I came in just to simply get an acrylic set removed and the tech that did it did NOT soak them off like I was hoping she would. Instead, she peeled and pried them off using another acrylic nail and let me just say, it was painful and I was pretty close to tears. That was my only acrylic set I’ve ever had but from hearing others’ experiences I knew something was wrong.

She didn’t take her time and only did some things in one hand and not the other. They’re bubbly and you can still see my color from my last manicure.

Beware if you do not want your cuticles damage... beware! My nail was fine but they damage my skin. So I will be disputing my charges and if my skin gets an affection. I will send them the bill. Until then I just do not recommend them too anyone. They claim that they are not responsible for damage of nails and tell you to sign in on a paper that states that. But they did not damage my nail but they damage my cuticles really bad. So that sign sheet does not apply. Infection due to cuticles being clipped to deep. Lady is also rude. I speak perfect English and she asked me can I read and speak English. Lady I am American. Are you? Get a clue... businesses forgets to value your customer. So just sharing my experience here. Hope this helps.

I was shocked when the technician stuck my fingers in a jar of nail polish remover that was so dirty and the spong inside practically in pieces! It took twice as long to remove my polish. Why they dont use cotton swabs and a bottle of polish remover is beyond me, maybe to save money? The shop is dirty and the staff not very friendly. The technician was quick and did a satisfactory job so I gave 2 stars for that. Luckily no skin infections developed from the dirty polish remover. Needless to say I will not be a return customer.

Dont waste your time! Place was empty on a Saturday and when my niece and I entered I could see why. Staff was not friendly at all, did not smile, or even say hello to us. My nail technician didnt even say hello to me when I sat down. FROM THE MINUTE I SAT DOWN IN THE CHAIR SHE WAS WATCHING TV, even when she was filing my nails. Very rude. I had my niece e put on her shoes and we promptly left. I get bimonthly pedicures in my hometown and this was by far THE WORST service/nail salon I have been to.

Did very bad job on nails. The paint job is even worse. All the nails are different lengths and they are very flooded with acrylic.

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to! Not only are my nail beds bruised but are in soooo much pain never in a million years will I ever go back

First time getting a manicure and I loved it me and my friend had a blast and my nails were amazing!!!

Terrible. They looked awful and they were bent upwards. In my opinion they looked like a 5 year old did them. Also I got a design on my nails and they put no time into the design either. I would not recommend going there

Rude and the owner sat the entire time watching a movie on her phone with the people speaking in another language while doing my nails.left polish everywhere around my nails.missed the sides.last time I went 3 months ago my 3 daughters and I got our nails done.the nails stayed on for only a week and a half then they fell leaving ridges in our nail beds that it took 3 months to get some what normal.they are horrible
