I went in for an sns dip manicure and normal pedicure. The pedicure came out perfectly but I just had a poor experience with the sns. They used the powder container that it came in to dip your finger into the powder directly which could cause sanitation issues. My biggest issue with it however was the shaping of the nails and the fact that they didnt really shape my nails at all. Its very noticeable in the thumbs. Please see attached picture.***Response***I went back to try and get my nails fixed and the owner stated that she didnt know where the response to my first message came from and that my nails werent shaped because thats the shape of my natural nails. I showed her the nails and she didnt try to reshape them to make them look even or unified, she just ran a nail file over them to appease me. Yall see the pictures below. I wont be going back.

Have been going here for long time. My daughter and my mother also are regulars here as well. They also do wonderful job and friendly.

Helen did a great job on my sns on natural nails today and shaped my eyebrows perfectly. Sue did a great job on my pedicure. I was did not like the color I picked after sue started painting my toes, I said it was too light and immediately Sue and Helen helped me pick a better color. A+

Tony was fabulous and gave me the best pedicure in GA that Ive found. I am pleased to have a favorite nail salon at Z Nails. Prices are normal and fair.

I took my little sister to get her nails done for school and the lady we had was super disrespectful. she told me i couldn’t pick out the color i wanted and kept making me change it. then when she was doing our nails she kept pulling and hittin mine and my little sisters hands, she also kept coughing on us. all my nails aren’t smooth, they are all different shapes and sizes. my little sister are pretty much the same and the lady messes up on her and didn’t even fix them.

I used to go here all the time but every time I booked an appointment they over booked and I’d have to wait. I went in today to get my nails taken off and the lady at the desk said the guy there could take me. I asked him if I could keep the length under the fake nail but if not he could just cut my nails. Usually they soak the nails in acetone to get the SNS to soften but instead he took a fake nail tip and put it under my fake nail glued on to my nail and tried to pry it off and when I told him it hurt he kept going until I pulled my hand away. He tried the same thing 3 more time until I finally grabbed my purse and was about to just pay and leave, once he saw that he pulled out the acetone but complained the entire time and tried again in my other hand to pry my nails off ripping some of my nail bed off and kept hitting my fingers with the electric file. He had an attitude the remainder of the service.

I got really cute nails. They turned out really amazing, but one of my nail techs shaves off part of the polish on the side of of several of my nails. She also glued part of my finger down next to the nail, it’s been several hour snd it’s starting to hurt. Overall my nails are super cute. But a couple little things could’ve made the experience better

Busy shop but very efficient use of time. From being recognized and personally greeted as soon as you enter until the last top cost is applied, customers are treated like royalty. Prices are competitive and leaving a generous tip for your technician will be automatic.

We will not be going back here, not happy at all with my toes. I have never had someone put stickers instead of painting flower and certainly never had 2 different flowers. They seemed to be in a rush but didnt mind over charging us for service. The price was double what I normally pay and not even a 10th of as good service. Very sad since this place is much closer to my house. I was going to get eyebrows done but since they were so rushed and messed up toes I didnt bother to ask for that to be done. I will go to my normal place tomorrow for them to fix flower and do my eyebrows!! After they painted toes they just left us sitting there, didnt help her shoes on not to mess them up...we just sat looking around not sure if they were done or coming back but then realized they were just rushing to move onto next customer. Now I understand why others have said not to go there.

Very professional & personal service. Ive been a customer for nearly 10 years. The shop has always been clean and sanitized, even before COVID. My toes always look so sexy & beautiful after a pedicure. Im a Chef & Farmer so my manicures are always plain, yet very relaxing.

After reading the reviews I decided to come and make and appt. I called and set and appt for 5:15 pm. I was there 5 min early, told to wait. I asked to see the SNS colors while I wait. I waited for 30 min and still wasn’t served. I was told it would be 10 more min. I didn’t want to be sitting in the nail salon for 40 min without service. A women came in after me and was served before me. It’s is unfortunate that the service was slow and I was never seen. Hopefully you will have a better experience. They did apologize for the delay but 30 min is a long time to wait with out even being served. I ended up leaving with out getting my nails done.

Linda is the best Nail place in Woodstock, Ga. I would not go mo where else. She has been my nail tech for over 10 years. I love her.

Me and my twin sister went for full set acrylics with normal polish and it was EXCELLENT.Very detail oriented, did not upcharge for shaping. Fantastic experience.If i lived here they would be my go to salon. I messed one up when i walked out the door but other than that it was a WONDERFUL job. Thank you so much

This was the 2nd visit I had at Z nails. I got the regular pedicure for $25. We had a 5pm appt and got there just about 10 mins before. We were both finished by like 5:25. Very very quick. My pedicure was average and the lady who worked on me zoomed through the whole process. My niece got a pedi as well and I checked her toes when we left and the paint job was sloppy. One of her toes was shaped so poorly he didn’t sand it evenly. There were no people waiting behind us so I don’t know why they were rushing to get us in and out. Probably won’t go back. ☹️

My girls always rock it! I can go almost 6 weeks before a fill and not break a nail. Most recently they matched my nails to my swimsuit for my vacation! It looks awesome! Any time I try to go somewhere else, I regret it! Adding to my review! THEY DO EYELASH EXTENSIONS! Amazing! See my pic. Pricing was way awesome too. Honestly, wasnt concerned with price. Was going to pay whatever because I had decided to use them regardless because I trust them but then I paid way less than I anticipated. I have been going to Z Nails for many years but stopped getting Solar Nails due to covid.Decided it was time to treat myself, so happy that I pampered myself with my new Solar Nails. Linda does a fabulous job, shes efficient the place is clean and I cant wait to get back into my routine my pedicure was great also!

I will not have any further contact with your salon. Charging me $100+ just for nails is beyond a rip off and beyond taking advantage of customer . Out of all my years getting my nails done never have I been charged that much before . I will take my business and money worth earned elsewhere .

Ask for Mary, she is the one who is most personable there and the reason my daughter and I come here. So sweet! Tony does a good pedicure and an even better foot massage. Get extra leg and foot massage time for $1 dollar per minute. It is worth it!UPDATE; Got a pedicure with Tony again and I was double booked. Had an appt at 4:30, called at 4:30 to say I was parking and would be right in and was told we didnt think you were coming so he working on someone else but come on in anyway. (Keep in mind, my appt was at 430, I called at 4:30 and walked in at 4:35) Tony rushed me the entire time, did not clip skin around toes after I asked TWICE. He also cut the massage short and said they didnt offer polish designs. The young lady with short, blonde hair politely interrupted after hearing that and said Maam, we definitely offer designs, Tony just does not know how to do them but someone here can handle that for you. I tried to ask him that before he put on my polish but he ignored me and said that it was just a busy day. I will never go back and I will never spend money anywhere where I am not valued. I now change the star rating as this was a waste of my money and time.

I’ve been going here for years. It in a convenient location and the women who work in the salon are friendly and remember you. I have gotten gel, S&S, and acrylics here and all were great.

Looking to get your Holiday nails done ZNails does some very festive designs on SNS or even polish. They will make your nails look beautiful!Ive used Z Nails for over 20 years and Linda along with her staff is wonderful. Very clean, makes your experience enjoyable and that your satisfaction is a priority to them. I wouldnt dream of going to another nail salon Z Nails is the best place to get your nails, pedicure or other type waxing service. Linda is simply amazing . Give them a try for your next appointment you wont be sorry.

I will not come here again. 1. Rather than soaking off gel polish she used a rotary file just destroying my nail beds. 2. My nails were not filed evenly, I had jagged edges. 3. Very rough when cutting cuticles 4.Flooded my cuticles with excess polish, very sloppy looking. 5 $40.00 bucks for my nails to look like a child did them. Honestly one of the worst manicure experiences Ive ever had. Great pedicure though! *Please note Ive spent years in the service industry so Im pretty generous and kind when it comes to asking for corrections and making it worth their while.Had on younger guy doing my mani. Probably one of the least thorough manicures Ive ever gotten. Will not return to this salon. He didnt file my nails at all until I asked (after he was about to paint) and even then barely touched them (I had to point out each nail I wanted him to file which seemed odd), barely touched my cuticles so there are huge spaces between cuticle and gel polish (AKA I will be paying another salon in less than a week for a new manicure), had to redo 5 of my nails because he didnt apply the top gel coat fully to the nails (and 4 of them still have the issue even still), and the massage was him literally putting lotion on my arm and not rubbing it in (he watched me rub it in). I was very surprised and very nice when asking for corrections so not sure if it was just me or if this is how things go with him but highly recommend going elsewhere unless you make an appt with someone you know.Im sure some of the employees do a great job but unfortunately that was not my experience. Picture from 3 days after manicure and my nails have not grown that quickly.To be fair, I had a sweet older woman on my pedi and I have zero complaints whatsoever with her job. She was thorough and my toes look great! I wish I could have had her for both :)

The gentleman that did my nails was awesome. Great attention to detail and very particular, which I so appreciated. Went to go get my nails done around 9:35 am on Saturday. First time there. When asked what I wanted I said remove current SNS nails and get gel nail polish. The lady kept trying to sell me on getting SNS nails again.And I said whatever is the fastest because I had made plans to go eat brunch at my in-laws at 11 am.So she said okay gel nail polish.I didn’t get the name of the nail technician but it was a guy. I showed him the design and color I wanted. I don’t think he could see cus he kept squinting to look at my phone screen so I put my phones brightness 100% up. And even then he did a reluctant nod. He started trimming my nails and cutting the sides and when he got to my right hand and to my pinky he cut the side too much and hurt me. After that I had a very difficult time picking the colors. Out of all the colors they didn’t have one that matched what I wanted. I wanted gold he kept bring out yellow so it was very difficult to get him to understand so I just changed it to silver on the bottom but anyways they didn’t turn out how I wanted them. He messed up on the design and the color I repeated several times to him not to use the color he had gotten I had found one that kinda matched. And it’s like he was in his own world. He would just nod and say okay leading me to believe he understood.I couldn’t wait any longer for a redo. it was already 11:15 when he finished he went to go cut the side of my pinky again. I guess he had forgot that’s the one he hurt and was sore.So definitely made it worse. When it was time to cash out I had to wait 3 mins for them to decide on the price ? The guy was telling the young lady what I had gotten done. Then the lady that tried to up sell me came and talked in a different language with them and kept changing the price.So idk I ended up paying $58.I have a picture of my pinky. And how I wanted the design. And a picture of the end results. Really dissatisfied. Don’t recommend.

Terrible service, the nail tech Linda just started doing my nail cutting it with out ask how did I want it done and then she didnt cut them evenly.

I love this Nail Salon. Everyone is so nice and professional. Always accommodating and has the best service around. Trust me I tried a lot before I found this place. I have been come here for years and never had a problem with lifting or breaking. My nails always last a long time. I love the room they use for waxing. Is so calm and relaxing. My daughter and I come every two weeks and they are amazing. We also love the soothing and relaxing spa pedicures. It’s such a relaxing and fun time to come and enjoy. We both fill like part of the staffs family.

I wanted to get my nails done for graduation tomorrow ! I went in an hour before close and they did an awesome job on my nails and toes . So happy I was able to get them done here, will definitely come back!

I recently came and had my nails done. But I wasn’t very happy at the end. But once I let Linda know she immediately told me to come back at my earliest convenience to fix it. When I came I just expected her to file some things here and there. But nope she basically completely started over and did them better then I could have imagined, and was super friendly and accommodating. There are nail salons in every shopping center, so save yourself the trouble of this terrible experience and drive to the next one. Got my nails done here for the first time because my friend had a gift certificate. First we waited with our feet in the water for nearly an hour before anyone started on our nails. The pedicure was adequate. The manicure was awful. There is still polish all over my skin. It isnt smooth at all. It looks terrible. The guy did not take any care whatsoever.The only thing I will say is that everyone was very nice. But there was no apology for the outrageous wait. I will not be back.

Ive been coming here for years! And recently tried the SNS and it is much stronger than acrylic. Last 5 weeks with NO breaks or chips! Me and my mom both get it and we do heavy lifting and hard work and they last! I highly recommend this place!!

Tina did a great job on my nails. She let me do a walk-in on my lunch break and worked with my time constraints. She did well and was very friendly! I’m definitely going back!

I’ve been going to Z Nails for years and they do an excellent and outstanding job with my manicure and pedicure. In the past 2 years I started having eyelash extensions. I’ve had them done 3 times so far. I cannot tell you how professional, precise and gentle Linda is. With the proper care my lashes have lasted me up to 5 weeks at a time.

Got my nails done here for the first time. I will not be returning. An older gentleman did my nails which I got SNS, I told him that when he brushed off the powder around my nails it looks patchy and he disregarded my comment which is very rude considering Im paying you to do them right. Not all of my nails are covered in the powder and instead of him letting me pick another color so that my stained nail from doing my hair wouldnt show through he did it anyways. I just paid $40 for less quality work. Certainly not very happy now that I have to go elsewhere to have this fixed.

I moved to Woodstock in 89. Found Z Nails Salon in Woodstock. Started going and never went to another Salon. Linda and her staff are very professional, kind and understanding of your needs.I had a ingrown nail on my big toe, her employee worked on and treated, with great results. No longer have that pain. If you have ever had an ingrown nail, you can relate.I recommend Z Nails to anyone in and outside of the Woodstock area. Friends I have recommended have all had wonderful experiences. Those nice massage chairs take away all your worries! Try in sometime, will have a wonderful experience.

Don’t go here!!! I have long thick natural nails just wanted gel polish later I found out she Jenny applied acrylic and sms gel. I only needed gel polish. I also just wanted basic pedicure but was charged for a deluxe. Don’t go here they will rob you. I regret the $70 they charged me NEVER again she understood enough to know what I wanted. They ROB you here. Beware!!!

I’ve been going to X nails now for about a year! Kelly is my nail tech and she without a doubt does my nails beautifully every time!

Was there last week for a basic pedi. Staff was quite friendly and I really got a nice job done. She did exactly what I asked her to do and she did one nail than asked if that was what I wanted so she could do the rest like the first. I call that good service.

Save your self and DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!have been going to Z nails for few months now, but the last few times I have been there, I have been OVERCHARGED, prices are different on the catalog the have than when you check out . I got a full set pink and white less than a week ago, and the following day most of my nails had cracked . When I called to speak to my nail tech, I was told she was busy and she will call me back . I didn’t receive a call, actually I had to call few times to follow up .They made me feel like I was bothering and it’s been like that when I had to cancel an appointment if I couldn’t make my time. My nails were left longer on one of my hands than the other, when I questioned I was told it looked fine when it wasn’t .They never see you on your appointment time, always at least 30minutes late but yet they encourage for you to make one, WHATs the POINT?Every nail tech has its own price and I witnessed that when I took a girlfriend with me few weeks back .You are not being told what the price is, until you check out or what is on the catalog they have .I have been charged extra $3 for the gel polish on my pink and white fillings, why ? No other nail salon does .... Its part of the service and shouldn’t be charged for it . The disturbing part of the extra that I was charged, it showed on my receipt as a nail repair, but I didn’t have one since I got a full set and had no nails when I came in . That is BAD DECEITFUL BUSINESS!!!!I am extremely disappointed and i am taking my business elsewhere!!!

Such a great place to relax from the crazy world we live in. Best prices in town. Try SNS and get your toes done in a spa chair. They have waxing services too. This place was pathetic and a total let down. My pedicure was super rushed and HORRIBLE. I totally wasted my money. My polish was sloppy, she was about to try and paint OVER the old polish (she did not fully remove all the old polish), and I had to have her scrub my feet again because she barely did! To top off the experience, she kept silently passing gas!!! I was done! The shop is dingy and nasty looking. I decided to try it out based on the other reviews which evidently must have been written by Helen Keller! Never again. They are horrible.

The lady who did my pedicure kept trying to upsell me every little thing when I told her I just wanted regular. And the lady who did my SNS left my nails not filed, bumpy and with corners of the nails missing color! I just paid my $58 and left because I could not wait another hour to get this done again. To start on a positive I was able to walk right 8n and be served. However, 40 minutes after my pedi Im already having to apply lotion! I opted for the $20 basic because it was my first time there. This was the sorriest, no effort pedicure Ive ever had. She gave each heel 3 strokes with the scrub brush!! Literally 3!!! I also got my brows done and they are decent 6/10 BUT the eyebrow room was dingy and a bit dirty looking.

They are horrible.. i was trying for over a year...but NO!..do not waist your time there are sloppy and does care about your needs..they are not do any cuticle at all...or clianing...also after q week all the color comes off.. even gel!😵hey no more! i will find a another nail salon...for me is over!...is up to you!. and plus they are very expensive for a poor job!😳😴😴

Although I was satisfied with my nails she didnt do them exactly the way I wanted them color wise but the biggest thing I was upset about was the lady that did my BFF nails deliberately over charged me after my BFF & I specifically told both of them we DID NOT want gel nails or fill in. We called to address the issue & she said she got us confused with another customer after the fact.....I call BS on that but luckily I called my credit card company & explained & they refunded me the 20 bucks that I was over charged but with that said I will not return to this nail salon! Its bad business to knowingly screw your customers girls!

Rude employees, nails were chipped and peeling off that same day. they dont know how to finish off the nail polish by putting it on the end of your nail, and any person who specializes in nails should know to do this. that is why it chips so easily.
