Great service shop for Subaru owners. You can usually get an oil change without a reservation. Staff are friendly and mechanics/techs are quite competent. Comfortable waiting area. Loaner cars often available but a reservation is important. Have used them over 25 years.

They fixed the airbag that was on recall. The manager brought out snacks to the full waiting area. He said they were diet bars.. I honestly had to laugh. The tray was full of cookies. It was really nice.

Oil changes are free for us cuz we paid extra for free lifetime oil changes. But every time we go in for an oil change, they always find something wrong, and its automatically our fault that said car system isnt working properly. And they sometimes talk down to us, like were children and dont understand how a car operates. And they dont offer payment plans for services for those of us who dont make a whole lot of money. And a lot of their services are very expensive. You could most likely go elsewhere for a cheaper price.
