Emily K is an amazing stylist! She really takes the time to get to know your hair and always makes sure everything is just right. She takes pride in her profession, is always on time and very pleasant to be around. She gave me a keratin treatment on my unruly hair and I am just in love with it now!

My experience here was amazing! I had been unhappy with a haircut I had received at a different establishment and Christine at Salon Exquisite completely saved my hair and fixed it exactly how I wanted it. Great customer service, very warm welcoming environment and such a cute salon! I also loved the touch free checkout service. Will definitely be making this my go-to salon!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Salon Exquisite! I live in the Detroit area, and was in Worcester to receive an award. I needed my hair to look good. From the minute I walked into the salon, I was made to feel like a valued regular client. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Meagan was my stylist and she did a great job translating what I wanted my hair to look like. She was professional, friendly and did an amazing job. I looked great that night receiving my award. I look forward to the time when I can return to Salon Exquisite. I suggest everyone in the Worcester area to check out this salon.

Emily K did a beautiful job correcting my hair color after I ruined it myself. I went in there looking like a witch. Emily explained everything, answered all my questions. I left the Salon with a beautiful hair color, cut and style.

The salon needs upgrades and a serious customer experience improvement. Latest is the cancellation policy - requires credit card at booking and will charge 100% of your scheduled service if you cancel within 24 hours - and 50% if within 48 hours.

The ladies that work there make you feel at home. Really listen to what you want done to your hair, and really take the time to make sure you are comfortable with the outcome.

Meagan cut my hair just as I asked her. She was on time and she was very attentive. The ability to book the appointment online is great. Overall I had a great experience and I plan to return.

These ladies are fantastic! Ive seen 3 different stylists and all 3 did a wonderful job. They order you a drink or something to snack on which Ive never seen anywhere. They also do an amazing job with coloring hair, I saw some vibrant colors on other customers.

I was at my wits end until I met Emily at Salon Exquisite!!!!!My first visit Emily and I went over everything she thought was wrong and what I thought was wrong with my hair and both of us were on the right page. I feel so comfortable there and the staff are very friendly.I feel when I am in the chair with Emily she is working on me and not running from client to client as I had with my last stylist. I worked with Christine and I have to say that she is amazing. Very (VERY) few stylists have been able to cut my hair just the way I like it. We talked in length about what I wanted and she nailed it. I am not going anywhere else from now on.

Jen cut my hair perfectly. I rarely get my hair done as it is last on the list of things to do however it was time! Trust me when I say it could not wait another day. Called Salon Exquisite and had an appt for the same day. It looks great and Jen is a pro! The young lady in the front is wonderful and I can’t remember her name😳 but will ask when I am there in 3 weeks for the color! So glad I found this diamond in the rough😊😊

I discovered this gem just steps from my apartment and I couldnt be happier! Before coming to Salon Exquisite, I went to a larger salon in town and have found that Salon Exquisite beats the competition in friendliness, professionalism, and personal attention.I scheduled my first appointment via email and received a prompt reply from the owner, Ashley, with some immediate openings. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly hello and offered a beverage. My stylist, Christine, listened well, offered her professional opinion, and then got to work. Im growing out a pixie cut and shes doing a great job maintaining it. Overall, a wonderful place with great people doing excellent work. (At a reasonable price.)

It was really easy to book an appointment. I got a haircut when I went. I just moved to the area, so I needed a new salon. Im always really nervous on going to places like this especially when it comes to my hair. I met with Christine who was really friendly and really helpful on what hair style would and wouldnt work for me. She listened to my concerns and helped me decide. She recommended some products they sold and what she used on my hair without being pushy. The manager or owner called my a few days later asking if I had any concerns about my visit and thanked me for coming in. Im a big fan and this will definitely be my new salon.

Ive been seeing Shandi for about four years now. Shes an absolutely incredible stylist, and person. Weve been doing fashion tones the whole time and even though I typically ask her to go from one difficult color to another, she never fails to deliver flawless results with a wonderful attitude. Weve spent hours at a time trying so get the perfect shade and I have never left with anything less than perfection. She is with out a doubt one of, if not the most, talented stylist Ive had the pleasure of seeing and I trust her with my hair whole heartedly. Due to Shandis upbeat, positive, welcoming attitude and her out of this world talent, she has made me a client for life!

It was my first time at this place today and I had a wonderful hair color service (roots/highlights) with Jen, who made my hair look like a blue/green mermaid hair, absolutely fantastic! Haircut was lovely as well. Jen was very attentive and Im very happy with the result, she is very talented. This salon uses Goldwell elumen colors, which is a great product line. Highly Recommend!!

When the hair dresser says the color wont last, please believe her. I went to get my hair dyed a bright pink. Having dark brown hair, I understand that this is a process. I was perfectly ok with doing this color in multiple sessions. The hair dresser proceeded give me alternate options for this color. She said that she could achieve the color through an alternate process so that we didnt have to do so much work to my hair. So we proceeded with the color. 6 hours and $500 dollars later, I was finished. Well, the color was horrible. I didnt admit that at the time because it was 9 o clock at night and I was ready to go home. A week later I went to the salon to seek a refund because the color was just awful. She was not willing to give me a refund but was willing to add more color and further process my hair. I said no to the additional coloring. About a month later, my hair began to fall excessively. I promptly went to the doctor to rule out any medical possibilities. When my test results came back they were all negative for anything that could be the cause of the hair loss. I eventually has to cut my hair because it was falling out at such a rapid rate that it quickly became very depressing. Afterwards, I turned to a dermatologist who took a biopsy of my head and concluded that my scalp was in shock due the chemical damage. Over the years of coloring my hair, I have NEVER NEVER NERVER had this problem. I literally gave this salon $500 to leave me completely BALD!!!! Now after $5,500 of stem cell treatment to repair my damaged follicles, I am recovering from this traumatic experience both emotionally and physically. The whole point of the alternative coloring process that she recommended was to avoid damaging my hair. Obvioulsy, that wasnt the case. I was also reluctant to post anything but I feel that the public should be aware that this salon apparently values money more than the safety of their clients. Instead of doing the hair color in stages or simply telling the client that this color could not be achieved in one sitting, I could have avoided this whole mess. I dont anticipate that will receive any compensation or at least my $500 back but I just figured people should know that this salon is not recommended on my part. I suppose I was that sucker that got reeled in to make a quick buck!!!Below are pictures that prove my case, all in chronological order!!!! They are dated so no one can say Im lying either!!!
