The ladies at Kays are very nice to the customers, they greet everyone who comes through the door. They are capable of doing more than just fades and do a nice job cutting longer hair as well. Theyre skilled with a straight blade that leave no sting sensation when applying after shave. Great place!

A secure piece of Worcester history, best girls in town. Best place to get and keep fresh. Consistent for as long as I can remember. Lots of people still here (clients and staff alike) for at least the last 20 years. That says something. Why arent you there right now?!

Great gem in Worcester! I did a walk in and was seated right away for a cut with Chris. Shes lovely! Everyone was very friendly, my cut looks perfect, and it was all super affordable. I didnt have cash, but they were very nice about letting me run to a nearby ATM and coming back to pay. Definitely coming back in the future!

Ive been getting great haircuts from Kays for 40 years. Theres a reason why theyve been an icon in Worcester for over 60 years! The barbers are friendly and always make sure you are completely satisfied before leaving their chair. Prices are competitive and they are great with kids too.

Stylist was rude to my kid. Not cool. Tried to give me parenting advice too...wasnt even good advice. No thanks. Haircut was ok I guess.

So rude! Stylist was was unforgiving when my husband was unsatisfied with his hair cut! She told him she was SUPPOSED to take her lunch break and shouldnt have to fix his hair. He was reasonably polite asking for fixing and also asked what he should have said to communicate better next time. She continued to be rude. Later, I called to speak to the owner. Without stating who I was, I simply asked to speak to the owner where upon I was hung up on. I called again, Hi, I just wanted to know when the owner would be in. The woman who answered (same who hung up on me) said Who is this? I said my name, and I was going to be a costumer but I was just hung up on. She curtly replied the owner would be in on tuesday. I asked if she would be in at normal hours. The answer? 8 to 5, followed by a hang up. Didnt even wait to see if I needed anything else.Maybe she was having a bad day. Or maybe they ALL were, but regardless of bad days, when you work in customer service, you cant treat people that way and expect to get return business. Sorry guys you just lost four repeat customers!

An old-fashioned barbershop with a great twist. All the barbers are women. Quick and efficient, despite the crowd. The barbers are very friendly.
