The most comfortable and relaxing atmosphere I have been in at a spa. Its quiet, zen, and so so comfortable. The shoes and robes are great quality, the staff is friendly and super accommodating. They have plenty of snacks, water, and a large variety of sparkling water. Perfect spa day. I did a massage, facial, and pedi package and would definitely recommend to others.

I was give a gift certificate for a massage and facial. What an amazing experience from the moment I arrived to the end. The staff are extremely professional and have a soothing demeanor you can feel the moment you walk in. The massage with Darriane was exactly what I needed. The facial with Judy was another wonderfully relaxing experience. Definitely an experience I could get used to having. Ill be back again.

Went for a prenatal massage and could not recommend Woodhouse enough! The environment was so relaxing and calm. Everyone was welcoming and kind. Time went by too quickly! Beautiful spa. Worth every dollar. I could live in the robes and slippers. Treat yourself and enjoy Woodhouse!

Beautiful spa and so much larger than I had expected. My spa day was exactly what I needed with the highlights being a warm welcoming sign and greeting from the front staff to a locker with treats and a facial so relaxing I fell asleep! I recommend the Babor facial - it was incredible. 5 star afternoon for me!

Such a wonderful atmosphere with friendly staff that made my birthday absolutely fantastic. They had a sign for me for my birthday and it was very nice and thoughtful. The masseuse I had did a tremendous job with the deep tissue massage I got. I dont even know how long its been since I havent had knots in my neck until today. I will hands down be back.

I enjoyed it... I thought it was a high price...bells and whistles yes! Not a great massage, deep tissue, ..not my best massage.. nice girl...but i needed a deep tissue massage... not deep enough ... was canceled my first try... so double disappointment

Everything is just amazing. As soon as you walk in youre greeted with a warm welcome. The aroma from the spa products in the front is refreshing. Their lavender lemonade is so delicious so give that a try. Every staff Ive bumped into so far has been great. The atmosphere of the whole spa defines relaxing. Its a wonderful experience and everyone deserves a spa day periodically! Get yourself a treat.I did the deep sleep treatment this time, but I plan to try their other services in the future! They have so many to choose from, it was a tough decision to make...but you are sure to be satisfied no matter what.I recommend to take a shower and use their eucalyptus spray in the shower. Then proceed to purchase yourself a bottle at the front desk cause youll love it so much. 🤣

I had Eson yesterday for a massage and she was a delight! Absolutely loved my massage. I did the stone massage and it felt so great especially on a cold day. Another favorite: The Sauna, that was amazing and I highly recommend adding this onto a service! It was an excellent opportunity to relax after the craziness of the holidays. 100% recommend the Woodhouse, you won’t be disappointed.

While I was in town over Christmas I made a spa day appointment. I love going to the Woodhouse Spa, great experience and customer service, usually. When I booked the person helping had no clue what she was doing. I confirmed the appointment many times just to be sure everything was right. I called the day before to check the time.. because I just had a feeling something may have not been correct.. sure enough I was right. The appointment I booked was for a completely different week. I typically don’t like to leave reviews but when your such a high end spa, I do expect a little bit more.

Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday with my friends! I was greeted with a smile and amazing service from Michelle! She was very professional and was always making sure we had everything we needed! After taking time relaxing in their glorious quiet room, I was treated to a wonderful massage with Stephanie who was very kind and professional! Overall my time was relaxing and rejuvenating! My friend and I took off two days and got pampered with multiple services at The Woodhouse Day Spa. We felt like queens. The place is immaculate, stylish, relaxing, gorgeous. We felt like royalty there. The robes are SO comfortable the spa shoes are fantastic. The services are performed professionally and at TOP levels. I got a massage from Marlo and it was SO FANTASTIC. I cannot wait to go back and see her. I highly recommend the bath treatments. All that was missing is the giant palm leaves and the guy feeding me grapes. LOVED IT

Beautiful! Peaceful! Luxurious. And very good service. The space is nicely designed and clean. They made my birthday personal with a cute little sign out at the from desk, and a little delicious cupcake. They have a peaceful room to wait for your treatment in with tea or beverage of your choice from their selection. The lounge area was very clean and peaceful and luxurious. I loved my experience. Its great for groups. It feels like a too grade spa, even though I want sure based on the location in an outdoor mall space. Its a really beautiful location despite what I had in mind. Especially during the holidays. In the evening when we left the trees were all lit up. The lounge room had a fire place, and they let us linger after our treatments. And the only bummer is we didnt know that the sauna is complimentary with any treatment. Oh! And the coziest robes and blankets to use while youre lounging, too. Plus they provide fun books while youre waiting. Cant stress enough how surprised I was at the high quality. And huge props to Linda! She was so welcoming and kind. Just a delight every time she interacted with us.

I have been waiting for the Woodhouse to come to their senses and finally open a location on the st. Paul side of the Twin Cities! Having been to their location in Maple Grove several times I am excited to have a location closer to my home. I love the hot stone massage, plush robes, caring staff and the relaxation area is beautiful as well. My sister and I love to come here to spend some time together. Highly recommended.

I had such a relaxing time here today! Got a 50 minute Swedish massage and a mani pedi! There was a beautiful waiting area with a really good book (can’t remember the name of it but if anyone knows, please share!—blue cover). Everything was clean and organized, everyone I came into contact with was lovely, and I wish definitely be back to try out some of their other body treatments! This is the first review I’ve ever left for a company however I enjoyed such an amazing day here I knew I had to tell others. Upon arriving they had prepared a birthday sign for me, welcomed me graciously and made me feel so special. The rest of the experience was wonderful as well. This is a beautiful space - much larger than I was expecting - with a thoughtfully outfitted changing room, relaxation room with a gorgeous fire and many options for refreshments and also reading material. They surprised me with a cupcake after my massage as well. I will never forget the extra lengths to which they went - it is so unusual these days- I felt the need to comment. I will be back and I thank you for all the warm wishes and excellent services start to finish!

I had a pedicure, massage, and facial. The pedicure was wonderful, and the massage was amazing. The facial was a pleasant experience, but my face looked and felt quite greasy afterwards. I was hoping my face would feel more clean and less oily.

Elegant, beautiful spa at Woodbury Lakes. Have been to the Maple Grove location of The Woodhouse for a single service and finally experienced a full spa day here that included a massage, facial and pedicure - the “spa classics” package. Amazing! (And also a great value - $250 for over three hours in the spa, incredible full service treatments (everything is included!) also includes a locker room with aromatherapy in the shower, robe, sandals, beverages and treats, as much time as I wanted in their relaxation room, etc. ). The spa itself is larger than I expected and well appointed with thoughtful touches and amenities, the staff is courteous, caring and attentive and the services were detailed and beyond relaxing. The technicians and massage therapist were experienced and knowledgeable and I departed the spa feeling calm, collected and refreshed. I will most definitely be back!

I have not even been there and I already love even booking this . The people on the phone or the person I was talking to which was Emma I hope I spelt her name right was wonderful. She was kind, helpful, flexible and was just amazing . I just already cant wait to go to the spa for a breathtaking experience. So luxurious! So worth it! So happy to have Woodhouse Day Spa on the east side of the Twin Cities! The ambiance here is perfect! Relaxing, quiet, elegant, and oh so comfortable! My deep tissue massage was heavenly! Darienne, my massage therapist, made the experience amazing. She focused on areas that needed more attention. And she communicated well, asking questions or commenting when necessary, as well as asking half way through if I had any additional requests so that she could work them in during the time remaining. Amy, the owner, can be very proud of her business - especially her team! Love! Love! Love!

Loved the whole experience from the moment I walked in the door. A few things to note - be sure to arrive early as there is a relaxing room with lots of delicious treats and beverages. Also they have am infrared sauna that is free for clients - just make sure to book it or ask if its available when you come in as its not a public type sauna, which I appreciated. Staff is warm and friendly and my massage was theraputic and relaxing. The spa is much larger than I expected and has a rainbar room as well as a separate nail area. Highly recommended - thank you for a relaxing and warm day!

Not sure why people are rating this 5 stars, maybe they’ve never been to a spa before. My mom and I came for a package- massage, facial, pedicure. Massage was average. Facial was horrible, contemplated just getting up and telling the woman I wanted to be done. And pedicure was meh. Clearly they hire subpar staff. I won’t be back. Don’t waste your money.

The most luxurious spa experience that is usually found at 5 star resorts. The attention to detail, the customer service, the modern decor, atmosphere and excellent masseuses will guarantee my return. So happy i found it.

I went in for a back, shoulder, and neck massage. I work hard labor 40+ hours a week and had a horrible pain in my neck and back. Work has been excruciatingly painful. I finally caved in and decided to get a massage. I’ve been living with this pain for 2 weeks. Stacy work on my problem areas for 50 min. Less than 12 hours later, I’m finally pain free. I rarely review businesses, but when I do, it’s because my experience was overwhelmingly exceptional. The price was very fair. I would have spent triple going to a doctor and probably just given pain meds. I will be back. I won’t go anywhere else. It’s also I really beautiful spa. You can tell that this owner and their team take great pride of this spa.
