I had been searching for a nail salon in Central mass since moving closing to the area and finally found V.I.P Nails about 2 years ago, and never needed to look anywhere else. They are kind, professional, clean, and there quality of work is top notch. The owners are always willing to listen to you and fix something that may not be to your liking and make it so. Give them a call or book online you wont be disappointed!

Beautiful place. Looks clean. Friendly people. Walk in and was taken care of immediately. The end product is horrific. I asked the tech male if he was done and he said he could not file anymore because the color would come off. I have had a lot of pedicures before and I have never been left with such lumpy uneven dipped nails. I do mine on my own as well and I do a better job that he does. The lady that did my toe nails missed cleaning all of the cuticle, old nails polish, dead skin off and missed all the corners. Will not be coming back to them and would not recommend for someone expecting a good finish.

I was so excited to go to VIP nails for the first time, because I had heard so many good things about it and I saw so many great pictures that I fell in love with. However I was not completely satisfied with my nails. My nails are not in the coffin shape that they used to be, and there is so many layers of nail polish that it just looks fat. I’m addition to this, my nail design wasn’t even what I asked for. Which was ironic because I the picture I had I took from the VIP nails Instagram. So it was a little shocking. It was just a little upsetting. I’m not sure if it was just the person that I got or what. I’ve been contemplating whether or not I should return and try someone else or just find another nail salon. Besides the nails, their service is great, and a beautiful place.

Had a wonderful experience here with Jessie! I arrived early for my appointment and they were able to immediately see me. The salon is super clean and very cute. I had a dip manicure and regular pedicure. Super happy with how both turned out! I don’t often get my nails done, but I will definitely be back soon and would recommend this salon to anyone!

I just visited VIP Nails for the first time and I will most certainly be back! Lee did my manicure and she was so friendly, kind, and talented. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and she did better than I had imagined, Im thrilled with the final product. It was also such a thorough and well-done manicure, I find that more and more places are beginning to cut corners but that was not the case here. Lee made sure I was happy with it along the way, and gave me the best manicure that Ive had in a long time! The icing on the cake is that it was so affordable! I dont have anything negative to say about the experience, I would give VIP Nails and Lee 6 stars if I could!

TINA did my nails shes really fast and managed to do the design I wanted. I did liquid gel full set. I recommend Tina shes talented and friendly. About an hr and a half for my nails.

Hands down, one of the best gel manicures Ive ever had done. The salon is clean and bright and the staff is incredibly friendly. I had Kyle do my nails and he blew my expectations out of the water. I provided him with a photo of the nail art I wanted done and it came out better than the example I showed him. My cuticles were perfectly trimmed and the shape of my nails came out exactly how I wanted them. Kyle is meticulous and pays attention to detail. I am very pleased with my experience at VIP!

VIP nails is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I struggled for years to find a nail salon, that I was satisfied with. After my sister suggested going here, I tried it out. Not having much enthusiasm, after some previous poor experiences elsewhere, I was over the moon with the results. They are so attentive to every detail, and know you by name. They make every experience welcoming, and you truly don’t feel like just a number. I have recommended people to try it here, and they have been just as satisfied. True nail guru’s, and some of the best customer service around!

I just started going here after going to couture nails for years and their quality of work and product went downhill. VIP nails is awesome!! Super clean, quality products that last, nails always look great and the pedi was really amazing! 4 stars because I have had one of the 3 different nail techs be kind of rough with my nails and tried to get me to put on an acrylic tip to one of my nails because it was shorter then the rest and when I said no she was kinda annoyed, that nail wasn’t really shorter then the rest plus there was one that was way shorter then the rest so I’m not sure what was about. Anyways I do really love this place!

The woman who did my pedicure had such attention to detail — I picked a darker color and she was careful not to get any polish on my skin. The massage was really wonderful, too. I was impressed with how quick my dip powder service was and my nails came out perfectly. I highly recommend!

V.I.P. Nails is the answer to my prayers. Ive been going to various nail salons with unsatisfactory results and /or lack of cleanliness and professionalism. I booked with them after being referred by a friend. The staff at V.I.P. Nails were kind, professional and very talented. Sunny til care of my daughter and Lee took care of me. They were able to do exactly what I asked for myself and my daughter. My daughter had a classic pedicure and manicure and I had the deluxe pedicure and ombre dipping nails. I think I had at least four different treatments and massages during the pedicure. My legs and feet were exfoliated, a masque was applied and there were different moisturizing lotions as well as paraffin wax dip. It was all done in a timely manner but the level of personal attention despite the extremely busy staff was amazing. Ive already booked my next appointment. 5 AMAZING STARS! ✨

First time here and it was awesome. My upgraded pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had. Totally worth the fifty bucks. My staff crystal was wonderful- careful, attentive, detail oriented, and just so good! I think I got three separate massages. Everything looks beautiful. And best covid procedures I’ve seen at any nail salons recently. Also they took me at my actual appointment and were organized and on time. It drives me crazy when you make an appointment somewhere and then you get there and they don’t have anyone for you and treat you like a walk in. Not here!!

They do an AMAZING job and the staff is friendly, I told John I wanted a plum color and be picked out an absolutely gorgeous color for me and did diamond accents, SO PRETTY! VIP is by far the BEST nail salon around - truly a VIP experience!I travel from Boston for my nail appointments at VIP because it is so so worth it. If you are debating on coming here for the first time - I promise you this place will not disappoint!!They take every precaution to make sure everyone is safe & comfortable! The place is immaculately clean (before & throughout the pandemic). Not to mention the salon is so beautifully decorated with all different types of gorgeous plants!

Went earlier today and I had such a wonderful experience! Helen and John were so amazing!

The customer service was good, they welcomed me in a friendly manner and were happy to see me (felt good). The environment was clean, they used sanitized equipments and brand new products where needed. I did a gel pedicure and painted my nails (gel too). The only thing is nails were okay, seemed a bit chipped on the first day and wasnt looking as nice as I wanted it but I was okay with it. Couldnt be bothered to redo it. Will I go there again? Probably but Ill probably check out another spot? Perhaps its the color I chose or the brand of gel nail polish used? I dont know

Such a great nail salon, everyone is very friendly and they take their time to ensure your nails are exactly how you want them. Kyle is very precise and does an amazing job with designs. If there is something you want done he has not mastered yet, he will practice it before you come in to ensure it is done perfectly. Prices are very reasonable also! :)

Don’t bother going anywhere else.I have been going to VIP regularly for over a year now, and it’s hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. In the year before I found VIP, I tried 4-5 other salons that were mediocre at best, and at worst, terrible. I never went to one more than a few times and felt no loyalty or connection. It took one manicure at VIP to convince me not to go anywhere else.I can’t think of one negative thing to say. The salon is clean, bright, and modern. The staff is friendly, talented, and very responsive to calls or messages. I always get a dip manicure—they do a beautiful job and it always lasts for weeks. If I didn’t constantly want a different color on my nails I could probably go up to a month with no cracks or chips. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially given the quality. I see Kyle or John for my nails and always leave happy. They take pride in the salon and love what they do, and it reflects in their work. I’ve recommended the salon to multiple people who have all been so impressed that they switched to VIP as their regular salon. Go once, and you’ll definitely be hooked!

I dont know if is because I am new using their service, I have Problably the most inexpertal nail technician. I have to ask for calluses remover y stronger buffer! Hand cream! She asked if I want oil, then she just put it! I have to spread the oil on my nail!!! I have to explain how to cover my big toe nails with acrilic! No buffer! My fingers nail was another issues; she file the shape of the fake nail smaller that my own nail! My own nail was one size and the acrilic and shape different! Messy! She wants to cut my cuticles! I explained that using a smaller point she can eliminate the rest of the acrilic and cuticles around my nail. I have no empathy whatsoever for people who dont care how to do their job! Regardless of your experience! I told her that I want my nail shorter and she said that she will fixed with the file! Never done! I have to be around with nails narrow that my own and longest!

This nail salon was a great find! I moved to Worcester recently and have been struggling to find my go to Salon, the search is over! The staff are courteous and call you by name when you come in and leave. They offer coffee, tea or water. Kyle is amazing! Hes nice and pays attention to what you want. He is also a perfectionist and my nails have never looked better! I am so happy I found them. Definitely give them a try, even if I didnt live down the street I would drive to have my nails done there. So very happy I found them and Kyle!

I am extremely picky about my nails I had been living on the west coast and paying someone twice what I pay here for half the quality. I thought the first time was because of the tech I had but they are all extremely talented. I love elaborate designs and again I’m extremely picky about shape and thickness of the nails. Every single person there is able to knock it out the park. I showed them a photo of a design they glanced at it once and boom it was done. I have been flying back here just to get my nails done. No one else will ever touch my nails. Shout out to Emme and Kyle who are absolutely life savers! They take care of you like family here and it’s always my favorite place to just take a minute and relax!

THIS IS THE WORSE SERVICE IVE EVER RECIEVED. I could leave 0 stars I would. It was hard to even put one star. I went to fix my nail because I broke it this morning. I saw the reviews of 5 stars which clearly is a lie. My nail is so bulky when I asked her to shave it down more she looked me a funny. This is the worst nail experience I have ever experienced. Even tho it was 7$ I am crying because this is the worst way my money can be spent. Terrible job will never step foot in this place again.

I went there to receive a manicure after reading the good reviews from others who had been. My nails at completion were not good. I have a spot on one that is a completely different color, on my index finger they didn’t even go all the way to the base and my thumb has a bubble at the base like it could start peeling already. I just left less than 10 minutes ago. I got a gel manicure

The staff is friendly, they have a lot of workers so the wait time is minimal, and they’re so clean and organized with everything they do that I know I’ll definitely come back for more of their services! I set up an appointment over the phone and one of the workers there named Crystal attended to my needs. I got a gel white mani/pedi (which is what I usually do) and oh my gosh. OK this is my first review on anything but forreal, the BEST service: I went for my very first time back in October for a gel manicure with some nail art—I didn’t *love* how the nail art came out (though the woman took her time and the manicure itself was great!), but I was contacted by their manager that night after leaving a review. He was so kind and offered to stay open LATE the next day (a Friday night) just so I could come back and have the four nails I had art on redone. I was super happy with the final result and how accommodating they were for me—Friday night was the only time I could do as I was leaving early the next day for my one year wedding anniversary, and earlier Friday after work I had a hair appointment. I was so sure I’d have to touch base on Monday but Kyle made it happen and told me he wanted me to love my nails for my special weekend. So sweet.The best part is the manicure was FLAWLESS for almost 4 weeks. No chips. Nothing. I went back tonight for a regular gel manicure and was not disappointed. If this manicure lasts even half as long, I will be elated. Best place in Worcester, best service, so much bang for your buck. I’m never going anywhere else again!
