Susan canceled on me hours before my appt last week due to some type of injury. No big deal. I rescheduled for today. Was ready to go to the appt. when I was unexpectedly called home to a crisis. I talked with her by phone at the time of my appt saying I’d have to reschedule and she told me to cancel my groupon and go somewhere else. What poor form. Apparently she has double standards. Too bad I didn’t get to see if she was any good.
