DONT GO HERE!!! This is what I was supposed to get vs what I got. I had these for a week so far and they filed the acrylic layer thin so it’d snap easily and I’d have to pay to get it fixed. 3 nails broke, 1 nail broke after 2 days by opening a car door. Others broke when I picked up an empty box and when I tossed my niece a ball. Diamonds starting falling off when I left the nail shop to get to the car. I also injured/tore my nail when I threw the plastic beach ball. DO NOT GO HERE, he’s injuring and scamming people for a quick buck. DANNI did these. Only gave me 4 diamonds on each hand as well. Been getting my acrylic nails done for 6 years and this is the first time they broke before 3 weeks!!!!! I called danni to tell him another broke and his response was “okay….” Which made me realize this is his way of keeping business. A tore nail is incredibly painful and he should lose his business for purposely doing that to a new comer :/ I paid 67 for a fill and design

Tony is incredible! I wouldnt dream of going to anyone else to get my nails done! Everytime tony does an outstanding job. Excellent service, quality, and experience. So grateful to have him do my nails! I recommend Tony to everyone I know, but all the nail artists are wonderful, personable, and welcoming. The work speaks for itself and it is incredible!

My friend and I both went here we got pedicures and we could have fill on her acrylic and I got a new set mine were fine except I asked for very simple design of like a couple of stars in a couple Moon on for nails and he could not do it but then there was another woman doing my friends nails who had stickers for that exact design so I dont understand why he couldnt have either sent me to her got those stickers but her nails ended up one broke and one chip with the jump nail polish and my gel nail polish ended up shipping too they charge too much and they didnt even put a second clear coat on my nails and they dont put your nails in the UV light long enough to actually harden them as much as they could

The salon is clean, some of the staff is nice but I did not like their dip manicure style. If you’re looking for natural nails don’t go here. I asked for natural looking square oval style and they were very boxy and chunky. A few of the staff were very rude when critiqued. Will not be going back.

Errrmmm the nails looked fine from the front but from the side they don’t have a good structure. the appointment was only 45min which i guess is fine but i wish they would take some more time to make the nails look like they’re acrylic and not press on’s,,,, if that makes any sense. i spent 65$ on these and they look like they’re worth 25$ 😭😭😭

Very clean and spacious. Very good atmosphere. I worked with Tony and although his accent was pretty thick, I was able to still communicate with him. I have anxiety from other nail places being too rough and cutting me but not here. He made quick and nearly painless. Thank you

Super overpriced and not good….I asked for a design you could do in normal acrylic but they made me get gel, and didn’t even do the design I asked but just went along with it because the place was closing. Never returning! I recommend finding somewhere else.

This place is literally the best place in Worcester for pedicures and nails. I came in here with a toenail that was bruised and halfway grown back. The lady I always request, Rose.... She fixed my nail with acrylic powder so it would actually look normal and now I feel pretty again. I can actually wear flip flops n not feel gross. Shes the best!!!!

The girls that did me an my moms Mani/Pedi was so nice. Had a few laughs with them was well needed thank you ladies

Had an appointment for 3:30, several people were seen before us with appointments as late as 5pm. Did not start my nails until 4:18, my friend who was with me did not get seated until 5, where she was then sat down and the guy doing her nails put on 3 tips and claimed he couldnt do the design she wanted and she would have to wait for the professional. The lady doing my nails was aggressive and continued to pull me and snap at me to relax. The design I asked for was just horrible, the lines were sloppy and the color was not matching to the photo that I showed her. The nail salon began to empty out by the time my friend started her nails, my nails were already finished by the time she was seen. She showed him two designs, her first choice and an easier one in case he said he couldnt do the other one. He just kept repeating over and over again that he could do anything but when it came to do her design the heart looked uneven and not placed right. He tried to do a different design than in the picture, a completely different shape and with one color instead of three. It looked so bad that she asked him to just take off all of the design and put a normal color yet was still charged for a design. Keep in mind that every single employee had left the building before her nails were finished. Her nails did not stay on, in the first week two of them fell off in her sleep.

Great job for an emergency fix. Way crowded. Too crowded for my taste. Tech was great but atmosphere was not to my liking. Whole place was packed. Popular and crowded. I like to relax and sip champagne while getting my nails done. So my place I can fall asleep. But not here

Danny and the whole staff are amazing! I am allergic to certain things and they always take the time to make sure i can wear certain polishes. Pricing is amazing compared to what i hear. I drive 30 min to get there and danny really knows how to make your nails pop! Worth it!

My girlfriend and I were very disappointed with our visit. Immediately when we showed up, we were moved multiple times from chair-to-chair before we even began our pedicures. I was the first to sit and soak my feet while waiting for the tech. We both chose the pedicure we wanted but were told they didn’t have it after seeing the choice in the book we were given. While my girlfriend began her pedicure while I sat in the chair soaking my feet for 20+ minutes waiting to be seen. Toward the end of mine, my tech asked if I wanted a clear coat to top off and I said yes. She proceeded to wipe my nails and escort me off the chair. Overall very disappointing and chaotic experience for a place that didn’t appear to be busy. We left without attempting a manicure.

I was getting my pedicure poorly done, when a young women asks me what color do I want. I told her I wanted 3 colors and marble design. She acted like she didn’t understand me and walked away. If she didn’t want to do her job she should’ve just said so. My pedicure was trash, cuticles still there and nail polish not covering the entire nail. And my powder nails was done by a man not Danny and they came out horrible. Never again

I hate giving bad reviews because Danny is the very best there I really wish I book my appointment with him like I normally do. I got a nail removal and a dip, Unfortunately the lady I got rush through doing my nails, As well as rush through doing my removal which was not a removal. I still have pieces of fake nails attached to my real nails but paid for removal and even got burned from the nail filing. Not sure what happened to the talented ladies that were there, But if you really want leave there happy about the work done on your nails only book your appointment with Danny he’s very talented with his work and definitely won’t rush.

My mother in law called and scheduled an appointment for 5 in advance so that we could all sit together for manicures and pedicures before my bridal shower. When we got there we were all spread out and I had to sit separate from them to get my nails done because the materials for dip were at one specific station and they could not move it. This was a ridiculous excuse. If you are planning to do something together as a group don’t book here.Also I got a dip and it chipped in 3 days

I went and got a full set and wanted a design that is on there Instagram page, leading me to think they are comfortable with doing said design. However, the first person that tried the design was awful and the guy who tried to help was worse. I’ve had my nails for 3 days and they’re already broken. WILL NEVER RETURN!

I have just gotten my nails done for the second time here, and am extremely happy with the result! I got a dip manicure both times, and both times the nails were filed down to be a natural looking thickness. My technician compared the nails on both hands to each other to make sure each nail was straight and the same length, and she took her time to make sure I left with the perfect manicure. Even taking the time to fix an imperfection and redo steps to make sure it was as good as the rest of the nails. Pricing is standard to other salons in the area, but I will definitely come back to this one.

Had an appointment at 2 but didn’t get taken till 3:15 ish. Had the whole set on and then she took off a full hand, left me sitting there for 15 min while she was walking around. The woman came back and finished, was very nice about the situation. Went outside and realized you could see the glue through the nails and bottom of nails were left a mess. Highly don’t recommend unless you want to sit in the salon for 3 hours

They are a very clean salon and i noticed even little details like the buffing sponge for the nail were cut up and every person could have there acrylic or natural nails done with out cross contamination.They are easy to get in for a quick appointment also.

Best nail experience I have had in a long time. I took my 2 daughters and mom for mani/pedis. The employees were incredibly professional, polite, and the establishment was beyond clean. I can’t say enough good things. They even stayed an hour past closing to accommodate our group. The child’s pedi chair was an added plus, and so adorable!! Thanks for a great girls night.

Great price compared to the nail salons in the area. Friendly staff and clean salon.It was my first time here and I really didn’t know what to get done. I wanted a nail extension but without the acrylic. Danny was very professional and kind to give me advice before jumping into a decision. I ended up getting tips with dipping powder over it to decrease the chances of damaging my nail bed. Ivy did a beautiful job!

Will never go back here. Got a full set of UV gel nails. They use the ibd brand of builder gel that is sold at Sally’s. And they are charging $55. The cheapest product and charging that much money is insane. I go to a professional salon to have professional products. Otherwise I would go to Sally’s and do them myself. The guy that was doing my nails had an appointment at noon and he was still doing my nails. The minute he seen his appointment walk in the door he rushed my gel polish and was acting like I was a burden because I was taking away time from his other appointment. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. The shape wasn’t even right. Some nails were square and some were round. I had to go home and file them myself because he was already rushing to get to his other appointment. Not pleased.

❤❤❤ Best gel mani I have ever had (and Im a former nail tech). I was so impressed by how clean everything in this salon is! All of the implements used on me came out of a sealed autoclave bag. All of the pedis I saw being done used disposable tub liners. I was really impressed! I didnt see one bad mani or pedi walk out that door while I was people watching. Decently priced, friendly staff. Appointments suggested. Salon highly recommended!

Unquestionably one of the best pedis I’ve ever had - the tech was patient, focused on me, didn’t rush, and had great attention to detail!! I just had a bad pedicure at a different place about 3 weeks ago and she fixed all the issues with my nails. Whole facility is very clean and the massage chair was comfy. I’ll be returning soon!!

I got a pedi and a full set. They butchered my toe nails and I had to go to the hospital to fix my ingrown nails as a result of the way the lady cut them. It was a night mare. I have literally got my toe nails done at Walmart multiple times with no complications and the first time I go to a higher end more expensive nail salon I have a terrible experience that led me to a lot of pain and a trip to the hospital? I’m so furious, I cried and was in pain. And I’m still in pain from the healing process and when my nail begins to grow back there is a slight chance of infection as well as the possibility of dealing with ANOTHER ingrown nail. Ugh.

Lily is unreal!! I got the best manicure of my life at Couture. She’s patient, funny and super talented. I’m so glad I found her and can’t recommend this place enough!

Rushed through my full set. Nails looked like little nubs. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and wanted to try something new which was a mistake. Overpriced for the quality. I now have to pay to have another nail salon remove them to get a proper full set. Very disappointed. I will definitely not return.

This is the BEST nail salon in Worcester! It is a big well run salon. They are the only nail salon I know of that uses gel polish remover. Everywhere else uses acetone which is tough on your nails. They are up on the latest techniques and trends. Very nice people. Skilled manicurists. I wont go anywhere else.

I called this place for an appointment and they got me in really quickly, which I appreciate. Ive been here twice and the do an awesome job with my liquid gel nails. The place is big, bustling and pretty clean with average prices.

Kinda disappointed! The nail tech did a greatJob. They looked great but I had to go back 2 times within 4 days for 2 different nails snapping off. After getting them fixed I now have another broken one. They snapSo easily right where the tip was glued. Almost 100 dollars and now I have 9 fingernails only 6 days later. Awesome. This place is adequate. They have a nice ambiance and give good pedicures HOWEVER if you are looking for a professional nail set look elsewhere. Their work is temporary and you can get a better bang for your buck at other salons. All the jewels fell off my nails merely 2 hours after getting them done. When I called back to make them aware, he was laughing as though I said something funny. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR QUALITY WORK!

I went to get my nails done at this place. While they came out nice, the staff spent the entire time snickering and making fun of me because Im a man. While they were not speaking in English its pretty obvious when they are literally pointing, staring, saying something and then laughing. I dont know if they thought that speaking to each other in a foreign language somehow masks the fact that they are calling people over to make jokes at my expense. Incredibly unprofessional. I will not be returning

I went to them once because a friend had suggested. I usually go Saturday mid afternoon and they always do a great job. Today I brought my mini me with me and she got a mani and we loved it. It one of my favorite places to get mani. They always do a great job could have been alittle better with kid mani throw some lotion in there but still very happy with them.

I was really impressed by this salon. There are clean tools, kind staff, quiet atmosphere and, more importantly, high quaility gel manicures at an affordable price. They kept the gel away from my cuticles, so it looks very neat and does not chip as the gel grows. I am about 1 week away from my gel manicure and it looks amazing. I highly recommend this salon.

Prices were very reasonable. I called on a Saturday to make an appointment for me and my step-daughter, but I was estimating we wouldnt be there until about an hour before they closed. They said that was fine, they still took us, and surprisingly, they do not rush or cut corners at all. I got a manicure and pedicure, and my step daughter got a full set. We were there from 4:30 to 6:30 (they closed at 6) and the staff could not have been friendlier. Also, all products used came directly out of a piping hot autoclave. Too notch.

Some of the staff here are very rude. I had an appointment at 3pm and they made me wait until 3:30pm even thought o arrived 15 minutes early. The guy who did my nails sent me to get them dry and then completely forgot about me. For an appointment that was supposed to be maybe 30 minutes ended up being 2 hours and my nails didnt even look good. A waste of my time and my money.

My experience with couture nails was better than expected for my first time nails were done with excellence and done the way I wanted staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome to come in to their salon will be returning when I need my next fill

I came here after having a bad experience at another nail salon and they were able to fix my full set and make it look more natural. After that day I will always go here I love it. The people who I spoke with were very nice.

This place is RACIST. To make the matter worse, the manager is oblivious to the notion that is a discriminatory practice to ask black people to pay before hand and everyone else after they actually get their coats. The policy needs to be followed uniformly. Encouraging my friends and co-workers to take their money somewhere else.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. This is the third time that I have given this place a chance because my friends love going there, and the third time that I have had issues. This time I asked for my nails to be done ombré and the lady Confirmed that she knew how to do it, and then did something completely different. When she was done with my right hand she asked me how it looked and I told her that it was not what I had asked for, even pointed to the ombre nails that she had on her hand and said this is what I’m looking for, and she laughed and continued on with my second hand. The whole process took way too long and then they claimed that they were going to try to fix it for me which would have meant that they would have had to start over. I had already been there for about an hour and a half. I encountered the owner during the checkout process and he went on and on with excuses as to why she didn’t do what I had asked for. Including the fact that they don’t offer ombre there anymore because of how inconsistent they are at doing it.And Then to top it all off told me that he could only give me 25% off of the price. So after all the nonsense and all the time that I spent there I left with Nails that I didn’t even want, and I had to pay almost 40 bucks for them still!

I have been going here for two years now and I have never had bad service. For pedicures all tool have been sterilised by autoclave. And the nail technicians are highly trained and super friendly.

The cleanest, friendliest nail salon ive ever been to. Staff make you feel very comfortable,and they are also very knowledgeable. Prices are great for the quality service that the customer gets. I highly recommend this salon.

I have been to this place 3 times before and was ok with it. This last time I went with my 16 year old daughter for dipping powder and pedis. Both our nails came out horrible, and my girl couldn’t even speak English. Every time I had a question or concern she had to get someone else to answer me. Will not be back.
