Honestly I was skeptical to go. It was my first time going. From the scheduling of the appointment to the finalizing of the haircut, everything went very well. Very professional, very clean, awesome environment and the lady (Stephanie) was very nice and talkative (which I am not) but it broke me out of my shell and it was nice to talk. I suffer anxiety in aces I dont know but this place is very welcoming and the haircut itself was wicked good. The price was great, thought it would have cost more but it was awesome paying less then expected. Im making this my place now. I definitely recommend. All around a wicked good place. Oh and the location is great as well. Thats important these days.

I have been a customer at Heads Up since Erica opened for business over 15 years ago. That alone should speak for itself. Like most people when i find a dentist or a doctor that i like i will stay with them forever, i also put a great barber in that same category. To anyone looking for a professional haircut at an incredible price, I recommend that you stop looking and head to Heads Up. You will never look back.

I took my 2 yr old nephew as a walk in. Fantastic ladies, they both had a mom touch and kind and gentle. Sang with him, showed him the equipment when it was scary or loud. They talked to him calmly, as he was nervous and fidgety. They put me at ease and professional. I will go back for my sons and my nephew anytime, very nice cut (cute), great experience. I would recommend Heads Up for kiddos if it is a new experience, adults too.

Went on a Friday early afternoon, was quiet in there. The woman cutting hair was cute but didnt introduce herself, and she was a bit dry personality wise. The hair cut came out good, I wasnt like its the best hair cut in the world, but it was good.

Awful. My boyfriend came home with a triangle accidentally cut into his head! His lines were uneven and a random portion of the top half of his back was shaved. Avoid at all costs- this haircut wasn’t just bad it was unacceptable
