time convincing drivers where to go

Worst taxi ever

Their taxi driver hit us. They do not carry insurance. They gave my insurance company wrong insurance name and policy number when confronted they stated that we would have to sue them if we want our car fixed

Was late for Dr. Appt.. then never came to take me home. Was called numerous times by the staff, myself and the Doctor.Four hours later a cab service was called.Reported to my insurance company to never use them for medical transport again.
