This is the best place to get your car fixed! They have a shuttle service, and they took me and my three kids all the way home after I took in my 1997 Toyota Camry. My car was making all kinds of noises, from clunking to humming, it sounded like all the bolts were coming out of the car. They finish fixing up my car, and they even dropped it off at my work. My car had no more noises, it feels and drives like a brand new car. The mechanics are awesome, and they explain to you everything. Valley Automotive Center is reliable, and trustworthy. You will not regret ever going to their shop, it will be the best thing you have ever done.

Had a major cooling system leak while traveling. Came into Valley Automotive Center, they insisted on giving me a ride to my client (I was going to do Lyft). Got a call from Alphonso the next business day saying it was ready to go. I was expecting several days at least since parts can be hard to get for my older Land Rover. Very fair price, excellent customer service, and very nice people! Will be recommending them to anyone needing automotive service in the Yakima area.

Check engine light came on mid cross country move, called in, he waited to take lunch till he saw us. Not only did he check out what the computer was trying to tell us, he explained what dangers to look for in our situation and made sure we were feeling safe

Saturday afternoon...snow storm...I limped into Yakima from Walla Walla, fuel pump dying on my 77 MGB. I was stranded for the weekend, but first thing Monday I called Valley Automotive Center. Junior talked to me on the phone, assuring me they could help me, I limp-dropped off the car. Senior Alfonso called me to double check the symptoms of the cars problem. He checked the distributor to ensure it wasnt a spark problem, then checked the fuel pump pressure, which was less than 1/3 of required pressure. He found the part (an English fuel pump in Yakima!!) and had it installed that evening. Due to SNOW and ICE, he was not able to test drive until the next day, which he did to ensure my trip over the pass would be safe. THANK YOU Sr. & Jr., you got me on the road to Whidbey Island in a SAFE car...and it ran great the rest of the trip. I would say the price was very fair for the work they did...very fair.
