Number 1 Very very bad Management

We spend more than 5 hours for unloading. And they charged $350 lumper fee. They take a break for 15 minutes, then some of them go to smoke. Loaders relaxing here instead of working.

If I can give 0 star to lazy

Not bad, plenty of room could probably park overnight. Had a 6am appointment, workers showed up around 0530am gave em about 15 minutes before I went in. Immediately got a door and by 0715 got a call to pay the lumper fee and get my paperwork.

Unloaded quickly, but high lumper fee

Gate G to enter, lumper services. Not a slow unload but been waiting for paperwork for last 35min.... Whole ordeal is getting close to 2hrs. Big NoNo for ELD times.

This place is a 5-hour garbage to unload a Dry cargo and badly overpaid you have to pay lumper fee and they rejected me a pallet I did not return to this place I lost my next load and it is Friday I had to return empty to my house 1300 miles
