I have always loved pro nails they’re always friendly. I haven’t been in a year (Covid) went back yesterday for the first time for my pedicure and while yes they were friendly it’s changed. The girl I got barely rubbed my feet. She painted one coat on my toes and when I said it was still kinda see through she said it’ll dry darker and put my top coat on. When I got home my toes looked like something I would do in a hurry. So disappointed. I adore Tina too.

Went in for a pedicure. It lasted a total of 9 minutes. There was no callous removal, no cuticle removal, only a quick sweep with a block, when asked to take care of a couple bad spots, was told to use Vaseline. The massage was on my calves with a quick sweep over my feet. The paint job was good. My feet are still callous and I need another pedicure. I would not recommend this place at all.

I made an appointment for 3 pedicures and they told me 30 minutes. I show up waited for an hour and was in there for a total of 2 hours just for a pedicure. Terrible service honestly there are better places in town then here.

My friends and I ( total 12) get our nails and toes done. We love this place and they are so friendly! Been going there for several years. I have 3 friends that come from Seattle to get their nails done too. My husband and his friends all get their toes trim there. Highly recommend Tina and her team.

Awful service, I would leave a zero star if I could. They left polish and removed it after they had soaked our feet. They were rude and we felt rushed. The chairs were broken and all the cup holders were extremely dirty. We felt that they wanted to rush us in and rush us out just to bring people in. We will DEFINITELY not be going back also, not be referring anybody.

I had my nails painted while getting my pedicure. I couldn’t even enjoy my pedicure. I felt rushed. On top of that the lady that did my nails did a horrible job. She missed spot she should have painted, and painted arias she shouldn’t have. The nail polish is on so thick and it has so many bubbles. I’m not happy, and not coming back

They give very good pedicures. Tina adds an extra design to my big toes, which I appreciate. Its become my trademark.

Been going to Tina for over 5 years. Was really disappointed to have made an appt. for the following morning at 9:30. I arrived 10 minutes early and the place was packed. I was told it would be 2 hours and she just opened at 9. She had a wedding party. You did not know this when I called for my appt?Please do not waste peoples time scheduling an appt. and then not honor it. Not a good way to treat good long standing customers.

Have had a great experience all of the times Ive been to pro nails. Tina and her staff are very efficient and attentive.On this specific visit a few days ago I was seated and started on immediately even though I was a walk in. It was a busy Friday but the staff moved seamlessly and I finished in a very reasonable amount of time.The quality has always been great and Ive never experienced lifting, chipping, breakage, etc. After getting my nails done here.Pro Nails has a great selection of colors and finishes. This time I got black chrome nails and I am IN LOVE. Ive gotten so many compliments on them!Additionally I find that Pro Nails is consistently the best value in town for the service and quality you get. Id highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place. They are always very polite and remember their customers even if you havent been there for a while. They are following all guidelines and and quick to get you in a chair.

My friend and I went in for a 9:45 appointment and we were both seated very quickly and we both walked out with exactly what we were wanting. Out of all the salons in west valley I feel like this one is definitely one of the better ones. My nails look and feel absolutely great. Will be coming back again

If you pay attention to detail, this is not the place for you. They are always in a hurry. They never take the time to focus on one client at a time. Oh, and no point in scheduling an appointment because you’re never helped at the time you schedule it. I liked them the first time I went and I thought I would continue to come here but not anymore.

If I could give zero stars I wouldnt hesitate. Ive came here many time, because you know, everyone deserves a second chance. But this place is just money hungry. Worse customer service ever. There are a million other places that can top PRO NAILS easy. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Came in here excited to finally get a manicure and pedicure, I understand they were on a time crunch but poor quality, my manicure was a little lotion and 2 second massage, than my pedicure was basically the same thing BUT didnt even ask what type of pedicure I wanted so I recieved the basic. When I had to pay CASH ONLY, I was charged 80$ for a poorly executed manicure and pedicure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

It was busy but to be expected on New Years Eve. Knowledgable staff. Friendly. And price is spot on. Attached pic is my coffin tipped nails from 5 days ago. No chips or bubbles, even through me gardening and washing dishes.

I asked for a certain type of nails and they said they could do it, but they came out ugly, the polish was everywhere and it was dirty under the nail. I asked for glitter butterflies and they gave me stickers and right away they came off. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a pedicure but not for a full set.

There shaping was not the best but not the worst but there paint job was absolutely terrible. i got white nails and day later they turned like a burnt brown. so bad do not go there they use cheap products too.

Always heard really good things about this place but I definitely didnt see them. They were in such a rush the whole time. My nails were different lengths and the shape was far from even. The worst part about paying 50 bucks for nails is that they literally started popping off after 4 days. I will not be going back.

I have been to this place three times. The first time was an OK pedicure for my wedding. So we decided to go back the next two times And they were completely awful. She didnt trim my nails she didnt clean underneath of them or push the cuticle back The paint chipped the very next day. One second massage and no lotion. Dont go to this place.

I go there sometimes with my aunt, but this last time i went there, I asked the lady to cut my nails shorter multiple times. She was on FaceTime the entire time and was more focused on calling the other person than listening to me. I wanted to get America flag based nails, and the color red I wanted was “too light for her” so she went one to two shades darker and told me I would end up liking them. Totally not happy with the experience and not sure if I would like to go back after that.

Great customer service. A bit pricey but worth it. I treated my sister in law and we had a wonderful time relaxing and getting pampered!

They did not do the design that I asked for. They did not cut my nails, they shaped them into a weird un-natural look. They did a deluxe after I asked them not too so I paid more a for terrible job. Never coming back!!

Today july27.. I got a full set manicure and pedicure. After seeing pictures and reading reviews I was really hoping for something beautiful. Not even an hour after leaving my pedicure polish way ruined. I made sure to wear sandals but almost all my toes were ruined. Smudges and chipped so quickly. My manicure was VERY rushed and left unsatisfactory. For being so expensive I was hoping for a very clean finish. My nails were uneven and left very thick. Felt like they just wanted me in and out as quickly as possible. Left feeling very disappointed in everything.

Ive never seen a nail artist free-hand a perfect shellac French tip- until now! Usually, they go back with a brush to make it perfect. Im extremely impressed and left a ~50% tip.Everyone was extremely friendly and the prices were reasonable.

I received the dip powder on my nails which usually lasts for 3 weeks when I go to my usual salon, but because of the cheap products they used the dip power chipped in 2 days. They charged 35 dollars for something that didn’t last. Will never go back again.

I have never gone here to get my nails done before so I decided to give them a try and I don’t recommend it. My nails turned out so horrible and I will not be going back and wasting my money on this place.

I asked for a manicure for my natural nails and then for them to be dipped and painted. My cuticles were not removed, the dirt from under my nails was not removed, my hands were never cleaned. He filed roughly and quickly, painted at super speed and it was uncomfortable and ultimately I paid $40 for a very unpleasant experience.

Bring my girlfriend here all the time theyll get her right in. Reasonable prices expert job on the nails they come out. Beautiful

The second time I’ve come here and simply ask for coffin shape which is supposed to be skinny square and I had to go Home and reshape myself. Why pay if they can’t do their job nicely?? Always crooked no matter how many times I’ve readjustsed my hand for the nail tech. Can’t blame being busy or rushed if I’m the only person in the salon.

I used to love going here. However since they have gotten much much busier it takes me about two hours of waiting time and getting my nails done and they rush to get me done when they finally get to me. My nails keep falling off because they do my nails too quickly and dont pay attention to detail now. They are very friendly just the quality of the nails is poor now. Ive been here multiple times and enjoyed it OK. However, the last couple times Ive gone, the service has gotten Impolite. Every single time I have gone, Ive brought someone with me, giving THEM more business and money. This time I went and got no lotion after or cuticle oil, and when I was paying the girl wouldnt even speak to me. This is really unfortunate since Ive gone since they opened. This is minor, but Ive gone so many times and theyve never bothered to learn my name when they learn so many other peoples. Customer service is important when running a business and this makes me quite upset. I wont be returning.

Tina and the ladies are always great. They are so nice and helpful with my 7 month old son. The shellac colors selection is unbelievable. It can be busy so I always try to time my visits accordingly. Great location. Awesome staff. Everything I need in a nail shop. :)

I went in on December 31st at around 2 pm. I have to say even though they took about 2 hours I was impressed with their service and the finishing product. This place was a full house (which is why it took so long) but they did not turn anyone away. Im pretty picky when it comes to getting my nails done so I usually stick to one spot. Unfortunately my usual spot was full and wasnt taking anyone else that day so I came here and I was not disappointed. They were super kind and apologetic about the wait. I will definitely come again.

Stopped by for a pedicure. They were nice but the products were cheap and the pedicure was poorly done . I would not recommend.

First experience was okay. Gal didnt seem like she knew what she was doing with my feet but she was gentle, the polish looked pretty and they were even. Second time my feet were soaking for about 15 minutes before this lady got started. She noted I have rough feet and came at me with an exfoliate like she was standing a deck and completely tore open the skin on my foot. No apology, just became freaked out I was bleeding and asked if something was wrong with my skin. No lady, you attempted to sand paper fragile wet soaked skin full force. Common sense or experience could have prevented this. Foot still hurts today, hoping it wont get infected. Really would not recommend them

Very poor pedicure! Corners on big toes were clipped too much. Consequently, now battling ingrown toenail a on both big toes. Wont go back to Pro Nails.

My nails are uneven and terrible I thought because it was in he galleria they would be good. Please dont go here. They painted my nails all outside of the nail on my finger. I had glue stuck to my fingers because she was getting the glue on my hands. She kept trying to get me to spend more money and its very annoying to tell someone over and over that you only want the manicure. This should be a relaxing experience and instead it was more of me repeating myself and denying her extra services.

Worst salon ever. They are super unsanitary here, I literally had to ask for the tools to be cleaned. On top of that, they were less than cordial, to say the least. In fact they were very rude to me through the whole appointment. You would think that with all the time they took on doing a full set of acrylics(3 hrs), the nails would be pretty. In reality they were bumpy and there were bubbles in the acrylics as well as the nail polish being chunky. I wouldn’t come here at all. Rude and condescending people, poor quality of work and super low professionalism. Oh, and they definitely don’t speak English so it’s super hard to let them know what you want.

I was given possibly the worst manicure and pedicure of my life by two very rude technicians. The space is overcrowded and there’s no ventilation. The employees are not nice or skilled, and seem very money hungry.Really bad experience.

The nail tech was forcing my little girls hand into the machine even though my little girl was obviously visibly scared. Also there is no price list and nobody understands any English! Do not go to this place unless you want to deal with rude nail techs and over priced horrible nail jobs.

Worst manicure Ive ever had. The nail shaping is uneven, the edges of the polish are very ragged, and the cuticles are too. She didnt even have me wash the dust off my nails after sanding and before applying the polish. No alcohol to remove oils and make it stick better, either. She gave me a perfunctory hand massage with a drop of cuticle oil and didnt even remind me to take off my gemstone rings - just rubbed the oil all over them. Gross. But the very worst part, and the sleaziest, is that she didnt give me the pale pink color I chose. She gave me this color wheel with about 100 different colors on it and at least 20 of them are in the pale pink category. I spent a lot of time choosing the EXACT shade of pale pink that I wanted (sort of beige and definitely NOT with a lavender blue undertone). Guess what I got? Lavender blue undertone pale pink. Im pretty sure that they stock ONE shade of pale pink and hope that you wont notice the subtle difference between the one they stock and then color you actually chose. Which I didnt really, until I got into the sunlight. Definitely ask to keep the color wheel and compare it to what they put on your fingers (she made sure to take it away from me - so sleazy). That is, if you decide to go here, which I definitely do not recommend. Wish I could leave zero stars

Aaaaammazing!! Pedi was the best! My feet and legs feel so soft and my muscles are so relaxed. Then I got a pink powder fill with shellac. The girls there are great! Since moving to Yakima, Ive been to a couple places. Havent been happy with my nails. I finally found the spot! The prices are defiantly worth the end result.

Ive brought numerous friends into this salon, yet everytime I come in, appointment or not, Im given the back burner. Nice nail art but airbrush is better, which can be done anywhere. They seem to remember my friends, that Ive refereed to them but never mine! Disappointed time after time!

Absolutely love them! I just took my daughter and I there to get her a mani pedi and they were so good with her and i got my very first pedi ever and omg it felt ao good! They take their time and make you feel comfortable. I love my nails too. Awesome place all around!💗

Didnt cut my nails or push my cuticles back, rushed on my nails, after they were finished there were bubbles and weird chips on the sides of 3 of them. didnt paint the tips or sides of them. and now that Im taking my nails off, I come to find out they used MMA . DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, DEFINITELY NOT WORTH 45$. WISH I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR REVIEW

My experience here was terrible. The ladies didnt listen to anything I would say and my nails where so poorly done. My left hand side was shorter then the right and they lasted me a week and broke off. I left very unhappy knowing that I was going to go home to try and fix all their mistakes. I do not recommend this place to anyone

We have been here a couple of times and the actual procedure was great. This last time as my wife and daughter were having their manicures done, an employee stumbled while carrying nail polish and they fell and broke, ruining my wifes purse. My wife didnt throw a fit just dealt with it because mistakes happen. But the establishment then charged full price for the procedure. So we are out the manicure/pedicure price and a $75 purse. Thanks a lot for doing what is right in the situation.

Dont go here unless you want your nails to look like a toddler did them. Worst set of acrylics Ive ever gotten. No wonder they cost 25$. Now im gonna have to spend even more money to get them fixed at a real nail salon. Dont go here unless you want to be a practice dummy.

Im really disappointed with the service and the quality of the manicure I received. I made the decision to go to this nail salon based on the great reviews they have. Which at this point Im very confused on why they have such good ratings. I got the full set with the gel polish. She didnt trim and clean up my cuticles and dry skin near my nail bed. she did an awful job at shaping my nails, the edges of my nails are uneven and snags on my clothing. For the color I picked they have to do a black coat first and then the gel polish over that and I can still see the black polish around the edges. There is poilish on my skin and nail glue on my skin. Usually there is some type of massage or at least they put lotion on your hands and lower arm but I didnt receive any of that. Im just so surprised by how awful it is. And the service was no better. She was not friendly at all and barley spoke to me, even when I tried to initiate a conversation. They only positive id say was I was in and out in less then a hour, but at the cost of my terrible manicure. I usually do not leave bad reviews but for $54 I want to warn other ladies so they dont make the same mistake. I will not be returning.
