Very rude!! my daughter called this morning asking for help and theyve never needed help before so she was embarrased any way and this lady made her feel like crap. If youre not there to WANT to help people then maybe you should get another job. I pray for who ever this lady is that God guides her to treat people with respect. Hope other people get treated better.

I volunteer at lift up in the same building. Both organizations are great and help people in need of food, meds, bus passes for work or Dr Appointment. Catholic charities also helps with other needs for locals .

Very disappointed in Catholic charities, they would have told me from the beginning that they could not help me, to look for other options. The help I needed is 20 times less than the donations I make to the church, but from now on, not a dollar of donations or alms or spending a minute of my time volunteering for any help in the church. 😢
