I got a full set done and it was really rushed. Not completely terrible but pricey considering the quality. Although my mom got a gel manicure done and her nails came out great!**edit: it’s been a few days and the quality of our nails are just getting worse! The day after the gel colors were chipping and wearing off.

This is honestly the best place to go in Yakima to get your nails done!!!! If you come here make sure to ask for Nancy, she is the sweetest soul in the world and truly cares about her work. This is the first time I did a design on my nails and she honestly did such an amazing job!! OMG!! I was so nervous to get my nails done because of my bad experience at “Number 1 Nails” by the mall, where i got really bulky, ugly, and thick nails, that I was afraid it would happen again, but little did I know I was going to leave this nail salon happier than ever! Will for sure come back!🥰

I was recommended from a friend to try this nail salon and I’m so happy I did! I made sure to call for an appointment and they got me in that same day. I was in and out in 30 minutes with an acrylic shellac fill. I was very impressed with the speed and they look great!

Very clean, very helpful employees. I called to set up an appointment, and they scheduled me in less than an hour! However, I was not able to get what I originally came in for because they were going to charge me ~$70 for an ombré pink and white full set. Thankfully, the nail tech was accommodating and explained a cheaper option. I was just sad how expensive what I came in for was since it’s so basic, but what I left with was still beautiful. Just wish the price at the end would end up being what is mentioned on the price board (before tip obviously)!

I would like to give this a good rating, however, my experience was not the most pleasant. I saw that the reviews were good and that the overall rating was good. However, once I got my nails done, I beg to differ. I requested a certain style of acrylics; this salon did not have any of the proper equipment or products to do any of the designs I wanted. Not to mention the nail artist made my nails too bulky and wide, they looked so unflattering. It is obvious that the artist need more practice. And not too mention that the prices are way too high for such a low quality job. 55 dollars for two different color nails, I find it unbelievable how high the price is. I would go back to the salon and ask to get them fixed, but I do not give nail salon second chances. Never again will I go to a place like this.

Yesterday, June 4th, I had a manicure and pedicure...nails and toes look super healthy and cute. But I woke up this morning and my heels are still rough. It is sandal season. Need smooth feet.

I got a pedicure and full set and it was amazing. Took about 2 hours total but it’s because they were taking their time. My pedicure lasted about an hour and it was so good!!! I don’t remember the persons name who helped me but I loved them and Nancy did my nails! They are so sweet!

Staff very pleasant, they do excellent work, and the experience was very relaxing and results great!

I never give reviews. But this place is amazing. My husband set up an appointment for me for a pedicure and full set. I been living in Yakima for 12 years and have been to a lot of nail places except this one. I loved their pedicure & full set theyre very nice people & not as expensive as other places.

I am SO IMPRESSED!! I got my nails done here 5 weeks ago and they are still beautiful (see photo). None have broken, there is no lifting and the polish still looks great! This is by far the best quality salon I have been to in Yakima (out of the 4 or 5 Ive tried).The staff was extremely friendly, relaxed and accommodating. I felt very comfortable and at ease, not pressured to change my ideas about what I wanted done. Some other salons try to push upgrades to you and pressure you to do a different color or design and this didnt happen here. They took my idea and adjusted to make it happen and it turned out beautifully.Everything was clean, the color selection was great, prices were extremely reasonable and a great value overall.Id highly recommend to anyone in Yakima!

I was very sad about my experience here. I’ve gotten acrylics from them and loved them, but their time management is very poor. The first time was great, so I was excited to find my new favorite nail salon, but when I went to get a fill earlier this week by appointment I waited 30 minutes in the chair while the lady took care of someone that came in after me. I know things happen so I made a pedicure appointment for me and my fiancé anyways. Our appointment was at 3, they didn’t start my fiancé’s pedicure until 3:30 and they had my sitting there with my feet in cold water for almost an hour before I didn’t have time to get my pedicure done anymore. Friendly service, good quality, very poor time management.

Switched to this salon about 6 months ago I needed a quick fill on a Sunday omg let me tell you I LOVE THEM! Always super friendly and my nails are spot on every time, I would highly recommend this business ❤

Went there for the first time and they were really kind and their work is great. I only did a gel manicure but I saw the acrylics being done next to me and they were also really nice. I will come back next time that I’m in Yakima.

Owner (woman) was very rude in front of other customers, and started talking to her co-wokers about us in an obvious way. We felt very embarrassed, sadly will not be back. It was not our first time there. She mightve felt overwhelmed as it was a full house but did not think that justified how she treated us.

From the phone call to book my service to getting it done was AMAZING! 10/10 my new shop to get my nails done!

When someone makes an appointment.... hold true to the appointment time. We just waited for an hour for a pedicure and when someone finally got to us, only one of us actually got someone to do a pedicure so my partner sat there waiting with her feet in cold water. I didn’t even get my nails painted because I was so upset and you guys still had me pay $38. Unprofessional and won’t be back.

Ive tried every place in yakima. This nail salon is the best!! No lies. They make you feel very comfortable. Super nice people! And your nails last a long time! There nail polish isnt watery either and they shape your nails exactly how you want with no problems!! I love this place!

I got my ombre nails done here and totally satisfied with the outcome. This has become my favorite nails salon and I will be back soon.

Honestly, this nail shop is the best one in Yakima. Nancy is great and so is her husband. I showed them a picture of Pinterest and they were able to recreate the nails and design to perfection.

Always a little nervous trying to find a good salon in a new city. Nails & Spa was an absolute joy to visit for my acrylic fill. I will be a loyal customer as long as I am in yakima. Not only were the owners personable and friendly my nails look absolutely amazing. One of the best mani/fills I have had in recent years. The fun attitude and genuine laughter are icing on the cake for this salon. Will highly recommend every chance I get.

Not a good experience. I did not get what I wanted. They said it was too expensive. I will not go back. The guy working there was talking to his guest about getting her laid. Very unprofessional. He said we listen to what you want and then gave me the exact opposite. He said other places over charge for stuff you dont need and that they start every new guest with the cheapest and then see how it works for them. Well Ive been getting my nails done for a long time. I know exactly what I want and didnt appreciate being treated like I was stupid and inexperienced.

I used to go to one of the best salons in Bellevue. I went there for over 10 years and couldn’t imagine finding any other place that could be even remotely as good. When I moved to Yakima a few years ago, I tried several different salons and was more than disappointed. (I had to ice my fingers just to make the swelling go down after one place! And the ones that did do a good job had the worst service ever!) I finally gave up. It just wasn’t worth it.But, one day after hearing some good things about Nails & Spa, I decided to try again. I am SO glad I did!!!!!First of all, they are beyond nice and friendly. Their level of service is incredible!!! They truly make an effort to get to know all of their customers and I have seen this firsthand. Their customer service is exceptional!Besides all of that though... they do THE BEST nails!!!!! I have gotten SO, SO, SO many compliments on mine since I started going there!!! They can do every style imaginable but personally I love how natural they make them look and I absolutely love the ombré!!!And for the pedicures...those are just crazy good!!! There are 3 different options to choose from. I’ve tried each one but I definitely recommend the royal! The mud mask they use is awesome! My feet have never felt so soft!Do yourself a favor and go to Nails & Spa!!! You will be so happy you did and you’ll never want to go anywhere else again!!!!

I went in to get my first ever set of acrylics for prom. I was really nervous but David was great at calming me down. He explained everything I needed to know about acrylics. He even helped me save money by explaining that I could get a coat of shimmering polish instead of the chrome I was thinking about.

I can go weeks without refill and no nails will fall off. Love them ❤️

I went here because they had really good reviews but the pedicure is already chipping after two days and my feet feel bruised because of the way they cut my nails. My shellac is already chipping too after two days and it should last two weeks and I never have it chipped. I will never go here again.

My friend and I went in an hour before they closed for two pedicures, one fill and one full set. I had called ahead of time asking if they would take us BUT I said two manicures instead of full set and fill. Even though I messed up they finished BOTH of us, they stayed an hour AFTER they were supposed to close! Even though I felt so bad they were still extremely nice and treated us with respect! I believe the owner is David and he was the one who finished my nails, even though he was there for so long he was still making jokes. This is my new permanent place to go!

Worst place I could of ever gone to.first time getting acrylic nails nd the lady was super rude and impatient about every little thing and complained about any nail designs when in paying her 50$ plus tip and came back for fills I try calling to make apoitment and nobody ever answers. I wrnt in person 3days in a row and nobody was there passed 11.30 all the days I stopped by until today which I showed up twice last time at 11.30 and she denied me because she had a 12apt I told u thats 30 min frm now and she says thats not enough time even though ive been made wait iver an hour! With apoitment! But she cant let another wait 15min?when there sign out front says open at 10am and welcome WALK INS!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!
