Best thing we have purchased was the scrub a dub all access pass per month ! You get unlimited car washes and vaccuum use. Totally worth it, this one on park ave we seem to think they have the best workers . Someone is always picking the area up, trash buckets are always being emptied . They are polite and work hard. Totally recommend getting the pass and going to this location . The car comes out looking flawless with hardly any water spots and the tires come out with the gloss or tire shine on them !

Ok, I have my husband to thank for getting me started with ScrubaDub. I always went somewhere that was “touch less “ he reminded me that they use a brush prior to the car wash. That certainly wasn’t touch less! ScrubaDub uses a spray hose prior your wash. Perfect! You also get to choose what type of wash you want! I’m at a marina all of the time. I always get the under wash spray, say no more! Having the vacuum and cleaner at your disposal is brilliant!! It’s a win win car wash! Smile

Love getting my car washed here. I do it 1-2 times per week, with an unlimited plan. I do wish that theyd dry my car better. That would be great.

The crew is the best. The car wash on the other hand. Is aging. No, its aged. Down for maintenance or repairs probably more often than it sees cars. Gets it done though. Great dryer and busy vacuums.

I have been a member for scrubs dub for years have never seen anything like it. Clearly DONT go on sundays around 430, there is signs all over not to play loud music and the employees had music BLASTING out their cars. BUT that wasn’t just it dianthony started yelling at all the customers who were in line for car wash to back up so unprofessional clearly not returning to park ave. AGAIN.

My wheels are always not washed properly. Went through two times today for a super choice and still had dirty wheels. Its frustrating when you pay for a specific service and it does not get done.

Went to this place to clean my car. One of the workers with the gold/brown suv Honda was one blasting his music extremely loud then proceeded to have 10 people backed up in the car wash line for his friend as they sat there, waited for his friend to unload about 8 tires out of his truck, laughed, and were rude the whole time as 10 people are trying to back out as fast as they can. His name was Dianthony. Very unprofessional this man should be fired. Disgusting.

I typically come here for my car washing since its practically in my backyard, and the employees there are nice enough. But the Grafton Street location puts you guys to shame in terms of service before the car enters the car wash. They took the time to really scrub my car down (even tho it was busy), and I was pleasantly surprised by that! Never has that been done to my car at this location. Even though its a bit of a drive, Ill be going there for my services going forward.

Employee was rude and seemed like he didnt want to be there. AND only scrubbed the windshield of my car before going in the well. Place is run down. Also good luck trying to get back out on the main road. Will not be back.

Prices are fine the downside you have to use your credit card for the vacuum unless you buy s monthly package of unlimited washes

Every time I come here, the workers are always so nice to me, especially Diony, because I always see him there closing. I feel bad because I see other customers treat them like robots, and that isn’t fair for them. My car is always so gorgeous when I leave, and I couldn’t be happier coming to this Scrubadub, I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now.

So I asked the guy to scrub the back window cause the scubbers dont get it cause of my brake light and he said yeah he would then the guy spraying said well Im starting so I explained to him why I wanted that done and yet still didnt do as I asked when asked they said they didnt have a brush to do that.now I have been to others and they do it so how does one place not do it wont go back to the park ave one again

The staff dont really scrub down the hard-to-reach areas like other places do. Its okay for a car wash. The staff dont seem too enthusiastic. There are better car washes in Worcester. If it wasnt for the 30 bucks a month unlimited washes I would not be going there.

Worst car wash ever. Only sprayed the hood for 5 seconds before the car went into the tunnel. Car came out still dirty. $14 down the drain.

Truck is clean but only front gets fully rinsed...went back and they told me it was because I have a pickup that it wont rinse..🤔 what?...really! I went through again and of course it was same result...So needless to say I wont returnNot very good customer service..

The best vacuum job I have ever had at a car wash. Very happy with this business. A nice bunch of guys.

Good overall. If you wash regularly, best off getting unlimited monthly. I stop by a couple times a week for the works. The only downside is they need to keep up on their vacuums, carpet cleaners and scent sprayers theyre always malfunctioning and out of fluids.

They have free vacuuming which is cool but also means that the place is always busy. The parking lot is small and the exit from the wash has a pot hole filled with muddy water that splashes your car once you drive off which defeats the purpose of washing your car. Free vacuuming though !

They just replaced all the scrubbers, so its a great wash that doesnt scratch your finish. The staff is pretty good, never ha e any issues with courtesy.

This place looks like something out of the walking dead. It’s got trash all over. Looks like it’s been abandoned for years. If u go u have to wait 20’min. For a wash and listen to some music even if u roll ur windows up. Prepare to wash ur car twice because the under paid help does nothing but collect money and send ur car through. Go to James street car wash if I want it done right. Sad it used to be a nice place.

First of all do not use your credit card or debit card on their vacuums. It says 2 dollars but once you swipe your card they withdraw 10 dollars from your card. Am still waiting to be refunded 8 dollars on my card or I get a lawyer and get my 8 dollars the hard way.they post there they gonna withdraw 10 dollars not two dollars

Why Google doesnt give 0 Star. I want to give this place 0 start. I paid Ultra Unlimited ($49.99/month), but I didnt get what I paid from this place. I own BMW X5 2015, my car didnt has any scratch. After washed from this place, I got it so many scratch on my left doors. CHEAP PLACE!! The wash wasnt clean. I might recommend you guy go to ScubaDub at Shrewsbury street if you guys live in Worcester. The ScrubaDub located in Park Ave will bring ScubaDub franchise down soon if they still keep the place dirty and bad like that. I will upload few photos later.

I used to like it, until recently, havent seen this one worker who always did a great job, so now the car wash has been crappy. My car comes out with crap still on it....how clean is that!!! Need better employees.

Went here on Sunday and the wash was OK still left mud on front facia and I had the underwash. Went back today and drove in and they had it closed down. No sign out on the street to indicate that. Horrible location to get into and when you exit you can only turn right onto Park Ave. I would not recommend going to this location due to Park Ave itself. Sunday mornings at 8am are fine but other times are a nightmare. If you dont like your wash they will rewash it but to make the extremely hard left hand turn after you exit is difficult. Just a bad location they should move this location. I have a subscription that I just got and am going to try Grafton St tomorrow. Shrewsbury location is hard to get in and out of as well. Not well designed for traffic. I hope Grafton St isnt as screwed up or this subscription will have to be cancelled.

I got unlimited wash here, for 29.99, after several washes, it were fine, until last week, after the wash, my front plate ripped off. Also, they need to turn heat blower hotter, so much water still on my car, I started get wash on different location (best one is on route 9 shrewsbury and the one on shrewsbury street)
