Wow! This was my first time visiting this place and I loved it!! Kelly did such an amazing job and the moment I stepped in the guy that was at the front was so welcoming and they were all so chill. Kelly so good she got to me and she did my nails really quick and so nice.. she even helped me pick the color which I love!! Totally recommend!!

I don’t normally write reviews but this place blew me away.First of all, Helen did an AMAZING job with my birthday nails 💕Everyone here treated their customers like royalty, it was actually really refreshing because most other nail salons I’ve been to don’t really show that they care. They went above and beyond to make sure my little sister and I were happy with the shape and color of our nails, and helping with color recommendations to match a picture from Pinterest! (Most places will just make you choose your color and not really offer their opinion if you ask for it, which I really appreciate when they do)Definitely found my go-to place for nails from now on!! Love these folks.

Ok, I am a dude, so nails arent really my thing. But today I did the full foot treatment while I waited on my girl. She did the mani and pedi, a new term for me. Anyhow, Mimi did a fab job on my feet. Ill be back.

I really love Castle Nail Spa in Wylie, and my girl Lana! My hubby got me to try them so I didnt do my own nails (I color outside the lines 😂). I tried a few places around town and a few techs at Castle before finding Lana. Castle is very clean, professional, very safe, and I feel the price is worth it. Everyone is very nice and Im always waited on quickly. The manager always comes to ensure Im taken care of or need anything. I used to use gel but have switched to the dip, and couldnt be happier. With both the gel and the dip, they have so many colors to choose from. I use my own nails, and Lana knows I like them short and rounded. I never feel pressured to get something I dont like (I have before at other places). I will look for pics on pinterest for ideas and Lana is so knowledgeable about what will look good together, trending, etc to help my pic idea become reality. She is so helpful to match my toes to my nails. She is just the very nicest person, Ive been going to her exclusively for about 6 years now.

I broke my nail today which never happens, I stopped in and they were extremely accommodating and professional. The owner Kevin fixed my nail and went back through and gave me a touch up on my other nails. Kevin is a honorable man and stands behind his product and brand. If you are looking for a nail shop to try, stop in at Castle Nail I don’t think you will be disappointed. Again, thank you Kevin you and your team are amazing!

Went in to get my nails done before having a baby. The lady doing my nails rushed and didn’t file them - they were stuck to my fingers. After getting home two of them broke very easily. Just popped and chunks fell out.When I went back to get them fixed the next day. I was told they were too busy to fix them, understandable. However I was going in to be induced later that day and couldn’t come back later. When I told them this all they said was “sorry were too busy”. They didn’t offer any type of solution. So I paid $40 for a full set that were terribly done, and lasted not even 24hours.

Ive been here a few times and all i gotta say is that they do an amazing job. very professional and super fast. everyone is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. i would highly recommend, for sure will keep visiting

I have been going to Castle for almost a year and love it! Lana does a superior job on my dip nails and I get so many compliments on them. Excellent selection of colors to choose from, I often let Lana pick because I cant seem to make a decision =) The salon is always very clean and all of the staff there are super friendly. Have gotten pedicures here from Lisa and she also does an amazing job. Would highly recommend!

Lisa and Lana are the perfect dynamic duo! Both are amazing! My manicure and pedicure are always perfect and they both pay special attention to every detail. From the amazing foot massage to perfect nail color and length, they always go above and beyond to make sure my experience is nothing short of perfection. Lisa and Lana are by far the best technicians I have ever had!

Ive been going to Lana at this nail spa for 1.5 years. I like to do a different color on my fourth finger each time and she is very good at picking out colors that go well together. She also is an excellent nail tech, very personable, and is available most days/times when I want to get my nails done. You wont be disappointed if you go to her.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The environment is always very clean. Every time I go get my nails done with Lana she does an AMAZING job! My nails always look perfect when she does them.

Very clean and professional location. My manicurist was nice and efficient but left a few bubbles and the polish was lumpy in places. Still, it looked professional and beautiful, though it seemed too expensive (almost $40 for just a basic gel manicure). Two nails chipped gel polish in less than 12 hours, which dropped the review a star for me and made the whole manicure not worth the price. I ended up buying my own at-home kit to do my own manicure for the same price as this one.

Its been a long time since Ive had a mani-pedi, so today I had Jill for my mani & Ann for my pedi. Awesome ladies!! They did a great job!!! I will always ask for them in the future.

I love Angel! She’s amazing at nextgen and acrylics. The staff is friendly and accomodating, and the atmosphere is relaxing even when it’s busy. (I picked at my cuticles- not their doing)

I get waxing... pedicures ... manicures ... never by the same person... everyone is great!!!! Love them all! Always on time when I make an appointment! I’m always in and out! Excellent work. Very clean! Never had nail infections or anything. They apply as many coats even with gel as u want. They do gel on toes too.

I have gone multiple times and had amazing experiences. Went Sunday with my mom and daughter for Mani/pedi. Theirs were great. They forgot I asked for mani until halfway through. Lady came out trimmed my nails a lot after I asked her to leave the length. Painted my nails and then massaged my arms and out my hands in clumpy parafin. Manager did make it right by not charging for the mani, but I walked out with junky looking nails and disappointed that I didnt get the pampering that I had been looking forward to.

My nails are definitely not what I asked for look nothing like the picture I showed the technician! I asked for narrow long square nails and It came out very wide and fat looking each nail is inconsistent and looks different then the other hand

I drive over 45 mins to come to this nail salon! This place is insane amazing! My nails and tootsies always look fresh and fabulous and I’m always prepared for anything when my nails look this good! The sweetest thing I saw the other day when checking in was a little girl with her mommy getting mani’s and they no-charged the mom for the little ones mani! Aw! Thank you guys for always being so easy to book appointments with! Muah!!

Grossly over-priced for poor quality service. Staff appear to be over worked, I suspect without lunch breaks as their hands seem to be quite shaky during the latter half of the day.Also: do not trust the prices for their sign-in menu of services.I’ve had some pretty terrible nail service, but this place is definitely the chart topper. The environment is clean and aesthetically pleasing, but their merits seem to end there when it comes to quality of service.***review not based on one date of service alone

Lana is my go to girl. She is such a sweet person! There is a new owner now and the nail shop has been cleaned up a bit more (it is a noticeable change). The owner is very nice and always asking if you need anything.

This is a good salon to come to if you just want basic nails done (even though it is overpriced). I usually only get nexgen, square shape, same color on all my nails. However, last time I went I decided to make some changes. I decided to switch to acrylic because A. Its cheaper and B. I dont see the point in having my nails taken off every single time I go and my nails becoming thinner and thinner. The workers claim that it is much healthier for your nails but honestly? I dont see a difference. When they noticed I was switching from nexgen to acrylics they were very passive aggressive about it and judgmental about my decision. I then asked for it to be in a coffin shape and honestly, none of my nails look the same at all or look remotely like a coffin shape. Some are more rounded than others, some nails are more bumpy and others look crooked. When they put the color on I was surprised to see them use just regular nail polish that they usually use for your toes. Two days later color got scraped off on one nail and the paint is already chipping off. This couldve been prevented had they used gel polish but I guess this is their way to make people come back to do their nails more often and to make more money off of them. However, this experience doesnt negate all the other good experiences I have had with them, they are a decent place to go to if you dont want anything too fancy.

Just got home from having my nails done. I am going to have to spend some time straightening them up! :( To start with, the lady didnt even say a single word to me until she was almost finished and all she said was, dis ok? She used the buffing cream and buffer on my nails and then told me to, Go wash. She began cleaning up and I asked if she was going to apply the clear shiny coat and let it dry under the uv light. She stated that she did the buffing cream. I told her that was not what I usually get done. She restated what she did. I told her that was not what I wanted. She wasnt happy. Got her stuff back out and began vigorously roughing up the top of my nails again with no concern for the skin around my nails! She did the clear shiny coat for me but let me know she was not happy. Neither was I!I have been there several times, and every time that I have voiced that something needed more attention or was crooked...the person either argued with me, saying I was wrong or that they werent finished yet and for me to be patient. Well this time I was trying to be patient and that didnt work either. Maybe she was having a bad day? I dont know. But what I do know is that if she would have taken the time to communicate with me and ask me what I wanted, she wouldnt have wasted her time having to go back and redo it! She also might have gotten a tip from me. The woman didnt even say hello, how are you today; nor did she respond to any attempts I made with small talk. Very unprofessional!! If I had looked at my nails better before I paid, I probably would have told them I wasnt paying the full amount. She lost my business for Castle Nail Spa! To many other places around to treat your customers like that!! WOW! What an experience! Gotta go fix my nails now! :/ PS, If there is one start highlighted, It is only because it wouldnt let me post my comment unless I chose at least one star. I give them NO STARS!

I was there last week, and came out disappointed, when I came in they did not offer me nor show me the gel colors, they just sent me to choose a regular nail polish color, and when I asked for it, they looked at me like if they did not know what I was talking about, they told me i had to match my toes nail color with my hands nail color, so they did. I waited on the center table to dry my nails about 10 min, so when I was heading out to pay my nails got ruined, I showed them to the guy that was taking my payment and sent me back to a different girl, she fixed them nicely and told me I got regular nail polish, that is what I was asking the other girl, and she did not know what I was saying😠Anyway I have been in different places and nobody ever offer me regular nail polish on my acrylics, also I think is overpriced, did not even get water 🙄

Always great. Been going here since they opened. Some things are pricey but worth it. To indulge yourself with a special pedicure package that literally puts you in the deepest state of relaxtion has to be worth the extra bucks sometimes. Always friendly staff and they treat customers with utmost respect. No matter how busy they are one usually doesnt wait too long as they have adequate staff to cover busiest times.

I had a french manicure on Friday, the next day the nails had already begun to chip. I went in to have them fixed. I was told to come back in an hour, when I explained I didnt have an hour they just kept repeating come back in an hour. I will never go here again. Very shoddy work.

I have been coming to this place for ever and they don’t take loyalty as a concern or care. My daughter (9) and myself sat for an hour waiting only for people without appointments to continue to be seated. Go every two weeks and will have to find a new place. Never again. No customer service!

My 12 year old and I had a terrible experience. After having NexGen 4 times, we decided that we would not be having it done again due to severe nail thinning. The nail technician Mike did not like that and became extremely passive aggressive and rude. My daughter broke into tears once we left, because she felt so confused. We will never return to Castle nails and we will never recommend them to anyone.

My first time ever going to this nail salon was HORRIBLE. The beginning was good, i got the jelly pearl pedicure, and was getting a set of nails. And while the guy was going my nails he made four of my cuticles bleed. Then told me thats whats supposed to happen. That has never happen to me. The next day i was cooking and two of my nails just broke in half. Plus other ones have cracks all in them.I wont be returning.

I went to get my nails done here. Thought it would be a good place busy so they have to do a good job right. Well wrong...Trina did my nails and she did a horrible job she attempted to cut them down only for them to be so uneven. She didnt take all the steps that most nail shops take she rushed and did a sloppy job. She didnt put a top coat on them. Just horrible TRINA did a HORRIBLE job.

Ive been at least a 10 times... Each and every experience has been totalling poor quality. Quit going, but was encouraged by one of my friends to give them another try. Less than 18 hours after paying $60 for gel refill, had one nail completely broke off, and four others chipped. I do not work, I stay at home due to health issues and there is NO reason my nails look like I work in a factory! They say its not their problem? ??? I highly discourage ANYONE to spend even one dime on such poor quality!

I went in for a dip powder and pedicure. The nail tech was rude. She did my nails the way she wanted and not like I asked. When I brought it to the new managers attention that I was not happy he still asked me to pay for the service but gave me a gift certificate to try to make up for how I was treated. Im not sure but when does a $15.00 certificate make up for $70.00+ worth of rude and unprofessional service? It doesnt! Its been 9 days since I had my nails done by Annie T ... 6 of my nails are lifting and 1 has come off completely. Its clear the new manager doesnt care about the customers and the employees do what they want.

I have been going to castle nails for a while now but I have never really gone to get my nails done because they did not do a good job but I went to get my eyebrows done and they messed them up not 1 time but 2 times now and my mother went as well to get her eyebrows done and they did not do a good job so now that I have given them more then enough chances I am never going again.

They did a really horrible job on my nails and nicked my cuticle with their Dremel tool I wasnt pleased and wont return

Within two hours of leaving my nail polish was coming off my thumb nail.With already having a horrible experience from the moment i stepped foot in there. I have two acrylic vig toe nails and she clipped them and broke one on accident which typically no big deal they had to be filled any wsy.. the lady just painted my toes as if nothing had happened. Asked if I liked them and I told her no because obviously needed to be filled ajd where she broke it needed to be fixed. She got pissed. Not to mention didnt scrub my feet or anything. Piss poor service.. just because it looks nice doesnt mean anything.

Beautiful decor, clean environment, nice chairs that work, free Wi-Fi, complimentary drinks/wine, pillow for your back or lap, big TVs. Very friendly, considerate, and attentive staff (that wore matching polos with name tags). Gloves were even worn during a very thorough and all-inclusive pedicure. Only $28 for Classic pedicure. Best place ever!

Their rude and don’t ever speak english and just talk to each other, i ask them to fix my nails and they give attitude and made them look even worse, so unnecessarily thick and clunky, never coming back, and their not even smooth on the top
