The place was clean & friendly, the ladies that did my husbands, and both of my daughters did an amazing job, however the older man with glasses needs to retire… he clipped my toe nails sideways and paint looks horrible on my toes& not to mention the paint was all clumpy. The picture does no justice. However I still left him a $10 tip because everyone needs a tip! But think it’s time for the old man to throw in the towel.

Went in to get pedicures with my dad which was great for both of us. However the nail tech kept pressuring us to get additional services. I ended up adding a full set and eyebrow wax. Eyebrows turned out decent but tech definitely rushed through the service, to the point where I was nervous if I was gonna have any eyebrow left at the end. For $10 I would expect a little bit more thorough service. My qualm is with the tech who did my full set. I really wanted to get pink and white but he kept pressing for me to pick a solid color instead. So I apprehensively did although it wasn’t what I wanted. My full set came out crooked and misshapen. The dip powder wasn’t applied correctly so it isn’t even covering my full nail. I’m not typically the type to complain for a refund but I really wanted to. The tech was nice but just wish I got a better service for the amount I paid. Overall, this salon is clean and techs are friendly. Just be careful who does your full set.

It was my first visit and it was wonderful! I had Dip gel nails and gel pedicure. They did a wonderful job and all staff provided great service. It was a relaxing time. I felt pampered. I will continue to go there. Masks are no longer required either!:)

I LOVE super short nails because Im a busy, crafty, handy, homeschooling mom. She got me RIGHT, do you hear me??? Why I said it?? I have a damaged toenail on my right foot and Im a toesy type, I love flip flops and sandals and letting my feet get air because they sweat. So I might as well be cute. Anyways.. She not only fixed the mess that was made of the other job from my previous nail home, but baby she fixed that right big toe and made it match that left!! 😎😎😎😎😎 I will definitely be back because she is my new beauty consultant honey!! I imagine theyre all good, but I think shes gotta be one of the best if not THE BEST THERE. Yall stop by and check them out. IM IN LOVE😍😍😍😍😍

I took my 4 yr old for her 1st experience. They went far and beyond to make her time there fun and special. I even messed up my nails twice while I was there. They insisted on fixing it both times. I will most certainly be going back to this location.

I love this place they make you feel like youre somebody and when you walk out of that place you were so relaxed my husband and I both get Manis and pedis every two weeks

I had a 6pm appointment and you could tell the staff was ready to go. I even told the tech that I would pay extra for her to cut my cuticles rather than her half do them. See for yourself.

As a man, I have a bad knee and I cannot cut my own Nails anymore. Plus when I used to cut my nails, I would seem to have an ingrown toenail on my big toe at times. I definitely recommend this place for cleanliness, they sanitize their tools. The foot and leg massage massage is fantastic. I love the chairs, you get a back rub and you can adjust whatever massage you want on your back. My feet have never looked better and no more ingrown toenails!. Plus, I love the margaritas you get for free! Its definitely a man cave for me! I highly recommend this place especially for men that have rough feet from our shoes or boots. Very clean place and nice television sets to watch your games on.

I got a full set and pedicure yesterday from Signature Nail & Spa.Very good, clean and precise work! I was so happy with my nails and the attention they were given!I also appreciate they masks were worn and precautions were taken to stop the spread of the virus.Thank you ladies! I have been going to this nail salon for a few months now. They always get me in and out quickly and do a great job. The staff is always very friendly too.

The place is very nice, didn’t have to wait to long to get a pedi. The lady did a great job, she even placed my shoes in a plastic bag for me (since i was not wearing flip flops). Would definitely recommend this place.

My pedicure was rushed.

I really dont think the lady had any training. I dont ¹ she is certified at all. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The fingers are good. The feer, is another story!!! I paid extra for the upgrade package she did not even do any caulus removal. She did not even use the tool! Im so mad I spent so much on an upgraded version and still she did not even do the minimum. Im absolutely so upset. This is my 4 time coming. And my last. Why is it so hard to find a good nail place!!!

Not very friendly the wait was long, I watched 2 other customers wait for at least 20 minutes before being attended to. We had to ask for someone to check us out, waited 10 minutes for that also.

Good customer service! I was visiting Wylie from Atlanta and have never been to a nail salon with a juice bar, nice! My favorite thing were the chairs because they offer so much back support, when sitting for a long time getting a manicure. I got a gel manicure, which I enjoyed.

I always recommend Signature Nail Spa in Wylie to anyone who asks where to go. I have been going to Holly for the last few months and I am always a happy customer. She does so good with her beauty in nails and precision in eye brows. I highly recommend her to anyone!

The nail shop that I go to when I come to town was closed. My friend and I decided to go to signature nails instead. when I tell you this was the worst experience ever I mean it. Top it off both our nails look like my 8 year old could have done better.

I found Signature Nail Spa while driving past. During our first visit, we walked in, and were greeted by the Manager right away. The staff is very courteous and their work is excellent! The Manager - Janet inspected the staffs work for detail, and made sure we received great service. If you are looking for a super clean salon with excellent staff and awesome management, this salon is the place to go. They do have a little bar with Margarita machine with is a plus. Definitely come back.

Its been at least a month and my gel still looks fresh. The staff was as sweet as can be. The price is normal for a manicure and pedicure. 😎

Just recently moved to Wylie and tried out Signature Nail Spa for the first time when they were running their grand opening 30% off special, I have been back several times since and have always loved each visit. Lee, Hannah and My have done my nexgen and every time they have been PERFECT (and I am picky). Pedicures are amazing!! Highly recommend for service, pricing and quality!! You WILL NOT be disappointed!!

Very bad management... Janet the manager is a two face management.... treat work very bad... they total violate LABOR LAW...When the customer tips the nail technicians they try to deduct 20% of it. That another IRS violation.This salon always reused PARAFFIN(wax). Not sterilize nail clip, they reused as much as possible. Under Texas department licenses and regulations everything have to sterilize and not reuse same products on customer.......Please to all customer who read this review, do not support this hassle business,,,,,,you will not get what you paying for it.....

The front desk lady would not help a who was unhappy with the nails she had gotten 24 hours prior to her going in and asking them if they can redo them. The nails were lumpy as usual when its done by Nick. Mine were lumpy in the past when done by Nick as well. My nails were also lumpy when done by another lady 3weeks ago. We tip good! I expect everyone to be well trained and to know what they are doing when working on clients who work hard for their money in order to pamper themselves occassionaly. I have had 3 pedicures from signature. The only one who did it correctly was Andy. Andy does great nails as well. My is excellent as well.You have to love what you do in order to gain confidence in your clients. I love what I do! Im a server and love my job,so I have repeat customers who tip nicely. I also have the certifications needed for my job in order to have knowledge.My advice for Signature is to have well trained staff and better front end customer service. They just lost our business. This was my daughter that was treated poorly. There are 5 of us that use their services every other week.Good Customer Services is key to a great busines,also,loving what you do!

I’m honestly very annoyed. All I asked for was a mani and paint but the lady that worked on my nails rushed the whole thing. She not only painted my nails uneven and thin but was also really rough with the cuticles. I don’t have sensitive cuticles, but I was surprised my cuticles weren’t bleeding by the time she was done. I definitely won’t be going back.

I recently moved here from Marshall, TX where the same girl has done my nails for 10 years. I was very worried about finding someone who could do them the way I liked as she did then I came across this website and called and made an appointment. I was very happy with my results and I will definitely go back!!!!

I had an appointment at 5:30 I told them I had to be in and out and here I am sitting in a chair at 6 o’clock, no one has helped me, no one has come over, I’ve seen people come and and sit down and with someone and we’re worked on within 5 minutes??? completely disrespectful and I am NEVER coming back.

I happened to spot this place on my way to lunch one day and decided to stop in this weekend for mani/pedi. Relatively new spot - at this point they have been open for just couple weeks and they are offering 30% off all services (prob will end soon). Nice, clean interior - comfy spa massage chairs in pedi area. Variety of services available - I opted for the Milk and Honey Pedicure (there are about 8 other scents available) and a Dip manicure. Service was prompt and my technicians were very accommodating and professional.They do have a little bar area that offers some frozen yummies, wine, soda, water etc. And the manager (owner?) walked around to ensure I was having a good experience and to refill my glass.For a mani/pedi with the 30% off it was a great deal! Either ways I will definitely return next time I need a little pampering.
