I’ve gone here twice for gel manicures and have had such great service. Both technicians were gentle, detailed, and kind.

I had booked an appointment a month in advance and I get told a week before my appointment that the salon could one accommodate one of my appointments and they could do another appointment a different day. Wasn’t satisfied with the outcome and canceled all of my appointments all together - looks like the salon has no consideration of people’s time or even money - waste of my time and I will be taking my business else where.

Very disappointed. Made the appts online 4 days prior and 15 minutes before my appt, I received a phone call that they were “running late” at 4pm for my 4:15 appt and wanted me to RESCHEDULE. What? I said no, since I had booked these appts in advance and these were all that were available. I said we could come 15 mins later instead. The girl seemed irritated that I said no. Upon arrival, one tech was finishing up a client and the other was sitting waiting. There was no one else there for the remainder of our appts. Appears that they wanted to leave early vs having 2 afternoon appts on a Saturday. Also my clear coat gel manicure looked good, but took FOREVER. We left at 6:10 after our 4:30 start. Won’t be going back.

First time for me, ever. It is a very nice place. I really liked how they treated me. Great location for me. Close to home. Good variety of services. I would suggest you give them a try.

A bit pricey for the services they offer. However, sign up for their emails or take advantage of the new client discount! When signing up for their emails, they have random 20% coupons for certain days, so that’s when I come into Frenchies.Sydney is great at nail art, I’ll be coming to see her again when I receive a coupon. Wow, I can see why this place has such great reviews! My whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end. When you arrive, they help you pick out a nail color (which isnt easy because they have tons of options), then you wait in a quiet and secluded area in the back, where they have coffee and tea. I got the gel manicure and the process was quick and easy, and my nails have never looked better!! Ive gone to a lot of different places and have never had results like these. I cant wait to go back!

I look forward to every visit to Frenchies! Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The whole team goes above and beyond to make sure the environment is clean and safe. AND the service is outstanding. The products they use are AH-mazing. I keep my bathroom stocked and love to treat myself at home whenever I can! I love Frenchies and would never dream of going anywhere else! Had a confirmed appointment showed up and they claimed I cancelled it. After looking into it the receptionist realized they called the wrong number to confirm. I’m not giving this place a second chance.

I had an amazing experience and I loved the conversations I had with my nail tech! Overall the atmosphere was clean and very relaxing. My manicure turned out amazing however my pedicure turned out to be the worst paint job ever. Later that evening my polish was still sticky and wet feeling even 7 hours after my pedicure. Now my pedicure looks textured and has material stuck all in the polish. After spending so much on a pedicure, I expected it to last. It looks so bad I need to take it off.

Frenchies is always amazing. I have been seeing Amanda for awhile now and I always have a top notch Experience. Nails always look amazing and it stays looking perfect. She Always takes her time with me. Salon is always clean and everyone is friendly.

My tech, Sydney, did a great job smoothing out my feet which was really important to me. The next most was the massage, and I upgraded to the Deluxe for an extended foot and lower leg massage. I work on my feet 50+ hours per week and have been looking forward to this. I think she rubbed the sole of each foot for a minute or two, but that was pretty much it, no lower leg and there was nothing extended about it. Price was totally reasonable and the salon and staff were great, but this is a major part of the experience for me and I left feeling really disappointed.

I am not sure why the hours are reduced at this point. I do not want to wait 2.5 weeks to get in for an appointment .

Lovely place. Clean and professional. Amanda is the best!! Brought my granddaughter there for early fourth birthday.

Atmosphere is great, the salon is clean and always ambient. Amanda does the best job at making your nails look amazing and remembers details about you that makes you feel like she cares!

Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, great results! Pricing is pretty average as for nail salons. It was a perfect place for a girls night out. Send the one you love here with a gift card! Look forward to my next visit!

I called to make a appointment, I was informed they may have a appointment for the following day at 11. They told me person who is currently at that time, we don’t think is a real appointment! So I was booked for 11. I show up to find out that I don’t have a appointment because the person they thought was a fake appointment was real! No phone call nothing!! They just wasted my time!

Best nail salon Ive been to. very different style compared to most traditional nail salons. here when you walk in you smell essential oils, they dont use harsh chemicals and everything is done by hand no drills. they are very natural and want to inspire natural nail beauty.

Chamee provided the worst pedicure I’ve received in 40 years of getting my nails done. I received cuts from the improper use of her tools and the removal of gel polish was awful! She decided to cancel my foot scrub on her own! Who does that?

Frenchies is a beautiful and clean salon with a very modern set up. I had a pedicure done here recently and Cheryl was AMAZING! The reason I’m giving it 3 stars though is because their pedicure stations are poorly designed, especially for tall people. You sit on a bench that doesn’t move, and the tub/basin is right up against the bench and also doesn’t move. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I had never felt “too tall” for a service like this until that day. Cheryl did a wonderful job of allowing me to get as comfortable as possible and I appreciated that so so much. But I will not be returning to Frenchies.

Ive written Frenchies twice to try and provide feedback without taking to a poor review, but never heard back. The facility itself is great- very clean, and the products are fantastic. That said, the service is incredibly spotty. Turnover on their team is high- so you never know if you will be getting a skilled technician or someone earlier in their career that will spend 2+ hours giving you a sub par manicure. The latter has happened to me multiple times, so after being a regular customer at Frenchies I will now be taking my business elsewhere. My time and money are best spent somewhere with consistent service and at the very least, responsive management.

Nice, clean. I wish the benches for pedicures were more comfortable for taller and/or pregnant people.** Now that I have been regularly frequenting, I can say if you are looking for a basic manicure, this place is good. If you are looking for nail art be sure to specify when making appointment as majority of the staff do not specialize in it.

Very skilled and knowledgeable nail technicians. It was my boyfriends first time getting Mani/pedis (he was a little nervous) and Deanna helped him through the entire process. He had an amazing time! Sydney worked on my nails and she was so much fun. My nails have never looked better! (:

I got a pedicure at Frenchies for the first time this past weekend and I am so excited to have a nail salon like this in Woodbury! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how stylish and clean the entire salon was. The employees are welcoming and easy to talk to. The woman at the front desk took the time to explain the types of nail polish and potential add-ons, so you know exactly what youre getting and for how much. The service was the most relaxing and thorough Ive ever had, and my feet have never been so soft. An all around great experience. I love my pedicure and highly recommend Frenchies!

My nail artist did a great precision manicure. I have short nails and wanted gel and a good hand massage. I paid for the Supreme, middle mani. I got very little pampering and felt like the sugar scrub over the sink was the same as what I do at home. The hand massage was maybe 3-5 minutes total at the end.If you want a perfect polish, go here. If you want to relax and get pampered, its not their thing. My one hour appt was barely 45 minutes.I gave it a 4 star because she did her job, but it just wasnt what I wanted that day.

Super expensive. The most I have ever paid for a gel manicure and the worst experience ever. I never do reviews but this is a warning to all fellow consumers. Day one, made my appointment for 1:30. Waited 20 minutes for the lady to even get started. After 2 hours, I left with with dull polish and a very poor paint job. They asked me to come back the next day to have it fixed. Day 2 was again 2 hours to redo my nails. The experience was more friendly this time but they filed off my skin and I had nail art of christmas trees added to an accent nail. I did not get the design I was expecting and I think it looks terrible. The gel manicure was 45 dollars and 5 additional for the nail art. Not good. I cannot post the pictures.

Frenchies is a clean, modern nail salon with great staff and reasonable prices. I had a gel manicure by Matthew, and it was the best manicure Ive ever had! It looked amazing and lasted for weeks. I highly recommend this place!

I came all the way from Boston to attend a friends wedding. She took me there for my manicure and pedicure. Taliah did such an amazing work on both. The place is real modern and clean. The staff is nice and welcoming and I loved the treatment I reveived fromTaliah. She is a beautiful person inside out. I will miss it. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant.

I highly recommend this place! I hardly ever get my nails done but will be make this a regular routine since I had such a great experience. All the ladies were very friendly and highly educated on everything in and about the salon!

Super clean and modern salon. However, overly priced and they didnt even clean out my toenails. (Sounds gross but for real, when you get a pedicure, dont you expect them to clean out the dirt?!) Also they dont have dryers and just told me to be careful for 30 minutes. Aint nobody got time for that!

Beautiful place! Matthew did a great pedicure! Sadly the bench that you sit on to have your pedicure is wood, as is the backrest. Even with a pillow behind my back it was uncomfortable. Wish Frenchies would provide pedicure chairs!!!! Id go back in a minute!!

Prices are very competitive. I liked the fact that their website has the prices and services listed.

Went in after hearing about them on the radio. I thought the slightly higher prices would be made up with cleanliness and service quality. It was neat and clean, but Im overall disappointed in my services. After leaving I noticed my manicure has uneven/bumpy layers of polish/top coat with some spots missed on the sides. They did a good job shaping nails, but didnt clean underneath them at all and the pampering part of the mani was not worth the money at all. All the same comments apply to my pedi. I paid extra for hour long services that should have been relaxing and pampering feeling and it was not worth it - the pedi was half the time alotted. Unfortunately disappointed and wont be returning.

My manicure is very nice; the reason I won’t return is due to customer service. I was quoted the price $38.00 the day of my gel manicure and I was charged $45.00. I talked with store manager about the difference in price (~18%) right after the charge was completed and she said “the price had just changed” and the lady who quoted me must not have been aware because she had been on a trip for a few weeks. They did not honor the price quoted, I think that is poor customer service.

I receive manicures and pedicures regularly and checked out Frenchies yesterday with some friends. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of service and the quality of the salon. It was incredibly easy to book an online appointment and we were greeted enthusiastically and kindly as soon as we entered. The pricing (including any add-ons) were clearly explained and the pricing was very reasonable. Ive paid a lot more for a pedicure at Aveda or similar-typed salons and not had as positive an experience.My technician was really nice and fun to chat with. She did a great job and was gentle with my nails and my pedicure looks fantastic. To top it off, it was a very clean and sterile environment. Thanks to the entire Frenchies team for treating me and my friends so wonderfully. Ill never go to a traditional nail salon again.

An unbelievable experience at this nail salon! Rae did an awesome job on my gel mani - never thought I would go with blue polish but I LOVE it! Then I had an amazing pedi by Julie. That massage was just what my feet needed. I HIGHLY recommend this place - it is super cute and extremely clean. Best yet, it smells heavenly! Ask for the lemon grass scrub. So happy I found this gem.

It had been many years since Id visited a nail salon. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of chemical smell, the clean, fresh environment and friendly, attentive staff. I wasnt sure if have the time to fingers as well as toes that day but my attendant made the extra effort to get me a full service job within my time constraints. I love Frenchys!

I went in for a regular French manicure and I let the girl talk me into a French gel polish. After she put the white polish on I noticed she had changed the shape of my nails. My nail had a squared off shape now they are oval shape . I did not ask her to change the shape . Now I am stuck with this for three weeks
