Will never attend again, first red flag was the lady coming to me talking with her mouth full of food. She didn’t put acrylics on three of my nails but was prying at them like she had. They’re all so uneven and look nothing like what I asked for. The dip gel isn’t even on my full nail it gets cut off at the end. Will be going somewhere to get them removed, the one acrylic tip is too big for my finger as she was rushing and is causing me pain. Also left with polish smeared all over my hands. Don’t waste your money. Would give 0 stars if I could

First off my nails were really bad because I got them done somewhere else.I had 2 broken nails and needed a fill. The lady who fixed and did my nails was sooooo sweet and cool. When I explained how I wanted my nails she did just that and she talked to me the entire time! I really liked her!! So much so I made an appt to come back so I won’t have to wait!! On top of it all I got a pedicure too and gel polish on my hands and feet and still didn’t come out of $100 bucks! Last place I went to cost me 125$ and the work was garbage!!!

Stopped in on a work break to see if I could get my nails done between work. Was advised of w wait because they had appointments coming in so I made an appointment for 5:00. Got there at 4:55 by 5:30 I was still not even acknowledged and there were other people waiting also so I left. Why make an appointment if you still have to wait and feel uncomfortable sitting with no acknowledgement..

Everyone was super nice! I got a pedicure and acrylic nails, both turned out great!

My daughter waited 45 minutes to get her nails done after she made an appointment and was on time. She had to go to a wedding today and now can’t have her nails done because they ignored her appointment to serve other customers.

They are awesome and spend time with each person making sure you are happy with everything they do. They do not rush in order to see more people, they give each person their undivided attention and time. This is something you will not find at other salons. Magic Nails is the only place i will go for my nails!

The women who did my nails was horrible she was very sweet but she should not be a nail technician she made all of my nails uneven and she even made me bleed on three of my nails. I went in for a fill and it was 25 so it wasnt a bad price but she hit the 35 and had to give me cash. They were all different shapes and length. She also put something all over my fingers and it made them burn when you touched them. I will never be going back.

Waitress was fast and on top of keeping up. Cup never went empty. Food was good and filling. Couldnt eat it all.

I went in to just get nails filled! Worse nail job I ever had done! I have fragile cuticles,I told this lady but she didn’t care I was in so much pain! My fingers were turning really red,burning,painful,I was almost in tears! To top it off she charged me $45 + I gave $5 tip I shouldn’t of been charged that much for a painful fill or for that matter a fill at all! I just couldn’t wait to get outta there,! I put my ice coffee on my jfingers when I got in car,it was awful pain! Went to store& said aloud omg please stop this pain! I wouldn’t go back here if they did for free😡pain& $55 total for painful fill

Got a fill.. acrylic was lumpy in places, some nails it was think enough to look like a hump. To be fair, I wasnt paying attention and in a hurry, so thats on me. But since I was almost home when I discovered how lumpy they were, I went to another salon to get them fixed. Im sure they normally do a decent job, but just dont make my mistake.. pay attention and check out your nails before leaving.

Very satisfied and will be returning to Magic Nail! Went in to get some reshaping done on my gel/acrylic ombrés since the first place I went did a terrible job. My nail tech was Shawna and she was great! She was very understanding with the look I was trying to achieve. I was on an hour lunch break and she did an awesome job under time restraint! So very pleased with my nails now and will be going back in the future.

Steven did a fantastic job on my nails! They look natural and he spent time to find out what I really wanted for a special event this weekend. I will definitely go back again. Nice people, clean and professional.

If I could give This shop a 0 i would. I got my nails done on Saturday. The lady refused to cut my nails- she also did a horrible job because my nails are completely chipped already 2 days later. They need to be shut down and taught how to do nails.

Absolutely horrendous. My nails are uneven and I asked for snowflake designs, I wish I could post a picture of them because it looks like a toddler did it. I would have been fine with it if he had said he couldnt do it, but he didnt and did it anyway. He also didnt ask if they were to my standards probably because they obviously arent. I didnt mention it simply because I didnt want them redone by a studio so obviously incapable of doing nails, so I will have them fixed elsewhere. I will not return and I reccomend that nobody go here.

You typically go get your nails done to relax...not here. There were kids running around playing with toy guns that made shooting sounds. Not to mention how gross the station I was at was. The woman started to use acetone to clean writing off of her ceramic cups. She then proceeded to refill her cups without washing them. She had this writing all over her gloves and was going to use those on my hands. I had to ask for her to replace her gloves. I also needed to ask if the tools were sanitized because she just pulled it out of the drawer. My nails also aren’t the best. The polish is uneven and was put too close to the edge. This will start to peel within the week. I think I’ll stick to doing them myself or going where I know it is clean.

I would recommend not going unless it’s with jeremy, and you know for sure what the price of everything is. I was over charged by 40 dollars, my nails weren’t done correctly. i wasn’t going to post anything but my nails are chipping and falling apart, i’m devastated and my husband was and still is so upset about the money that was spent, and i didn’t get a refund..will not ever go back personally, but if you do go i would ask for jeramy and clarify what your spending and why. I’m appreciative at the fact the owner tried to fix my nails but not thrilled that they’re falling apart.

Tried to come here 2 times within the last few months, because received a g/c as a gift. First of all, they don’t greet you when you walk in the door, none of them acknowledge you. No one seems happy. Nowhere to sign in, they let me stand there until they finally acknowledged me and asked what I want, told me I’m next and don’t have to sign in anywhere . Two other women came in, said what they wanted, they told them that I was the only person AHEAD of them and that it will be approximately 30 min. Well 5 minutes later, they took them back and started on them. And didn’t even acknowledge I was sitting there waiting for over 30 minutes. Rude, unprofessional and honestly I’m glad because they don’t seem to be very sanitary anyways. They use their paper towel rolls as the arm rest for the clients .. umm..your resting people Arms and their sweat etc. onto your clean paper towel rolls... wow. So.. thank you for being rude magic nails.. saved me a fungal infection from your establishment 🤭👋

Don’t go to the young girl with very short black hair. She’s not friendly and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Foot/leg rub was 8 seconds! Polish was sloppy, all over my skin. She got up and walked out for lunch. Never said “You’re done” or “Thank You”. Just left me sitting in the chair.

Going in its nice and peaceful the people are nice but just dont get your eyebrows waxed because youll have wax all over your face they just need more practice and what they do they need to polish it up

Very sloppy work. There are waves and bumps in the surface of each nail. There are spots that are missing nail polish on sides. And along the cuticle line there are bumps and ridges. The technician was not willing to make corrections when I pointed out things I saw that did not look good. I will not go back there.

Terrible experience first of all NO list with PRICES. Asked for choffin nails,he act like he couldnt do it.So I got square instead,ended up with a sloppy polish job.In which I really couldnt tell until after I left.And I dont think he put clear polish on top.I was talking to my friend who was next to me.So I think he did a rush job,maybe i should have paid closer attention.But regardless i will never go back there!!! Its been 2 weeks since i got a full set and one of my nails popped off today.Charged my friend $50!!! for a full set,she got very short nails with gel...why so much money?? And her tech was rough and unprofessional, made her fingers bleed NEVER AGAIN... DO NOT GO HERE.

The worst nail salon in the whole Ohio area. I would not recommend this place so stay away. The establishment was dirty and I think I should call the health department to report it. The owner is rude. I called to tell her I got a nail fungus from her salon and hung up on me. I called her again and she told me never to call back and she didn’t care about my fungus.

Horrible experience. After my manicure, my hands were sore for over a week. I couldnt even wash dishes in warm water (due to rawness around the cuticles) or use my phone because the acrylics were so thick and chunky. I absolutely hated my nails.

Went for a walk-in pedi... The guy who obviously spoke very little English scraped the skin off my feet. Blood dripping into the water the man just continued. No apologies or anything 😒. It took 2 ½ months for my poor feet to heal. Horrible experience and it was $50. I rarely write negative reviews, but spare yourself the pain & trouble. It was difficult to walk or wear shoes for weeks 😓 Avoid this place!

After arguing repeatedly she did them halfway because I had to go give birth in two days so I really couldnt keep messing around with her and still charged me a bunch of money and they looked horrible. After being made to come back twice and her telling me to come back again cutting off three of my nails yelling at me humiliating me I would not ever go in there again and the place is disgusting
