Great value and amazing service! The facilities were clean and comfortable. Came in with my cousins as a walk in. Evan was extremely professional and got us taken care of right away. All three of us loved the final result and will be back in the future.

Fun experience. Communication was challenging but thats on me because I only speak 1 language. Be patient and have fun. They did a great job making my daughter feel pampered and comfortable.

I’m Vietnamese. I speak it and understand, they started speaking about me, my nails, and my choice of nail color in Vietnamese. Very mean things. On top of that, my pedicure was horrible. Hailey, the nail tech, left my my toes crooked and there was still polish on my toes, not toenails, that she didn’t clean up. She also left one of my toes chipped without wanting to fix it. She refused to fix it after I asked her to.My acrylic nails were also terrible. They came off in two days. It was really uneven. It was a waste of 90$. I’m never going back, and I advise you all to never go here!

Elegant nail salon was the opposite of elegant with the end results being painful physically and emotionally due to contracting a nasty case of TOENAIL FUNGUS. In the 21 years of getting my mani, pedis I have NEVER gotten toenail fungus.I am fairly new to Wylie and wanted to find a nail salon close to me that I could call my home salon. The only other nail salon in Wylie I have been to in Wylie prior to Elegant nail salon was “Posh Nail Salon”. I went to Posh a week before I had my baby back in October and my gel lasted a month with no nail fungus of course. The reason I didn’t go back to Posh Nail salon was because it’s a little pricier and further from me, but boy what a lesson learned.Now the day I went in to get my service done I had two ladies working on me, I don’t know the name of the lady who did my manicure and Mimi did my pedicure. The woman who did my gel manicure wanted to use this drill to buff my nails and I told her “no, please use a softer sponge buffer, I don’t want an aggressive mechanical buffer on my natural nails because they are bare.” She gave me a dirty look and started talking to Mimi, then she completely ignored me and didn’t buff them at all. Mimi started talking to me and started to discuss the Covid vaccine, she shared that everyone in the facility was vaccinated and safe to be around. She then asked me what vaccine I got, and I shared that I am not vaccinated. Even though I was wearing a K95 mask, both technicians were surprised and their reactions towards me were as if I wasn’t practicing public safety precautions. Which is comical because I have been extremely safe during the pandemic, never got covid and their reaction to me was so contrary to their poor sanitary measures giving me toenail fungus.As the nail tech worked on my hands I realized she never buffed my nails, I thought to myself I hope this gel lasts.” I almost confronted her, but she wasn’t the friendliest, I could tell she was talking about me to Mimi. As for Mimi, she must have been overly confident by her popularity that she took a short cut and just rinsed the tools she used on me with soap. Normally nail techs have their tools in a sealed package that signals to the client that the tools were thoroughly cleansed as they open it in front of you. They didn’t do this with me so that should have been a red flag, and this was on a Sunday evening so who knows how many times these tools were used before me. I know from being in the salon business that you need more then soap, the first thing you learn in cosmetology is to sterilize your tools for fifteen minutes in a solution called Barbicide, after 15 minutes of the tools being soaked EVERY type of virus is killed in that solution.Fast forward just days after my gel manicure my nails started to peel, by literally the end of the week my gel nails were almost all the way peeled off, my husband noticed and was disappointed for me. I almost called to complain, but I decided to take my loss and just not let the same nail tech work on me. That PMA was short lived when Three weeks later I discovered my right big toe had black crust in the creese, I freaked out and literally started to have a panic attack. My gut was telling me this is toe fungus, I didn’t want to believe it, I have never had nail fungus, everyone who knows me knows I am a GERMAPHOBE. I started to peel the gel off hoping I was wrong, and sure enough the look of my nail was horrendous.My journey did not end here, after calling this place five days in a row trying to contact the owner with zero returned calls, I had to make a surprise visit on the sixth day to confront the owner. After several disputes I wish I could say the owner valued me as a customer and made things right with me. I dont have enough room to explain the other 1/2 of my story and share how this was handled. My anxiety is through the roof over this, I cant sleep, I have sharp pains in my toenails, overall this has been the worst salon experience.

MiMi is the best. I went in today and got the hologram nails. She did an outstanding job. Im very satisfied. Finally I have someone who can do my nails correctly and is patient with me ☺️HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I love going to elegant nails. They are fast and efficient and do a great job!! I’ve not been disappointed🥰 when my mom passed my 2 sisters and I along with my 2 nieces walked in and they were busy but got us right in and took great care of us!! ❤️

I always get my pedicures here. They always have enough operators so you’re not sitting and waiting .. they are fairly priced and offer several different options for pedicures. The work is very nice and I’ve never been disappointed with a pedicure here .

After reading reviews I was nervous but had to give them a try for myself. Im glad I did. Very nice inside. I got the dip manicure and the lady did a great job! Shed ask me after each step to make sure everything was how I wanted it like shape, color, thickness, etc. Best of all, it was the cheapest since they run a 20% off M-Th deal and will automatically run it without you having to remember to ask!!

This spa is absolutely amazing! I believe they are under new management, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. My daughter had the dip with tips plus a polish change on her toes. I had acrylic with tips and a polish change on my toes.Evan was terrific! So nice and very professional. I loved my strawberry margarita too! Also, I’m a recent right leg amputee and I had my new “foot” toe nails polished. I was afraid it would be weird, but Evan made me feel completely comfortable! I can’t recommend this place enough! Hailey took amazing care of my wife. She was massaged and pampered for 45 minutes before they even started painters her toes. She loves lavender and got the wonderful lavender pedicure. She got hot stones, towels, lavender lotion, and bath salts. She felt like she was at a spa. She was so happy to come home and show me her toes and baby soft feet. Thanks so much! She will be back!

NO!!! I did not like my experience. My pedicure was mediocre. My heels are still cracked despite callus removal scrubbing. He barely clipped my cuticles around the toenails. The polish job is less than. Disappointed. Will not return.

I have personally known the new management of this salon from their previous salon. It’s been four years from a town six hours away. They are, young, sweet, professional and AMAZING at their craft! I am literally planning my trips to DFW around when I need my nails done so I can see them in Wylie. I am sad they moved but I wish them the best and you girls in Wylie have no idea how lucky you are!!!

I went on October 16 2020 to get my nails done for my baby shower. I paid a total of 55$ for my nails and its been 4 days and all my nails fell off already... really disappointed and i will not be going back

I visited on Saturday morning. I forgot the ladys name that did my nails, but her and Tim (who did my pedicure) were absolutely amazing! So was the guy up front. This will be my go-to nail salon. Everything is so clean, they are extremely helpful and wonderful!

I sat in my car for to finish eating my breakfast from Starbucks while parked directly in front of Elegant Nail Spa. I debated on whether or not I was going inside because Id gone to so many nail shops only to leave dissatisfied. I decided to go inside for a mani/pedi and the first thing I noticed was the clean and very professional looking environment. I spoke with Evan at the front desk and he told me about the different packages they had to offer then he was my nail tech. Long story short, I will definitely go back to Elegant Nail Spa! What a pleasant experience and that leg massage was EVERYTHING. I think my eyes rolled back into my head a couple of times....lol. My nails are pretty, Im happy, and Evan is awesome!

I would like to give this place a good review, BUT....My first visit was ok, not very happy with the nail tech who did my Dip nails because they were uneven and the lady who gave me a pedicure cut my toes. Gave them another chance last month and went to a different nail tech. Alex did a good job with my Dip nails, so that was good even if their services are way too pricey compared to other places. Last night I Made a 6:00 PM appointment for today so I can see Alex. I left early for work and rushed in so I am not late for my appointment. As soon as I got there, they said They were BUSY and can’t see me even if I made an appointment! That’s a “deal breaker” right there... ZERO for professionalism.

The inside decor is 5 star. I walked in and was like WOW! So Amazing, big, beautiful and gorgeously done. However. This is the first and last time I will be going. They are not about customer service. Only about the money. Rude. Unfriendly. Talk bad about their customers (body language is universal) Dont Listen to what you request and then you ask them to fix their mistake and they get an attitude and want to tak on another $20. Um no. I repeated myself multiple times what I wanted and did not receive. Its a shame.

First off I never ever leave reviews but I felt the need for this place . They do a decent job and the place is clean and beautiful . But the service is horrible, me and my sister felt like the employees were talking bad about us the whole time & we felt pressured and rushed the whole time . Not to mention, the employees were talking amongst themselves showing each other receipts of how much they were making and bragging to one another DISRESPECTFUL. Even if my nails would of came out bad I would have still not been upset if I felt respected and appreciated. All they care about is money here not costumer service whatsoever . Horrible atmosphere & horrible employees.
