My first time visiting was a week ago. The owner is very professional and and personable. I love the nail techs honesty before she even started my nails. She stated what technics she was not 100% comfortable with. If you have children this place is nice became they don’t treat your children like they are a bother. I will be going back!

I am a first time customer who was looking for a cheaper nail spa not too far from where we live. I saw that this place had good reviews and decided to gice it a try. I came on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasnt busy. I was greeted with a warm and a friendly hello and was immediately seated. I was a bit cautious because I have a very bad ingrown toenail on my left toe, but Kim was able to remove it and fix it. I enjoyed the service. I will definitely go back to this place.

This place was wonderful! I was a walk in and they fitted me in right away. The atmosphere inside is calming and friendly. My nails look beautiful. Such a great attention to detail. Very great prices.

Customer service was great. The ladies there were super sweet and they were able to take me back right away. But my cuticles were cut twice and was quite painful when the polishes were applied to the open cuts that were bleeding a little. Also concerned that the excess dip powder was poured back into the container - seems unsanitary to use same powder for multiple peoples fingers. Ill probably go back, but not for a manicure.

I have been having my nails done there for several years. When Cindy took it over she added class and pizazz! I have seldom been disappointed with her nail experts. However, business has picked up so much that the wait times are becoming longer. But the quality of service is still very good.

This place is a hidden gem. My daughter and I went to 3 different places that were packed before she suggested this place. Its not a glamorous building but thats not what matters here. The staff were all very kind, attentive and didnt make you feel judged. Annie did my pedicure and I love her!!!!! She was so meticulous and took her time to treat each foot individually. Their prices are extremely fair and you get more than what you pay for. I am so grateful we came here and this will be our new place to come every time!!

I really like this place. The facility is clean and fun ( ambience actually very relaxing). They were very sweet, one of the manicurists was finishing up with her clients and i was able to get my nails done.

Called to see if they could get me in when I got there the place wasnt busy three other people walked in after me and the lady had them come sit in a chair and started on them while I was sitting at the table waiting for someone to even come start on my nails wont be going back this is me giving this place another chance after the last time that I was there never again.

When I moved to the area I was in search of a go to nail salon. I visited a couple of business that were very reputable but no other matches up to the customer service at Charming. I was a long time customer at Azura, and may go back from time to time BUT the friendliness and customer service at Charming stand out. The girls are very pleasant and are never disrespectful to carry on conversations around people who do not speak their language. I can tell they pride themselves on customer satisfaction. Recently, I got some nexgen work done but a few days later my nails (nexgen) started chipping off. This was my natural nails by the way. I called to let them know that it has just been days but my nails were already chipping. I was invited to come back so that someone can have a look at them. Without any issue, and I mean without any issue whatsoever, I was told that all of my nails would be done over for free if I decided to use the same color. I was very happy with the offer. Added to that, I always have my child with me and even though she can be rather fussy at times, the girls there are very accommodating. They offer snacks, drinks, and talk to my kid as thought she was part of the family. I highly recommend them! Its the place to go and also to bring a friend who is visiting.

Two days later my nails start lifting.Went back when first one started to lift. Fixed free.Wasnt same person and quality of work showed. Had two GLUE the others down...I will not go back to this salon.yes they are friendly and clean. But again I spent over $40.00 and two days later they were lifting this tells me they werent properly put on. I could understand 1 nail. But 3 nails um no way.

OMG! Tried this place for the first time! Made an appointment at 4:30. Manicure still not started at 6:00pm. Pedicure done by a man who could not see he was buffing my toes (not nails) and watching TV. They put my hand in acetone for over 45 minutes and never returned. Finally I took it out, my fingers are white. The old guy finished the feet. I wish I could send a pic. It looks like a toddler did it. All wrinkly and bubbly and all over my toes . Still no manicure at 6:15. At this point I am just going home. I will go back to Waikiki tomorrow . The customer service is horrible also. Plenty of techs sitting in chairs on their phones. Again I wish I could add pics so everyone could see. Ihave no idea how this place got such rave reviews. This is insane! PS I ADDED PICS . Mine are the pink (hairy) toes. The one with the toe separator thingy is the guy job. The one with the pink is after the woman fixed it you can still see paint all over my toe ! What a ripoff !

I just had my first mani/pedi today at Charming Nail Spa and I am so pleased with the customer service and results of the whole staff. I didnt feel like they were rushing to get me out of the chair and took special care during the massages after the nail treatment was done. I will be seeing Chetra and Kelly again for sure!

This place is fantastic! A relaxing atmosphere, no chemical smell, nice people, and the manicures and pedicure last at least twice as long as those Ive had at other places....everything you want in a nail salon.

My first Pedicure and the staff was great and it was a very clean environment.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I came in on a Thursday at 5:30pm. A first time customer bringing in all my 4 sisters and my mother. We all asked for pedicures, and I wanted an acrylic set done. They had us wait for two hours in the pedicure chairs. At 7:30 they started on my feet. The man did an okay job. Then a lady started my hands. It was horrible. She had the powder on so thick and it was completely unblended. Everyone else in my family left at this point. With only one of my sisters and my mothers nails done. My other sister waited for only a pedicure and soon after she left too. My other sisters went with nothing done because they said yes but were taking forever and they said we would be done at 7pm. So then Kim the manager comes to try to fix this other ladies mistake on my hands. She started my other hand. And sticks my one messed up hand in acetone. She knows they have messed up and that I am upset. She takes of the acrylics and puts on new ones. It wa still horrible. Neither hand was the same size or shape. She told me I could come back and she would do a powder full set for no cost. So being a first time disappointed customer I think atleast they will fix it. So I now I just went back in there with my ale ways chipped nail polish & horrible acrylics, 2 days later. So they fixed my toes. Starting on my hands she tells me no Im going to make you pay additional for the powder although she said it would be for free. I waited an hour, again. My hands soaked in acetone. Then I asked for a specific shape, some what longer and she says thats going to be extra. Im very upset at this point. Then I show a shorter nail shape and shes pissed off because thats extra work to file it down. Absolutely pathetic. So arguing because Im so upset she says okay Ill do it for free. So as shes about to put the powder on I asked her wait no can you try that powder on me, knowing youre going to charge me extra, on top of the fact that yall messed my nails up, and if I dont like it I will just do regular acrylic. And she started yelling! I dont have time. Well excuse me but this salon has the worst service I have ever experienced. Ever. She yells am do say that its appalling. She pulled out a $20 bill and tells me to go else where, with my nails not finish. Absolutely disgusting and horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do not come here they do not care about their customers or even their work. I would not even give this place a rating. Absolutely disappointed.

FYI... New management. Focus on amazing customer experience and nails care.

This place is hands down the best nail salon Ive been to in the city. Lucky for me, my boyfriend lives in the area and I happened to find this spot while walking the dog.

Very well priced and they never try and up sell you on anything, probably the best nail salon ive been to. They have a lot of gel polish colors to chose from as well as regular polish.
