The best in York!! Gel manicures won’t peel and they use good products even their regular manicures last very long!! consistent work, all nail techs are good not just one!!

I’ve been going there for awhile now and I love how my nails turn out every time!! I can go a little over a month at a time till I have to go back again! I’m not sure her name but she is always at the first station and she is amazing!! My friends keep telling me to go where they go and I say no I love the place that I go too!!

Was there in early May for a pedicure. Amazing work. Go this past Friday to get a manicure. Acrylic manicure. 1 day after on Sat, 1 nail was off! In less than 24 hrs! Then just 5 mins ago scratching my leg, another nail fell off. This is 2 in less than 4 days! Will definitely NOT go back there. Not to mention the lumpy nails, sides already popping up bc of popping quality/work.

Used to absolutely love this place! Last time it was super sloppy and the drills really hurt. They have been doing less coats too.

Unique nails has done an excellent job every time I have gone there. I have been going consistently for dip manicures for close to a year now. Emily does a dip manicure that lasts me for 3+ weeks and never chips. They also have a punch card for discounts which I love!

This place is okay. They are clean and distancing people which is good, but the quality of polish they use is below average and sometimes my nails come out looking messy.

Ive been going for a few years. But recently (even pre covid) i feel like the quality of my nails has gone down. Ive had nail after nail break regardless of the fact even my job is gentle on my hands. And often times they come out crooked and get moreso with each fill. To their credit, I dont think Ive ever paid for a repair.My eyebrows always come out great. I have zero complaints there.

I’ve been going to them for about 2 years. they started out great. they were good at designs and shaping. (i would always get acrylic fill in) and then about 6 months ago, they lost all of these employees and now they have about 4. only 1 of them can do acrylics properly. the wait is almost always 30 minutes or more. they need to do some more hiring for sure if they want me to come back. their work has also gotten worse. the shaping of the nails is not always up to my expectations. and they seem to crack and break easier. i always get gel and that should last way longer. in conclusion, this place is changing for the worst. and i’m not going back

I was babysitting the grands in York while their mom and dad went to Philly for a wedding.Nothing says spoil them like having your nails done after seeing Sherlock Gnome.The ladies took great care of my precious ones. The older granddaughters nail polish didnt stick and we returned a day later and they took care of the issue to my and her satisfaction.Very friendly.

Nice staff, but poor quality products. My daughter and I had gel manicures. Both bottles of polish were full of debris. Our nails looked lumpy and terrible. After telling a friend about this experience, she said the same happened to her. Definitely not returning.

I got some amazing nail art done. It looks wonderful and it lasted for a long time.

Worst service. Worst communication. And on top of it they scream while talking. What happened to being polite. I got a full set with gel polish. My nails were crooked patchy and disgusting. I am highly disappointed with way they treated me.

I will share my experience! Yours may differ. I arrived around 3ish and no one was in there so the kind gentleman took me right away, I wanted a pedicure and gel manicure. Anyways I picked the most expensive pedicure which was 58 dollars and it was amazing he took his time and gave a great massage! I’m thinking it wasn’t rushed because no one was in there. Shortly after I had been there like 40 mins a woman came in to get her nails in and sat down. A couple mins later another staff member came out and asked that woman if she wanted something to drink, meanwhile I’m sitting there and have been in there and mind you I am pregnant and they never asked if I wanted a drink. Anyhow I go over to get my gel manicure and it was going well and I looked at the finished results and they are prettt but my thumb on my one hand is not the best because I can still see my nail through it. Anyways I go to pay and I do not have a chip card just a regular slide car and they tell me I have to use a chip which upsets me because what if I did not have another form of payment so I had to use my credit card with a chip on it and I was a little upset. Overall great service and friendly staff.

Nice people but our pedicures were rushed and our technicians kept stopping to work with other customers. For $55.00/each, we expected to at least receive the services listed. The technician began shaping my nails after the gel polish was applied. She placed both of my feet in one parrafin bag and wax splashed everywhere. No massage just rush from one service to the next. Not enjoyable and extremely disappointed. We watched other people receive the same service and they looked just as unhappy. Wanted to give this salon a try and ended up very dissatisfied.

Worst nail experience ever.I had acrylic nails on for 6 weeks (with fill-ins) and they didnt soak them off - instead he clipped them and clipped my really long nails underneath to next to nothing! Then pried the other pieces off.Painful. Sloppy paint. And rude af. Ill never return here.

Worst service, only one that can do a great job is Steven, but he is never there. The girl that runs it can be rude and is lazy. They messed up my daughter eyebrows twice and cut her while she was getting a refill. Never again will I go back there!

I learned today (9/4/16) during my pedi that this business is now under new management and I must say it is much improved! While I was there I saw several of the employees cleaning, wiping down mani areas and scrubbing out the pedi baths (and we all know how we value cleanliness at our salons). Everyone was smiling and friendly, eager to make you feel comfortable. I had Lee for my pedi and in my opinion she is excellent, would highly recommend her. If you have been here before and were just kind of so-so with I would suggest you try it again!
