First: In Winter of 2021 I went in for a highlight or something for my hair. The stylist kept telling me that she couldnt do that, but she just wasnt confident in HER abilities. They then had multiple stylists working on me and I left their salon in 35 degree weather with sopping wet hair, and I hated the finished product anyways. I called and spoke to the manager who fixed it for free.Last night (10/4/21) I went in for a scheduled manicure appointment. I got there at 5:50 for a 6:00 appointment. The girl at the counter told me I was free to sit down or walk around or etc and theyd be with me soon. I took a seat, and then was left to sit there for 45 minutes with NO communication. No nothing. At 6:35 I got up and was deciding to leave when the manicurist came up finally and claimed to not know I was there, but then said she thought I was shopping. Soooo you did know I was there. Nice coverup attempt. The other girl told her no, I told you she was 10 minutes early to a 6:00 appointment. They offered to still take me but I told them no and walked out. I found their lack of etiquette extremely unprofessional. And this is NOT about being short staffed, this is the manicurist chatting it up with other people while I sit waiting for MY appointment. I will NEVER call them for salon services again.

I get my eyelashes and eyebrows done by Brittany T. She is amazing at her job. I leave this salon feeling like a million bucks everytime. If you are thinking about eyelash extensions or an eyebrow tint. Ask for Brittany. She also does amazing hair. Brittany T services are worth every penny. Come on over and see Brittany the magician!!

OMG I found me a excellent salon to go to. Listen if you go inside Macys go to the escalators take to second floor in the back left hand corner is the most wonderful salon Ive ever been to. Ask for Autumn Nish she will make your hair beautiful. Listen she is a pro at hair. Youll thank me later. Seriously shes the s***. Tell her Kimberly Quickle sent you. And told you how amazing she is. I wont go anywhere else. Shes my stylist from now on.

Great place you need an appointment

Had to wait 20 min for my scheduled appointment for lashes, the girl stopped to check her phone multiple times andThen they looked the exact same As before I walked in, it was a terrible experience and I will never get them done by her again.I was going there previously for 2 years and the girl I used to go to unfortunately left and the ones who are taking her clients are not getting even close to the quality from previously. Very sad.

I would rate this 1-2 stars I came in wanting acrylics and they didn’t do acrylics and she dug into my cuticles and that hurt the drying machine is dirty and someone else feet could have been in it and I stuck my fingers in it they leve the doors open for ppl to just look into my nails don’t look good when she was doing my feet it hurt bc she got the lotion and just a little bit and just kept rubbing my feet way to hard and this soap scrub had little bean like things in it and it hurt wouldn’t recommend to family or friends

Mani and pedi station is a joke. Walked in and left when we learned we couldn’t even get our pedi done together. Not professional and they gave us dirty looks when we left.. we even had appointments and they screwed us when we got there.. $17 extra for shellac and the polish selection was horrible. Would never go back or recommend based on the horrible service we received. For all of the competition in the mall, you would think the service would be better!!
