The staff at Sustainable Comfort have been wonderful to my family. Whenever there is an issue in the apartment they are there with the solution within a couple of hours. They are timely with snow clean up and provide sand or salt for the conditions. When I have contacted them they are quick to respond. I am very pleased with the new management of the property

First of all please don’t take this wrong way. Sustainable Comfort is in a class of its own when it comes to buying, rehabbing and being it’s own landlord. There are amazing people that work there. Starting with the rehabilitation of properties. Again first class. The new property management they just took over. Walker Thomas. Well not so well. I know I worked there. Left on my terms. What a joke. Just Look how long they were in business !!!!! Same people running it. Don’t take my word Just Look at the halls of any of these properties they manage you don’t even have to go in to see how good they are. Sustainable Comfort will see it quick. I had to laugh one of the people that wrote a review was one of the owners of Walker Thomas and he writes his own review. I wish you well sustainable comfort on the property management side.

The staff is knowledgeable and on top of all aspects of my property. As a property owner knowing that you will receive prompt and appropriate responses to any questions or concerns is key to a good working relationship. They have done such a great job, that we went on to hire them for both our snow removal last year, and more recently, our landscaping.
