Best nails I’ve ever had done! Kenny knew just what I needed for my wedding! They have plenty of space for you to bring your friends, and the techs are super friendly too! They have an amazing spa pedicure, massage your legs with hot stones and towels and different lotions! I will totally be going back there!

Probably the only nail salon I trust. All the nail techs ALWAYS does a fantastic job! Everyone there is very friendly and I enjoy going there. And they recently remodeled their salon and I must say it looks very chic and contemporary!

I went in with my mom and dad Today. A manicure, 2 pedicures, 2 eyebrow waxes and a change of color for my acrylics. I was happy they took walk ins with no wait, as not many places are now. The nails came out great and so did the wax. Friendly employees too

I thought I liked it there I went about 4 times first 2 times was great the last 2 times sucked they rushed and didnt do such a good job. Not sure if I will be back.

Visited Hot Nails nail salon last week for a pedicure and shellac manicure. Terrific experience! Very friendly, experienced staff. The salon/spa has a very relaxing atmosphere. Prices very comparable to others. Would highly recommend!

My mom and I and my sister made an appointment a day a head when we got there we were told that they tried to call us 10 minutes before our appointment time that they were running 45 minutes to an hour late do to them allowing walk ins before their scheduled appointments and double booking appointments with not enough workers

I liked it the way they did my nails before. The prices have went up very high. It seems like a lot of nail salons want to do what they want to do to your nails instead of what you asked for but youre paying them.

This was my first time trying this salon out, and I couldnt be more excited about the outcome. They took the time to really attend to my nail needs. Everyone here is super nice. 1 week later my nails still look pretty good. Ill definitely go back!

Well I was getting my nails done with my grandmother for a treat and I got these gold nails, but the lady was done in less then five minutes finger and toes. The nail person got it like all over my skin all around my nail. Not to mention she didn’t shake the nail polish bottle well enough so when she was doing the gold sparkly nails all I got was like that glue that keeps everything on like there was only a little bit of sparkles. I reamend if you are reading this not! TO GO THERE!

Amazing place. They always take care of you, very professional and fair prices. I have gone several times and am finally getting around to review themThey have comfortable chairs and the UV lights are built into the manicure tables.I got a color I really liked but it didnt show up very well and needed 7 coats to be right. They went right along with it, laughed, and made it fun with me. And if something isnt right, they make sure it is fixed before heading out. And if something goes wrong (chip/crack) they did great to fix it affordably even if its my faultGood culture among the employees - very upbeat and positiveIve never had to wait and they always have someone right there to see you and take care of you.I have had both manicures and pedicures by a diverse range of the staff and they have always been talented and kind

Took my fiancé and daughter to get their nails and toes done.. my daughter was done in ten minutes and they came right off.. I paid over $140 for both of them my fiancé was super unhappy with the price and how they were treated inside.. some nails and toes were chipped and color was off.. I do not recommend thie place and will not take it them back.

If I could give a 0 I would. I stopped in to get my eyebrows waxed. It was a weekday late afternoon and it wasnt busy at all. I was made to sit and wait a few minutes which was fine, but the woman who was about to wax my eyebrows came up and brought her food with her which I thought was a little unhygienic. She put the wax on top and bottom at once and only used one hand to rip the strip off not holding down my skin or anything resulting in both sides having skin removed and looking and feeling horrible. On top of it my eyebrows are not even!!

This place is hands down the best salon I have ever been to. Customer service and quality of work is top notch!

I only didnt give 5 starts because of the atmosphere. I am used to getting my nails done in a quiet place. The venue is also cramped space. I also waited about 2 hour to get in the chair. Overall, what counts is that they did an excellent job on my nails as far as the stucture and paint. Body wax has a mango scent and the spa scrubs smelled good. Kind of upset I didnt get a pedicure because of that. But pricing was fir my nails with gel a design and dip powerd cost $45.

Will not go again I got a refill, pedi, and eyebrow. While removing my dead skin during my pedi, She SLICED MY TOE OPEN CAUSING ME TO BLEED. She didn’t even get any of the dead skin. The rest of my pedicure was painful. For my refill she messed up the shape which is short and square. Not sure how someone messes that up. The usual girl that does eyebrows brought her food to the waxing station. Then she took a patch out of my eyebrow. After I was done I went to straight to ulta to buy a nail filer to fix my shape and an eyebrow pencil.

I went to get a full set and the colors and designs are completely different then what i showed them. all of the nails are crooked and the pinkey nail is overlapping my ring finger. i went back and asked them to fix it and i was not seated, instead they shaved it down. now it is more crooked and smaller than the rest. all of the nails are different sizes and they are much smaller than i asked.

Great place and great prices! Ive been searching for a place that doesnt make any mistakes the employees give you honest advice and the prices are right! definitely coming back!!!

I would give a zero if possible. I have no idea why people have given this place 5 stars. They must be reviewing the wrong nail salon. It’s actually extremely difficult to deal with how incompetent the workers are. I never get greeted walking in and all they do is talk badly about the person in their chair. I am in the middle of getting my nails done and a woman who was in shortly before comes back saying she’s dinged her nail. The man completely stops doing my nails without saying a word then proceeds to take her nails polish off of every finger and start redoing them. I was so livid after waiting for a few minutes to see if he planned on helping me sooner, that I had to get up and leave. Not only are they extremely incompetent and rude, they are disgusting. The place had bugs all over the floors, walls, and window sills. The kit they use for cuticle removal that is supposed to be a new one between each client was pulled out of the bag with red nail polish all over it. When I asked for a new it everyone starts talking loudly in their language. If you’re looking to go here because of the good hours and cheap prices, just know, you get what you pay for. In this case you’re overpaying for their services. My 3 year old nephew could probably do nails better than these imbicels. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I mean look at the pictures people have posted ! You will leave angry and unsatifised every single time. WASTE OF MONEY.

If I could give them a 0 I would!! They have a 20% off sign out front, however when you go in to use it on a gift card or services they say no unless your using it right now! Then I ask ok whats the price of the service and they make them up as they go along - $35 service for $30 Im not sure where they come from but that is not 20% off and their gel nails come off and crack shortly after getting them. Definitely would not ever recommend! Too shady and bad customer service

I wish i could give a 0 :/ this nail place SUCKS !! i got my nails done w my min & we had to wait 3 hours . a girl walked in & she didn’t have an appointment but she sent & sat down right away . me & my mom where mad so we stood up & almost left . we started arguing but they rolled their & talked mad in their language talking ab us probly . they where rly rude & did a horrible job . my nails r all crooked & nasty . i got them done earlier & they r already horrible :/ DONT GO HERE !!! they r cheap prices but that’s probly bc they don’t do em right .

Horrible, horrible attitude from the woman who asked us what we needed. We had an appt and she rolled her eyes. I said pedis and manis for myself and daughter and I wanted gel and my daughter didnt. She rolled her eyes and laughed. My daughter looked at me and asked why she was treating us like that. I told the woman we would take our business elsewhere and she could keep her attitude there. Guess they didnt need our $150 in their empty shop. 2 weeks ago, I went and had a fabulous experience and was excited to have found a new spot to drop $150 every two weeks. Wont be back.
