The is a high end salon, you will pay for the high quality. Lee has been doing my nails since I was 16 (I’m almost 34 now) I will never go anywhere else. I have never had an issue with my nails I get them done monthly. BEST SALON EVER!!

Had a great time at the nail salon today with my mother-in-law! Linda, Lee, Helen, and everyone who serviced us was so great! I had fun and our pedicures and nails are perfect 👌🏾. We are Vegas ready 😁!

I love this nail salon! You get what you pay for! They can do any design, any length, any color! Too many nail salons these days continue with the basic styles with basic nail shapes, but this place can do it all. They are all so friendly and the place is beautiful inside! A+ from me!

I love love them! it was my first time going to this business and i don’t usually get my nails done. I looked up a picture on pinterest for a reference of the decorations. AND THEY WERE PERFECT, i got a slightly different color and shorter than the picture and i got exactly what i wanted! highly recommend

The salon is super nice but I had the worst experience ever! They only take walk ins, the wait wasn’t too bad. So the first pic was my inspo but I wanted green I think my tech was confused. After I told her I wanted green she kept showing me shades of blue. Now mind you I was getting a fill and they weren’t to grown out the next pic was I got. Glue and acrylic everywhere, the design is sloppy. They’re super bumpy, the shape of god awful. I could barely understand my tech. I would have appreciated it more if she told me she couldn’t do it. Went to pay and I was charged $81 for a fill! Like what that’s ridiculous and I wasn’t even satisfied so the last pic is what my friend got she got a full set ombré dip powder and gel top coat and I paid for hers as well $65 like how!!?!?!?!!?! I will never come here again

This wonderful family of nail technicians are not only the best of the best but provide just an all around amazing Customer Service experience. I have used this family for over 20 years now and happily make the drive and have followed them to their now not one but two new homes. Hands down the cleanest place I’ve ever been with amazing artistry done by each and every technician. Let alone the family vibe and last friendships that have been created. I recommend anyone within the driving range to take the chance and be pampered and amazed by the courtesy and grace Queen Nails provides.

I’ve been going to Queen nails for a few years now I absolutely love them and their work, never a disappointment ever always what I want and ask for. My nails last me a month or longer and always look fire! Lee & Kim are amazing and so are Lenny and Helen. Best team ever! Helen Used an old dried BLOODY used nail file on me when I had a cut on my finger from the intense filing. When I went in to let them know the manager yelled at me and made me leave because I warned her someone would call state board very kindly. Also my nails were super thick and not smooth. Would not recommend

Pros: they took me and my party back quickly, they used hygienic bags in the pedicure stations, the staff was very efficient and quick. You can also give a tip on your card which I appreciate.Cons: I paid $35 for a very basic pedicure. No warm towels, massage or anything. The worst part was that I also paid $35 for my six year old and her friend. I’ve never paid the same price for a kids pedicure and an adult pedicure. $127 for three 20 minute pedicures and no bells or whistles? Not a good value. Also, the actual pedicure tools did not appear to be cleaned between clients.

I started going to queen nails when they were on the west side. When they moved to Boardman I followed, the OG owners where amazing people, the new owners are even better! The inside looks like your walking into a luxurious atmosphere. It’s extremely clean an everyone is so kind. I actually stoped coming here an went to one my mom was going to an unfortunately my nails would never stay on, I came back here an I haven’t had any problems with nails breaking or popping off. My nails look natural and filed to perfection. The nail art always looks in-style an I have always left feeling like a million bucks. I also get complements on my nails all day long at work!!

I was hesitant to come here because of the few negative reviews but I had a very pleasant experience! It was busy but I got right in to get a pedicure. Very clean and professional staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful when I walked in. The woman who did my pedi was super nice and did a great job! Will definitely return, don’t let the few negative comment scare you away.

Not only was my fill and pedicure $160 but they charged me to fix a nail they messed up. I don’t know where on earth they think these prices are ok. 40 for fill plus cut down plus shape plus gel 🤣 what?! NO LIKE

Friendly clean and alot of space. It was a little expensive to me compared to other nail salons. For a full pedicure with gel polish and massage chair and all the smell good and rub and scrub at a nail salon in Youngstown i paid $53 and that was with tax but here at Queen i paid $79 for the exact same thing but i can say i will come back here because i was in and out within a hour of that and my feet was nicely done by Lena

Its been a long time since Ive had a Pedi - my feet needed a lot of work. I cant recommend Bella enough. She was gentle and thorough through my Pedi and efficient with my Mani. Both of which I am very happy with !

ATTENTION: Ann next time I will do my nails at home! I know the difference between acrylic and powder dip. Top coat peeled off right after I left. If you don’t understand what someone is saying then get clarification don’t be ignorant to the customer. Save yourself the stress. If you tell them you know anything they tell you next time to do your nails at home....next time I will do at home at least they will be correct :)

Never again, the lady that I got is older, she rushed the entire process. I had to have her take off and replace 2 nails because they were going to the right. Showed a picture but after the polish they look nothing like it. Had to keep checking the shape to make sure they were all even but I guess I over looked one because it’s thicker than the rest. I also had thick as glue I had to peel from under my nails, And not shaped like the middle finger on my other hand. Ugh I’m so over Youngstown and the poor talent here.

Worst service I ever had! Came back for a nail that was was chipped and they gave me the worst excuse for not correcting it! My nails cant be used to pick up coins theyre constantly snagging on my clothes! Poor service in caring for a woman of color!

I dont think Ill be going back the lady name Linda did my pedi and full set she did a great job with my pedi. However my full set is a different story. She cut the nail the length I wanted but by time she shaped them they were to short and still unevenly shaped. I kept telling her, they were not even but she finished them and I was press for time. I ended up leaving very unhappy. I got time to come back the guy Lee tried to fix them but end up making them shorter. I just said forget it. Wasted 120.00 for nothing

Paid 400 for 3 people and I’ve never paid that much for 3 people. Toes are disgusting. They charge extra if you come in w long nails no matter what. They kept adding stuff on. Don’t go here their unprofessional!!!

Came in at 6:30 pm. Greeted and quickly taken back to pedi area. Staff attempted to seat me next to customer who had her mask only over her mouth. I asked her to pull up her mask, she did nothing. I moved farther away- asked staff to make her pull up her mask. Then realized multiple staff and customers were not wearing masks correctly and one customer had pulled her mask down completely and was talking to an employee who was about 2 feet in front of her. WON’T BE BACK. It’s a shame, I liked previous Pedicures.

Queen nails is my favorite salon in town. They are always friendly and do great work. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Their prices might be smidge higher than other salons, but it’s worth every penny for quality work and not being treated like an annoyance like some of the other salons in town treat you. Absolutely give Queen Nails a try!

The pedicure was very poorly done I asked for it to be fixed an then the woman made my foot bleed I didn’t realize how bad it was till I got home now I have to see a foot doctor cause it hurts so bad they are very unprofessional an rude said it was my own fault never will I return there

If I could give them a 0 I would . Had my nails done and was charged over $100.00 for a full set . Added a few crystals on each finger then was charged over $100 because of my crystals. Don’t ya think they should of told me how much it would of been on the begin? Watch out ask before you pay way to much !!

I had stopped going here due to the attitude of some employees; however, I found myself in dire need of a pedicure. I was unsure of what would transpire. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a much better atmosphere that Id previously experienced. Everyone was very nice and she did a great job. New management has made a difference!

I had a HORRIBLE experience at Queen Nails on May 22. I have been going to this salon for more than a year. I liked the experience and enjoyed the services. But this time, an apparently new nail artist(I was later told that she was not new) worked for me.This artist is a relatively older female. Extremely rude. She did not answer any questions. She injured my cuticles, despite my two warnings to not work on my cuticles at all. She was rough with my nail beds and scratched my previous shellac quite violently, something that I have never experienced in my 2 years of getting shellac done. I had to put myself through it as I was leaving for a vacation the next day.I did try to communicate with the staff at the reception but she did not seem too concerned. Another artist who I have used before was apologetic though. WHO OWNS THIS PLACE BY THE WAY!!! I want to slap a lawsuit against them for such malpractice. DO NOT USE THEM.

Best places to get your nails done! If you are going somewhere youre doing it wrong! Queen Nails does amazing an amazing job! All staff is friendly and they all work hard to make sure your nails are just how you want them!

Went to nail shop to get mani an pedi, was treated very rudely I asked for a mask for my face because i am pregnant and cant stand the smell I was told out right no I cant have a mask and it was going to be a long wait when there was no one in the shop at the time, I left quickly across the street to Kyra Nail & Spa and had the best experience ever I knew they had a problem with the color of my skin because of the treatment never will return to this business they are horrible

No stars if I could, walked in and wasnt even greeted, after I signed in and one of the staff announced I was getting a manicure it was like no one wanted to do a simple manicure. I was the only person there and there were 5 employees all playing on their phones. The employee who finally started my manicure did a terrible job and because I did not want gel basically made it known I wasnt worth his time, he answered his phone multiple times and the selection of polishes (non gel) was terrible. Will never go back. White customer walked in and was greeted immediately and treated very well. I hope the owner reads this, as every customer should be treated the same regardless of their color or the amount of money they are spending.

Very disrespectful and they ripped us off

The lady who owns the salon does a great job and goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want. I prefer to have her do my nails than anyone else, some of the men dont give as much attention to detail and seem bored and can be a bit rude.

So, the first time going I had Shawn (the owner) she did a fill and gel polish which I felt was overpriced $10-$15 compared to other local places. My nails looked great! I tipped her a additional $7. When I went home I noticed the gel polish started lifting off.By the next morning all the gel on my nails had flaked off. I was furious. Paid $37 for a crappy gel manicure. I went back and showed them and a nice lady named Bella ended up redoing them for me but the gentleman that was giving her orders told Bella to tell me that if I wanted the same color they would do for free but if I wanted a new color it would be $25. Buy this point I wanted to walk out but I did t want $37 to go to complete waste. So, Bella then proceeded to tell me that the gel polish shouldn’t just flake off the way it did and there was something wrong with the color I chose but that her boss basically told her I would have to pay lolSo the polish is bad but I would have to pay for a new color. F that. This place gets NEGATIVE STARS and I will never go back nor recommend!

Queen Nails is a little piece of Heaven in Youngstown! This is definitely the cleanest, most beautiful and unique nail salon in the area. The owners make you feel like family and every nail tech there is professional and clean. I love the variety of gel polish colors they have, as well as the dip colors. Their designs are unmatched! Whether you need some me time, something for a special event, or just a routine mani pedi, they have you covered! The new owners took over a little over a year ago and they’ve turned the place around immensely.

Loved it! A little more pricy than Im used to but definitely worth it. They took off my old, broken set and gave me a brand new one. I wanted them short and the man respected that and kept asking me if they looked how I wanted them to. He made sure to make them look natural. Great customer service. Needless to say I will be back.

I am absolutely in love with this place! If I could give over five stars I would! I’ve been going here for half a year and haven’t had a thought of going somewhere else. The nail technicians provide such good customer service and I always feel like I’m given the best. I take my grandmother there and it’s to the point where my favorite nail technician Kieu calls her grandma, it’s great. It doesn’t matter what you get, the prices always match the amazing quality provided. I reccomend this place to everyone!!!

I used to love coming here but I recently paid a visit and the nail tech put way too much acrylic on my nails to the point where it is covering my skin and cuticles and it is painful. When she grinded the nail down with the dremmel she cut my cuticles and my finger is now all scabbed up and it is in pain and swollen.

I almost lost a nail because if it...they laid the acrylic stuff on to thick. I would recommend not going there. Also its alot of money. I would rather go to a place in the mall, its 25$ a person instead of 50$. And they listen to what you actually want. They cut my skin fileing it down and useing that spin filer. I would not go to that place anymore..
