Ive been bringing my vehicles here for years with mixed experiences. Sometimes they do a good job other times not so much. Finally had enough! Never again!! Brought in my van for their detail service and they refused because it was extra dusty (camping trip) was even willing to pay more. No dice! As you can see the van is dusty but nothing a pressure washer couldnt take care of.

Very disappointed with this place 😥I paid $33 to have the inside and outside cleaned. The outside looks good but the inside they could’ve done better. My first job was at a car wash place and I could’ve done it wayyy better, I didn’t clean it myself because I was too lazy today but from now on nobody is cleaning my car anymore. I thought I’d be so excited and happy with my clean car, but what a disappointment 😥.Now besides paying them, I’ll have to go home and finish their job.This is sad. Ugh.Remember: “Never have your expectations too high.”

Everyone is so friendly here! Its my local and I love it! Unfortunately the vacuuming of the car is never completely up to standard! The last time I went, there was still dust and cobwebs on the back of my seat (from moving furniture, which is why I needed it cleaned). I didnt notice until later that day, otherwise would have said something.The previous time I literally went home and vacuumed the car myself, to a better standard.I love this place and will continue to go, but check out the inside thoroughly before leaving.

When you want your car cleaned in and out this is the place. Very organized. Every little detail taken car of. I got some new mats good price. I met some nice people as I sat outside and had a brief discussion about NAMI and what we all need is mental health services for us all. I agreed to be number 1 and the gentleman number #2. The young lady # 3. The lady and i exchanged numbers.Car wash has my car smiling. Thanks for asking. There are plenty smell goods for theCar and a wall full of greetings cards of all sorts.The beverages are too many to name. I got a tall can of coconut juice with the pulp perfect for a thirst quencher. Check it out!

They are thorough as hell and will always let you know how long the wait will be. Just get there early cause the line gets crazy long!

I would return for a decent cleaning and washing of my car. Customer service is good. I am just a little disappointed that for $39. that they werent a tad more thorough in cleaning the dash, the area around the gear shift and the seats.

They had my car looking brand new on the outside. But they need to do more work in the inside. My doors needed more work done & still had a little crumbs on my carpet but besides that they did an awesome job..

Not the best detailed job by far. I went home and used wipes to clean it. I spent $70 for the express detailed. I dont believe I got what I paid for.

Be Aware that once the cashier uses your debit or credit card they keep charging 20.00 twice for that service & they charge it every month! I haven’t used this car wash since April 2021 and they have charged my debit 200.00 since that visit over the 3 months. I have called and notified them of this fraud.

They have a lot of options, starting from a quick external wash down to the complete VIP cleaning service. Competitively priced. Cars are hand dried after wash.No self-use bays or automatic car wash.

Paid for the super wash that comes with wax and fragrance. They didnt wax my car, didnt include fragrance, and didnt even wipe down the rear windshield.The roof and trunk still had lots of dirt on it that I could scrape off with my fingernail.Giving them an extra star for quick service, but I can definitely tell why it was done so fast.

Pay $32 for a super carwash and they did clean the inside good very disappointed not coming to this place never I wonder why they don’t get tips..!

Worst service! Worst communication from a manager! Was at this car wash several times. Every time they washed badly. I just ask the manager Fidel pay attention to this. And they again Washed disgusting! I asked the manager to fix it, but he waved his hand at me and left. After that, the manager Fidel turned to the policeman, who also washed the car there, and the policeman asked me to leave the car wash! To the question: for what? I just want my car to be washed well for my money! He said if I did not leave the car wash I would be arrested. A nightmare. I will definitely not come to this car wash never. And the policeman made me very sad. I had to leave, because my car was badly washed for my money. Do not in any way use the services of this car wash

The car was poorly vacuumed. Poorly washed. The interior was not cleaned. We were told we don’t clean the seats with a rag, nor the doors. Dirt was no removed from the exterior of the car. The price was $33 and completely not worth it. When we asked them to clean the car properly, they argued with us and did not get the job done. No one supervising or caring.

Really not happy with the work done here. Came back after doing some grocery shopping as we were told to come back in 1 hour and 15 minutes. When we came back they had “washed and vacuumed” but could not polish due to oxidation (which is understandable) however the car was not even cleaned. After going inside to tell them that the car was still dirty, the women inside told us to tell the guys outside so they could re-vacuum. We were refunded for the original purchase since they could not and still charged for a regular wash which was not even done properly. The inside was supposed to be detailed as well and it pretty much looks the same as when it was dropped off. Definitely will not be coming back.

Always a pretty quick wash when I come here. Dont expect you car to come out perfectly clean though. This is still a great option when youre too busy (or lazy) to do it yourself.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!They will scratch your car and here is an example of what they have done to mine!!!I had to call the police to come and make a police report, because guess what? They do not have any damage policy nor you have the option to make an incident report.They were accusing me of scratching my own car, can you believe it?Not to mention their customer service that is the most horrible I have EVER seen in CA! Their manager told me “Our folks work here for 20+ years” and I said: “- And I own this car for more than two”

Fidel and Philip hooked me up. Took my car on a road trip, soup spilled on the floor, food smashed into the carpet, cup holders were filthy. Fidel and Philip brought it back looking band new. This is my new monthly deep cleaning spot.

I was so excited to get my new used car cleaned. The outside was clean and dash dusted but the console wasnt vaccuumed and the hard hatchback interior was not wiped down. Also, one of my personal e-cloths was used and left dirty in the car. Disappointing.

I paid for the express detail and it looked washed only.... I did t feel the wax on the car nor was the interior clean fully. It felt like it was rushed and it sucks cause I really liked to come to this place... It was my go to... Now its time to find a new place. Not happy at all about my end product.

This place is unprofessional! They are expensive and don’t do a good job of cleaning the interior. I’ve used them 3 times and there was always something missed.

While normally busy, I arrived @ 11am to no long lines. They have a senior discount and multiple levels of service plus a detail shop. As usual, I got the full service option which includes wheel cleaning. Now, my car looked clean and dry.

This guys are great, the car is out of the wash and into the detail section and depending on what you purchase be ready to wait about an hour or two. At the moment they arent doing any shampooing, except mats. Boy my car walked out sparkling. I got virus buster it took about 1.5 hrs. Worth the wait.

I’m not sure why I keep coming back just hoping they would do a good job. Don’t get me wrong when I first started coming a few years ago I had NO COMPLAINTS. But now I just feel like I keep wasting my money! Trust me this is the last time I’m coming here. I have had a couple instances with the vacuuming and the wiping down and at this point I’m just tired of having to tell them like “excuse me can you fix this and redo this” I am on a schedule and to be told “oh they can redo it”. Like seriously it should have been done the first time! If I wasn’t 8 months pregnant trust me I would just do it myself but I am paying someone to do the job which means the job should be done the first time and I should not have to wait longer or bring the vehicle back?! I gave them two stars because they attempted to clean my vehicle but I’m highly disappointed. Maybe the staffing has changed since I originally started going here but neither here nor there the quality of the service should have not changed.

Passed by on the way to Home Depot and got the Rain X wash for $34.95. They do a pretty good job on the exterior but missed a few places on the interior (dirty cup holder, missed areas on the console). A bit of a wait on a Saturday before noon. Would come again though.

I ran up to this place to get a van cleaned. My friend needed her van cleaned and it was a mess. I understood the initial hesitation of the job, and what seemed impossible, they got done. I wanted to hug them . But, Covid. These are good people. I was short even and felt awful, but I will go back. I encourage you to bring your vehicle here . Covid has hit everyone hard. A small act of kindness will be returned as often as possible. (Just maybe not such a tough job and at a late hour) I hope they know how appreciative I am that they took on such a tough job. Been using them a few years gor wash and cacuum and never had a problem. They do a good job and usually the wait is not long. Pre-Covid they had web coupons which made it a better deal.

Let me say my car was the dirtiest its ever been. Two camping trips and a few road trips in two months. I used a coupon for their express detail. I came in at about 9:25 a.m. on a Saturday (super busy) and left at about 10:20 a.m. Im pretty sure my car was ready before then as I seen it come out their detail garage earlier, but maybe I missed the notification. So I checked outside and it was ready. There were still a few spots on the car, particularly on the roof, but overall Im pleased and I can touch those spots up at home. Ive seen lot of criticism of the interior. My interior looks good. There are some spray patterns on the dash around the touchscreen area, but in retrospect they made sure not to spray the touchscreen, which is great. They brought my windows back to life and tires look great! Again, overall pleased and Ill definitely come back.

This was probably the worst car wash that I have ever had. The inside of the car was poorly vacuumed even after I asked them to do it a second time. For approximately $35 I was expecting my doors and seats to be wiped down inside but they were not. I should have paid more attention when I ordered the service. there were spots still on the exterior hood and drivers panel. trash left in the car. Other car wash services vacuum between cushions, under the seats, etc. Nope. I commented to the person behind the desk and she did offer that I come back for a complimentary service which was a nice gesture. I however will decline. Not going back.

So when you get the Super Wash they stopped asking what kind of fragrance you want even though you are paying for it! Its happened 3 times now so it must be some new sneaky policy. I always hate to be that person that’s nick picky but once I see it’s not just a small thing they missed but several I have to say something.Most of the time it’s things that have not been vacuumed so I know it’s not the fault of the guy that’s finish the details of my car. I feel bad for him because at the end he’s the one doing double work when the people in the beginning should have done their job properly. Also lack of detail as well. There’s always a lot of dust just laying around.

I am really disappointed with the quality of the work. Payed for a full interior and exterior clean. They left smudges on windows and didnt even bother to fully vacuum my car. The workers are constantly distracted and when confronted about the sloppy job they tried to claim that I hadnt paid. However they changed their tune when I showed them the receipt. Even after tha,t they still preformed sub optimally. Never coming here again, not worth the money, time, and effort.

This place used to be pretty good, but quality has declined and the staff just dont seem to care anymore. I was given the signal to claim my car today when there was still visible bird droppings still on each panel, and red-ish liquid (from the automatic car wash) still all over the front bumper.

Not exactly the best at communicating, but they get the job done well enough. For the services I have received from them I think their prices could be about 5-10 dollars lower. I think all of the people there need to over communicate, or have a better system for allowing communication with customers. Reason being is I sat for about 30 minutes waiting for my car to pass through the machine only to find it had been done already. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know before I waited for an extra half hour. To be fair it was pretty busy. Cleaning job was good, again, communication could be effective here, was hoping to have my trunk done, in all fairness I should have just left my trunk open or said something, I just assumed it was part of the service. Other than that the staff is for the most part neutral or kind and professional. They could really shine if they stepped up their communication and paid slightly better attention to details.

Got my car cleaned by them and it seemed like they barely touched it. I have roof racks on my car and there were dirt spots under where they sirt, even though I had removed them prior to going. Also they didnt clean sunscreen stains on the inside at all. I was able to wipe the dirt off with a paper towel and the sunscreen with a Lysol wipe. Next time I know to do this myself!

My go-to place for once-in-a-while casual car hygiene. My only fret about this place was that when I needed a deep-cleaning detail, I couldn’t get an appointment within the required timing. Other then that, good solid service.

Took my Toyota 86 and got the $89 package because I hadnt washed my car in a few months. Totally worth it. Cleaned every detail, left the interior looking FLAWLESS, and the paint looks like brand new.

Great place, can be busy but thats just a sign that this is a good spot. Im not sure how they managed it, but they somehow got rid of a big scratch on the back of my car with the Ausie wash. Would have tipped way more had I realized it at the time. Great work!

I just paid for a VIP Car Wash which was $89.95. Plus an extra $10 for the guys tip, just cause it seem like the right thing to do.... Nearly 100.00 for a car wash and they didnt vacuum my car properly. leaving random debris on the floor and under the seats.. the worst part I left my truck open and asked the clerk if he could vacuum my trunk and when I opened it later through out the day . it wasnt touched!! i just expect a lot more for 100.00 hahahaI paid for a $100 whip down of Armor All !!Thanks, i feel better now.

My first and last time using this establishment. I read a few poor reviews but thought it couldnt be that bad. It was worse. My dash wasnt dusted let alone washed. They hardly vacuumed at all and said they dont have spray anymore even though i paid for it with my package. They instead tried to sell me one.

Not so clean as it used to be, especially when you pay for a regular wash ($24.95) in the busy hours. I have been a customer here for around one year, but after this time I may think it over before I go again.

My goto hand carwash for SF. Long lines for weekends on sunny days though. I think a lot of patrons are stingy in tipping, since theres a tip box and not tips given directly to the guy at end of detailing work. I guess its fair to all other workers, but Im pretty sure there should have been more in the tip box for the traffic they have the busy days. They have a variety of detailing levels and their care and work is excellent. For $30, including tip, i get a very nicely cleaned car (sedan).

They never told me that they don’t vacuum the inside of work vans or trucks, so to my surprise, I was impressed with how the exterior looked, but the interior was still dirty. In fact, it seemed like they barely spent a few seconds just wiping things down. Not much quality at this place... got my refund

I used to like coming here, but over the years the quality of their inside detailing has gotten very bad. You are better off going through a $5 car wash and detailing the inside yourself. Also, the staff here are very rude, and if you dont understand Spanish (which I do, as well as speak it) they say some very derogatory things about the customers as well as make inappropriate and sexist jokes while the customers are blissfully unaware. I doubt they will care if I continue to come here or not, but I am just going to clean my car myself from now on. For those of you who do come here, make sure you inspect the inside of your vehicle before you leave, and have them either refund you or have the vehicle retouched if your vehicle is still dirty, good luck!
