I am extremely picky about where I go to get my nails done… I just moved here so I’ve tried multiple salons and Friendly Nails is by far the best! Helen goes above and beyond to do what you like :) I show her pictures of what I want and she will work so hard to make sure you like it! She even mixed two colors together to get the color I liked. So so awesome you need to go here if you haven’t!

Kim did such a wonderful job on my gel pedicure. She is very knowledgeable, she took her time. I asked for services that she didn’t feel I needed (which would have cost me more) and used her skill set to achieve the same results for less money! Not a lot of places do that. A very clean and enjoyable atmosphere on top of it all. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Friendly nails, and Kim!

Very nice place! I was a walk-in from out of town. They were a little busy and said come back in 25 minutes, so I did. There are a few shops close I wandered around then came back. I was taken right away as promised. Great gel manicure and pedicure. I highly recommend! Good conversation as well! Thank you!!

I went there for the first time, I had an appointment. I arrived and they already started in my nails, I thought I would have to wait but not at all. They are really easy to communicate with, and it’s worth the money

I was in Worcester for a conference and found time at the end of my day so I called to check availability; they said to come over. Easy walk from Hilton hotel. The nail technician gave a great pedicure and the other woman in the shop added a little design on each big toe for me. Reasonably priced, clean salon. Very nice ladies!! The service is nice and everything, I enjoyed getting my pedicure done. But unfortunately four days after the procedure the gel on one toe fell off and the gel on the edges wasnt done smooth.

She didn’t hurt me at all and the nails came out absolutely amazing!!! Definitely recommend

I just moved here from Somerville, so needed to find a good salon to go to. Helen is awesome, and is super accommodating! She always finds time to see me, and she does a great job on my nails! Its also super convenient as its less than a 10 min walk to my house right on Main St. if you work in town, this is super easy to get to! :)

Nail Tech Kim did my pedicure, She was very friendly! She talked to me as if I were a long time customer and friend, which feels great, she went the extra mile when I asked for her to help find a way to really get rid of my callus. She told extra time just to make sure I was satisfied and happy with her work and the over all outcome!!! I would recommend Friendly Nails to any women in need of a professional, thorough, caring, amazing feeling atmosphere! It was very clean and the two women are very friendly as the name suggests. I got a pedicure, dip, and eyebrow wax. My eyebrows look great and my feet are smooth. I came in as a walking, but next time I will make an appointment bc they honor those first which is fine and as it should be. Plus I received a discount for being a student. I will for sure be going back next month.

After 3 months of not doing my nails due to the pandemic, I decided to visit Friendly nails for the first time because my friend had mentioned it to me and I LOVED it. The people are so nice, if your stuck on what color to chose, they give you great opinions, they have great conversations with you and make you feel so welcome to be there. Many times I have gone to a nail salon and they have upset me because it seems as if they are lazy to do their jobs. Definitely recommend this nail salon over any other !

The staff has always been polite and very accommodating as far as last minute appointments.The salon has ALWAYS been clean even before the pandemic, I was there on 7/20 and was very impressed with the cleaning of pedicure and manicure stations after each customer.Do yourself a favor and give them a try, it will become you go-to for mani/pedi appointments!

My experience was amazing. Full set with gel came out great ! My pedicure came out beautiful. Both techs took their time and still got done in a timely fashion. I felt like my opinion mattered rather then most salons they tell u what shape or color is best. Not this place they ask what do you like. I called for an appointment earlier today I came in at my appointment time and was excited because I saw good reviews for this place and wanted to try them out just for the lady to tell me they didn’t have an appointment for me and that I must’ve talked to the wrong people because there was no appointment and that I could come back tomorrow. I was here for an emergency gel nail removal from a botched job at another salon, and the ladies here could not have been nicer. They took the time and care to get everything off my nails and cleaned up my cuticles after. I’m so glad that I dropped in, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to help with my crazy issue! Place is so nice and clean as well, you can tell they really put time and effort into making it a lovely experience. When I went in they had just opened and one of the ladies was cleaning literally EVERYTHING in the salon, so it felt very hygienic. Would recommend for excellent customer service, cleanliness, pricing, and results!

Today was my first time coming to this salon with my mom and we had a great experience! There are a lot of cool designs and colors to choose from. Hellen is very detail oriented and asked me specific questions about how I like the shape and length of my nails which I appreciated! Her and Thar are super sweet and gave us great customer service. I will definitely be coming back.

I’m new in the area so I was skeptical about where to go, saw the reviews for this place so I decided to give it a try must say I LOVED the work she did on my nails. The owner is very polite, takes her time and most of all the work of art on the nails is definitely worth the price! Will not go anywhere else for service that’s for sure.

She is terrible and rude she doesnt listen when you talk to her . Im not sure if understands English. She books people back to back and when there are many people she rushes doing your nails and doesnt do a good job. I had a terrible experience

I made an appointment for 6 my first time here, I wasnt seen until 6:30 due to the fact that the owner was busy, I had no problem waiting and the fact that she took her time and made sure to take care of me even past closing time made the experience that much better. This place is AMAZING!!!! I have heard great things since I moved to the city but couldnt find it. Ive tried a half dozen other places & nothing compares to Helens work! Great Prices, Awesome & Comfortable small setting, Best Pedi in town! Helen takes her time & does a great job. This is offically my new place to go. Walk ins are welcome but keep in mind its best to go early if you dont want to wait a little bit. Cant expect to go after work & be seated immediately. Since the address is not located above Friendly Nails is located at 289 Main St. Worcester MA 01608 (near the palladium & court house) plenty of parking right outside the door.

Great job when I went last year

I’m not sure why there are so many outstanding reviews as I was disappointed with my experience here. I scheduled an appointment for a regular manicure but was seen 30 minutes late. With the cold weather, my cuticles are mess but didn’t receive any cuticle oil or hand lotion. The overall manicure was basic and the technician seemed rushed and distracted.

They are awesome I went there recently and actually had a bad experience with my previous salon at Regal Nails in Walmart near my 🏠, im not from Worcester so I didnt know where to start ! A friend of mine told me to try Friendly 💅 .....and let me tell you they turned it around 🙌🏾with how friendly and polite they were 😍the service was outstanding☺ patient & loving ✔ I felt the spirit of God there ✔. Their work style & ethic is flawless ✔It is affordable aswell ✔ clean baby safe environment ✔ They work fast but high quality at the same time ✔ I truly cant wait to go back💚 🙏🏾💯😎
