0/10 do not recommend! I was not given what I asked for, every nail had a different shape, and it was just bad all together.Posted below is what I asked for vs what I got… $63 dollars for this!!!

I love love this place it was so clean and professional and the young ladies was so nice just really really enjoyed getting my nails done and a pedicure at Star Nails

Cathy worked very quick and was super kind!! She did exactly what I asked for and this was the best nail experience I’ve had. Highly recommend star nails and especially Cathy!! So awesome!!

Michelle started and she was gentle and did a nice shape. Her shift ended so Be took over. He did an amazing job at adding the acrylic and giving me an excellent full set. Would go to either of them again.

Will start this review by saying this place is clean and very nice inside, I had an appointment to which when I arrived was promptly taken care of.I went for a color change on my finger nails. It has not even been 12 hours and my nails are chipping, they have grooves in them due to not being set long enough under the light. I was in and out in 20 minutes, clearly being fast is not always a good thing considering there were only 3 customers.I do not believe I will be returning to this location. Which is a shame because it is convenient.

Got my daughters nails done on 9/16 for Homecoming on 9/18. She was unhappy with finished product, and posted review while we were waiting for her friend to finish. The nail tech approached her and offered to fix them. After a lot of filing, she was still unhappy, but nothing further was offered. The salon contacted us next day and agreed that the finished product was unacceptable (their words after seeing pictures) and asked us to contact them to resolve. I spoke with someone claiming to be management, and explained everything wrong with her nails. He said he could fix them on Monday. I explained that the whole reason for getting them was for Saturdays dance. He said, well, sorry, were booked. $63 for nails that looked lumpy, uneven, different lengths, and not even polished correctly. This was our first and LAST visit.

Everyone was so nice and professional. My daughters treated me and their Gma/my mother to a pedicure. We’d never had one before. It was so relaxing. Very amazing and clean place. Highly recommend!!! ❤️

Theyre a little rough on the hands but at least at the end of my appointment Im happy with my nails!

I have always been a customer here and today they lost my business. There was nobody in the waiting area when I got there, and as people were coming in I kept getting pushed back and pushed back, I am assuming thats because they had appointments and I did not. After waiting 45 minutes they kept telling me I was next. Then they took another girl and five minutes later took another girl after her. I walked back up there and asked when it was going to be my turn and they then stated that there was another two more people in front of me after Ive already have waited almost over an hour. Dont take walk-ins if this is what you do! And dont lie about the wait times to keep us there to see if your appointments actually do show up.

Very professional. I love the check in service. My care giver was kind, and very careful, and cautious of her work. I loved the time she took with my feet nails, my skin, and my massage. She also gave me this warm rock massage, omg !! Never had it before, it was heaven, Thank you !! You have a new customer 😍😍

Amy was amazing! I have both of my boys with me and she even interacted with them while mom got her nails filled! I like my nails square but not too Sharpe on the edges and she made sure to make them perfect shaped. I also asked her what I could do because my real nails have been pulling from my fake nail so she asked me if this set was newer. It was so she said she would fix it and she did! I also had cracked the side of my pinky nail the other day and she fixed it. Looks like nothing ever happened. Im always so satisfied after leaving here. And not to mention ALL THE DIFFERENT COLOR OPTIONS!

I only go here for my nails and I have found Ann to be the best for a deluxe pedicure, very thorough and my feet feel fabulous when she puts them back together and kathy is the best with my nails, neither of them will disappoint you!!

Called this morning to see if any appointments were open. No one answered the first time I called so I called back. The woman who answered on the second call said they had time for a full set today and what time did I want to come in. I said how about 12? She said NO, thats it. I said ok what times are open? She said what other time can you come? I said how about 1? She said NO- thats it. I said ok maybe you can tell me what times ARE available? She said none. I finally hung up. I have gone to the Warren location for years, this one is closer so I have tried it a couple times and way less than impressed. Now I will not be returning to ANY of the locations. This one phone call just killed my loyalty to Star Nails completely. What is the point if you cant even get someone to tell you when you can make an appointment. Even with an appointment you end up waiting which has never honestly bothered me but this was to much even for me.

Today was my first time here after hearing many great things about it! It is beautiful and clean inside however they don’t have a variety of pedicure. Their basic pedicure and $50, and the only other pedicure they have is the “spa experience” Which comes with a glass of wine and a hot towel. I wasn’t given a pedicure menu, this is only the receptionists told me.I don’t care about the price but for $50 standard pedicure, all you get is pretty much a polish change, clean up, some lotion after the polish goes on and like 20 seconds of a stone massage.For the time and price, you could go down the street and have a really nice pedicure.The lady that did my pedicure was super nice no. And he don’t pay in cash, they will charge you a 5% fee, and there is no option to tip on the card, so you can use their ATM that has a two dollar fee or is be prepared with cash.

This place sure has stepped it up! Tia is awesome all around ! All of my nails are the same size and perfect. I recommend making an appointment if youd like to come here.

From the moment I stepped in the door, the staff was so professional and welcoming. This was my first time at this establishment. They had an area where you check in and check temperatures and sanitize your hands. I’m a nurse and I haven’t had time to really treat myself. Emily was very hospitable, they offered me beverages, along with a warm/hot pack for my shoulders. She was very attentive and we kept great conversation. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. I will definitely come back and refer people here.

Great experience so many compliments on my nails down fall was after 3 days all my polish started to chip/cracked the price would be worth it if the polish at least lasted images posted where 5 days after service the gel is very thin all tips are currently missing polish

I went there the first time and they weren’t too bad. the edges and corners were very pointy and sharp. when looked at from the side, they weren’t straight across, they were ruggedly and just could’ve looked a lot better. I forget her name, but I really liked her. she was very sweet and made me feel comfortable by conversing and making jokes. So I figured I’d give them another try. Went in, got a guy and he didn’t speak to me. I was bored and my nails were sharp and pointy again. my actual nail was visible from the side on some of my nails. two of them were broken and when he fixed them he made them very little in width and they didn’t look right compared to the other nails. he also did the sides to where they weren’t even. not very happy because I spent a lot of money. I’m upset because I’ve heard a lot of great reviews from this place.

Needed to make a last minute appointment for pedicures for my mom’s birthday! They were able to get us in and all three of us got to sit together and got worked on at the same time. Staff was friendly and transparent about potential extra costs when choosing colors. Our pedicures came out beautifully!

My first time here, beautiful inside. I got a full set of acrylic which was advertised for $30, I got 1 nail on each finger a different color which in my experience many places do that free of charge and I got 2 sticker decals no artwork was done by hand literally just a sticker decal, I was SHOCKED to find out later my total was $55 dollars, had I known it would be a $20ish dollar charge just for 2 stickers and 1 nail on each hand a different color I would have never gotten them done, the tech did a nice job except for the fact she nicked 3 of my nails causing blood to show.

I absolutely love star nails! Michelle is the absolute best and does a phenomenal job every time! I have long stiletto nails, and she always makes sure theyre extra pointy and just overall perfect.

I was looking for somewhere to get a mani-pedi and found Star Nails 3 by doing a search on my phone. Thank you, Siri—this was easily the nicest nail salon I’ve ever been to! So beautiful inside, loved the ambiance. Even though it’s a big salon, there is still a feeling of friendly intimacy. I didn’t have an appointment, but was seen within 5 minutes of checking in! The nail technicians were friendly, professional and very painstaking in their work. I couldn’t be happier with my fingers and toes! Will definitely be back!

DO NOT COME HERE. This place will SCAM you! I told them REPEATEDLY I wanted regular manicures for me and my boyfriend. At one point the manicurist asked me if I wanted tips and I again said, No. We just want regular manicures. Well they did a gel manicure on both of us and we didnt know what it was. I thought the machine was to dry the polish. They charged me over $70 for two gel manicures. I told them I never asked for that and I only wanted regular manicures and they said the only thing they could do was give me 10% off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.This included the fact that I was paying cash to get a 5% discount. This was after they told me a walk-in was a 30 minutes wait so I made an appointment. We arrived five minutes prior to our appointment time, and we waited 35 minutes anyway. I was told that they give priority to whoever walks in first! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.They will hard sell you and cheat you and act as though you did something wrong. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I know I am.

They were very nice, however the wait was very long. I received A pedi & and a full set. The pedi was okay no complaints about that. I went on 6-11-21. & my nails are strong to bubble up already & today is 6-12-21. I upset my nails look extra thick & theres polish basically all on top of my of my skin above my Cuticles

I have been coming here since October 2020. My first bad experience was today. I was asked what I wanted. I specifically said two regular pedicures. I made it clear. I was in a rush and I only wanted regular. I get to the counter and they charged me two deluxe pedicures. It was the manager who asked me what i wanted and I specifically told him I wanted 2 regular pedicures. I told the manager i am being charged for something i didnt ask for and he said they did it so i have to pay for it. He gave me $10 off. Been coming here since October and instead of them fixing their mistake they still make me pay for something i did not ask for. I have my own business and i would never!

I have never had my toenails done before, I was amazed that I didnt freak out when they touched my feet. They were so gentle with my feet and hands. Anytime I have ever had my nails done there has been acrylic under my nails and when they would use the files it would hurt. Well NOT at Star Nails!!! They are kinda pricey (at least for my personal budget) but TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!

Very professional and inviting atmosphere.The only down fall it has not even been two weeks since getting my nails done and two have broken off already and another one is chipped the gel is very thin. I rarely treat myself so Im a little disappointed.Will not be going back anytime soon.

I got a full set of acrylics and I have an issue telling whoever is doing my nails that I don’t like the shape. I liked the rest so I just figured Id pay and go. I was slightly upset so I left a review that I didn’t like the shape and the owner said I should come back in and get them fixed. He did a beautiful job fixing them and the customer service here is wonderful! I appreciated his help. I looooove my nails now :)

The spa is really beautiful inside! People are friendly here and they offer a lot of services. I got my nails and toes done here. Kind of pricy v. the quality because a few of my nails were shaped funny, you cant notice it unless you compare them. She was a bit rushed because they were really busy and I should have checked before she painted them. Overall, a good experience!!

First time there i wauted 2 1/2 hours when I made an appointment. Loved how they came out in the end but had to go get them fixed because there were bubbles in the the color. Gave them another chance went alot smoother and again I loved them but a few days later 2 broke and I wasnt doing anything rough with them to cause it. Ive never had this happen. Went to get them fixed AGAIN and was charged to fix them this time. Will not be going back. Nails look nice and they can do alot more then other places but costs more and doesnt last. Not worth it

When I walked in, the woman behind the desk informed me that they only offer gel and not regular nail polish. I was disappointed with this because gel is so much more expensive than regular polish and I really wasn’t looking to spend that much money on nail polish alone. I wish this was something they would have told me when I called to make my appointment.The service itself was very good! My nail tech was a man, I can’t remember his name unfortunately, but he was great! He did both my manicure and pedicure and the job was very clean and pretty. Also, the salon itself was very clean and all of the utensils they used came fresh out of new packages.A good bit of information to know is that they will give you 5% off if you pay with cash. This is also something I wish I was informed about over the phone when I made my appointment so that I could have come with cash.

Years of living in the valley, finally found a nail salon I LOVE. The place is clean and the entire staff that I’ve encountered is so pleasant. But my nail tech Linh is the reason I return, she’s the best!!! Extremely professional and pleasant, and my nails look fabulous. I stopped by in June to have a pedicure before my knee replacement surgery. Sara completed my service she did such an amazing job it felt like the deluxe pedicure when it was only the basic. I returned after my surgery and wasn’t able to walk as well this time at the salon. The owner and Sara were so gracious about my situation that I was placed in the first pedicure chair so I wouldn’t have to walk too far. Sara always does a phenomenal job and she has great conversation. This is my go to salon for my mani and pedicure needs.

I’ve been going to Star Nails since around Christmas time last year off and on. Kathy did my nails today & they are the best they’ve looked since I started going back a few months ago. She’s very intricate and pays attention to detail. I definitely recommend star nails to anyone who wants affordable, nice looking nails!

Went there for the second time. First time I had to wait half hour aven though I had an appt. This time my nails are so thick and uneven. Hard to do things with thick nails like this. Also the right hand the corners of my nails are sticking out. I tried to reach out to them by E-mail and FB message...no response. Guess I have to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed. Not very happy. Dont have that kind of money to just throw around.

Listen Ive gone to the other places and the customer service was trash but this place is my favorite. I looove the deluxe pedicure. Ms. Anna does my toes and it feel spectacular I absolutely love the service. Very clean and professional.

I was very dissatisfied with the overall experience. Starting off they asked me if I wanted acrylic or gel where I told them I would like acrylic. They used and charged me for gel. Next my nail technician couldn’t do the designs on my nails which weren’t very complicated. A woman came and did two nails which looked great. Other nails all looked very messy and unprofessional. I wanted to cry after they were finished as I had been saving up work money to get these nails and was very disappointed. Before I left the technician said I would only pay $50 plus 5% off for paying cash.. when I went to pay I got charged over $57. I’m very let down and upset I saved up work money to have such bad results.

The service was very professional, except when I called to make the appointment, I feel they should Have informed me about bringing cash instead of having a card and true enough they gave me my fee of two dollars back after I used their atm machine but I still I had to pay a fee at my bank. Also I feel that they should have a discounted price if you are getting a pedicure and manicure. The total I had to pay was not in my budget

The receptionist is very sweet and welcoming as well as the staff and nail techs. I had a full set and deluxe pedicure and it was one of the most relaxing experiences. Everything was done very professionally and great quality.

LOVED it here. The salon is beautiful, the techs were all friendly and did a great job. They also took turns singing karaoke, it made my day and was such a wonderful experience. Their prices are comparable to all other salons in the area that are not nearly as nice. They mentioned they are able to host bridal parties and childrens parties to use the salon services and the music equipment. Such a wonderful idea! So very pleased with my experience here.

My dipped powder turned out really nice and the decor at this nail salon is just fabulous. My tech was amazing and this was my first time there and will continue to be a customer.
