I don’t get acrylics often. This was like my second time getting them. First, I hadn’t realized until I left that the lady that did my nails hadn’t even cut them first or offered to cut them. But that’s not the main issue. After getting my acrylics my nails hurt the rest of the day and the next. I wasn’t sure why and since I didn’t have time to drop by I just ignored it. Now like 2 weeks later I’ve noticed that my nail is not even attached to the acrylic like it looks gone. I don’t know what this is but I’m freaked out and I will be dropping by asap to talk to the manager.

This nail salon was awesome. My wife decided to share her long time secret with me and Im glad she took me here. 🙂Ive taken my daughters to 2 other places and Ive sat there while they got their nails done. The thing that I think nail salons are notorious for is the workers talk in their language making the customer feel uncomfortable as well as thinking theyre talking behind their backs.Nexgen Nail Bar did not do that to my wife and I. Although the women that worked on our pedicures did not speak perfect English, they spoke well enough and we were able to communicate with them.For a first timer, they were great and really took care of me. But heres whats awesome for returning customers, the owner called my wife by name when we walked in. I was very impressed by this. She greeted us warmly and although wearing a mask, I could tell she was smiling at us.Another thing that impressed me is the cleanliness of the place. I can see it is well kept and the workers have pride in working there.I also found out they offer massage therapy so that was an added bonus to know. The place is well lit giving a very welcoming feeling; coupled with the clean ambiance and great customer skills invoicing not talking in another language in front of your patrons, this place gets 2 thumbs-up 👍👍 from me!

I have been a customer at this place for a very long time and have always loved their nail techs. I usually have tk or Jessica do my nails but both werent available today so I was okay with some one else doing my nails since Ive never had an issue until today. I asked for a tapered square nail the same shape of my friends nails who just got hers done and I kept addressing that it didnt look the same and he just ignored me. I then told him after my nails are done Id respectfully like to speak with the manager. He soon got defensive towards me and argued in front of the manager with me. Im so disgusted with the whole situation and I understand if you dont know how to do a certain shape just say that and get some one you can instead of leaving some one dissatisfied like this.... not only was I upset but the manager didnt seem to care much to fix what was upsetting me. If I go back its to see tk and tk only

This is the only salon I frequent and Kayla is the artist I request every time. I have yet to experience a more clean and capable salon in the area. The staff are friendly, open and attentive to your needs and desires.

I wanted clean natural looking nails for my baby shower, and this location was suggested to me by a family member. I had the pleasure of Sarah being my nail tech and she was beyond amazing! She helped me to select the best dip powder shade to match with my skin tone and she was so kind, and did great work! 10/10 Recommend her!

I received a wonderful pedicure and NexGen manicure! They have a clean open space, a great drink selection, talented technicians, and a relaxing environment. The worked with me to customize my manicure to make it exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend coming here for your mani/pedi needs!

I have came to this place before and decided to go again!!!!! I asked them for something very specific and yet they want to convince me that the way they do it it’s better.. hated my nails and got so frustrated!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The woman doing my nails was very messy and rushing. I never come back in to ask for help fixing it up. It was so bad I had to. When I came back she aggressively filed them and left them looking the same. I wouldn’t really recommend this nail salon. I had to go to another one and spend another $60 to fix this

My nail tech name was Lee, she actually did a good job. I got a full set, my only issues are with the product quality. The nail glue she used was old and had thickened significantly so it took longer to bond. 2ndly the nail polish was of poor quality too. She had to mix it and it required a 3rd coat which still didnt fully dry until after the 2nd day. I had to redo the polish myself. They charge extra for tips, which I feel should have been included because it was a full set AND she didnt ask if I wanted the tips she just put them on. The salon is in a convenient location, and I was able to get serviced immediately those are my positives. Otherwise its doubtful Id go back. They are not the worst, I just expect more for the price I paid.

These were my nails one day after a deluxe manicure. Gentlemen that did my nails did not even remove polish he tried to buff. You can see the unevenness in a few images. Also my friends Nexgen nails were ridiculously bulky and poor shaped. She hated them from the moment they were done. The salon is gorgeous but the customer service is not up to par and less than desirable. I asked for them to refund $40.00 out of about $200 in service and they said no. They are pushy and don’t stand behind their work. Two new clients bad services and they don’t help resolve customers issues. We will never return... carefully review this before making a decision to spend your hard earned money here to be pampered. Less than desirable services and expensive!!! Asked for a refund not s redo as I would never step in here again. Also plan to report to the better business bureau!

Someone recommend this nail salon so I thought I would try it and I decided to just get a regular manicure and a little design on one finger. But once she had finished the nails they were done very rushed and very sloppy and a simple flower design was done nothing like the picture i gave as a reference and she did not have the skill to do a basic design. Do not waste your time here.

Im really disappointing in my manicure. Im just sad that I paid for this when I could have painted my nails at home with them looking a lot better. On the bright side everyone was really friendly.

Best nail job Ive had since moving to Wylie. TK is awesome, my nails are BEAUTIFUL. Mine are hombre, still took just an hour. So perfect for my wedding.

The service here is excellent. I have never had nails as perfect as these. TK made my nails look outstanding and beautiful, I highly recommend him. He was incredibly careful with my nails and you can tell that he takes pride in his craft. All the staff were friendly and the whole building is very clean. I will absolutely be coming back!

Jessica did a good job on nails she made sure everything was perfect she has a very light hand and was pretty fast the salon is pretty n clean and they all do good nail at this salon I’ll be going back there for sure

Very disappointed! I went in for a classic manicure & the hot towel wrap was included, however I was never offered the service & was still charged for it. I paid for something I never received & also the man at the front never offered me something to drink but he sure offered othe ladies as they were signing in.

One of the most expensive places I have been to. I did the power dip and they looked so pretty, but nails started falling off after only week! And my pedicure usually lasts a super long time. After a week they were chipped. 🙄 super disappointing.

They did a beautiful job. The tech was very skilled. 2 nails broke after 2 days, however I believe they have a warranty.

I got a manicure with gel. I loved how clean the place was and the nail tech Cindy, did a wonderful job. I also got a pedicure by nail tech Nancy. Definitely will be returning to get nexgen with tips next time 💅🏼 Also they are Covid friendly. Still following procedures. 😷

I had Thi. She did an amazing job with my feet. I have poor circulation. And my legs/feet swell so much. I have crazy bad dry cracked skin. Thi did a wonderful job at not only not making ve feel bad but helping me. I come in often. Its really hard to find a nail place I like. I will go a few times then will do a bad job. So far they did a very good job. On my daughter she also like it and they did a great job on her nails. I do think the price is high. But I would rather pay 10 dollars more than not he happy.

It was my first time going to this place and we waited a while to be helped. Then the manager started doing my nails and I noticed the nail glue she was using was dried and wasn’t sticking yet she continued to use it to stick the tips on. I just got my nails done last week and within a week my nails either broke or popped off. I can usually make my nails last 3 weeks and I’m so disappointed because it wasn’t cheap!!!

I have recently came to this nail place because my nail tech has came over here and this place is wonderful. They are very clean and respect the covid rules. Everyone is socially distanced and safety is first.

I am obsessed with this nail bar. They have amazing customer service, everyone is friendly and it is COVID safe! They have guards up between you and the nail tech. They are friendly and offer a beverage. This will be my new spot!

I love my nails but I was cut by the metal on my pinky and was bleeding. Hurt for a couple of days. First time there but maybe next time Ill just stick to a pedicure.

I’ve been coming here for months but today I left very disappointed. Was there two hours and left with lumpy and uneven nails and a huge bill. What I’ve noticed are they’re only a few nail techs that are confident and know what they’re doing. Many others inexperienced and they aren’t going to compensate for your displeasure. I want be returning!

I normally go to another nail salon but my person was out today. Visited the Nexgen Nail Bar for the first time today and Brian was great! Will be back in the future!

I dont typically write reviews but Im very disappointed in the way the gel polish was put on. It chipped after a few days(3) and I went in to get it fixed at 6 days and all she did was paint OVER the Polish. Clearly that didnt work. It just peeled right off. It has been 10 days and this gel hasnt lasted nearly as long as other places. I wanted to like this place and go back for a pedicure but I just cant handle getting my nails fixed days after theyve been done.

Sadly, I had a horrible experience. I was there over three hours. Six fingers were cut by the filer machine. Initially the technician did them so thick that they pretty much had to file them all the way back down and re-powder them in attempt to make them look right. They were not uniform in shape. She cut down several nails way too short. No matter how hard they tried they could not make my nails it right. Very disappointed. Leaving on a trip tomorrow and I have no time to get them fixed.

Yesterday afternoon I attended his business to get my nails and to shave my chin, I paid around $ 100 and when I got home I felt my sore face I looked in a mirror and bi the burns that had caused me. I want you to put more qualified personnel for this type of work

Soon as my sisters and I walked in, the owner rudely asked us “what did we want”.....we wanted to get our nails done but we turned around immediately.

I’ve been in there theee times so far and Ann does my nails every time and probably will from here on out. She does an amazing job! I will try to post pictures. They last for over three weeks and look great! The owner/manager he is also always very kind and accommodating. I’ll defin be back

Amazing place love the people

Tried this place out, they didn’t have their prices in front of me when I picked a $75 dollar pedicure I was sticker shocked. My technician was very good except when to the actual pedicure! My polish looked sloppy and I received an ingrown toe nail shortly after I left. I don’t recommend this place

Atmosphere and staff are very friendly. I have gotten the nexgen dip poweder on my nails twice from here. Both time my powder has chipped or cracked just after 2 weeks. I have always had the powder and it will last me at least a month from any other nail salon. They did fix the chips and cracks for free, but it is not worth going back since it keeps chipping. Very unfortuante.

Made an appointment. They get me in the pedi chair and precede to tell me that the person my appointment is with can not do my nails. The last visit the girl messed my mails up to th point they were cracking randomly. This would due to the uneven application. Came to the point they refunded me my money. I have a problem with someone dictating that I can get color ca French when I am the paying customer. Walked out
