It reminds me of the kind of Barber shop I went to as a kid, speaking of which its a great place to take the kids to get their hair cut at a good price. Youngstown’s Finest Barbershop. I heard that John Stamos get his hair cut here when he’s east of the Mississippi. Not sure if he sees Matt or Mike. I would assume maybe Mike does the cut and Matt styles and does the blowout comb over.

Mike gave me a great haircut. I got to the shop not entirely knowing what I wanted but he was patient and helped me figure it out. Will go again!

Since moving to the Mahoning Valley/Youngstown area I have struggled to find a barber that could get it just right. A few were close, but there was always something a little off and I felt like I was settling on a gamble with each haircut. Now that this barbershop has come to my attention, I have not and will not be going anywhere else. Im very picky about my haircut. The same barber cut my hair my entire life until he died and his daughter took over and then she cut it for 20 years until she retired. To say that I dont like change is an understatement. This place is exactly what a guys barbershop should be. It has sports on the TV, sports themed memorabilia on the walls, (and not the cheesy, generic type, but real equipment and photos) sports is the topic of most conversations. They are PROUD supporters of the local Youngstown State University and THE Ohio State University. I have been in the chair of all three barbers and the haircut has been EXACTLY what I wanted each time. This is the place to go for a great haircut and easy conversation about all things sports.

Completely disregarded our conversation about my hair and did his own thing. Turned me around so I could see and instead on a 5 on the sides I got a buzz cut. Pieces sticking out at different lengths. The whole cut is uneven. He even cut over 2 inches off the top which I told him to leave. Ill just wait months for my hair to be normal again its fine..

My hair cut was the bomb. Great place to get a modern haircut.

Arrived at 4:00 with one other person waiting for a chair. They close at 5:30 but was told that they are not taking any more customers. No sign on the door about holiday weekend hours or that they are closing early. No apologies either.
