First off the guy listened to nothing i said, he tried to convince me that how I like my nails isn’t right . He even got a attitude. I got matte polish and both my nails and feet look really bad I’m embarrassed to even show off my nails . I’ve had to work but today I want a full refund this isn’t how my nails and feet should look 105$ later

Always been very happy with Tonys work. Sad and confused why everything is the same price but we get less since Covid. I miss my massage (neck and arm) and when they put cream on your hands.

They were so overbooked they rush to get our feet done. Literally left there with a cut on my toe bleeding and also left toe nail polish on my feet still. Was not happy with this place at all.

I really wanted to like this salon but the last 2 times I visited I felt so disrespected by the owners especially considering I’ve been a client for a while. I had an appt & when I arrived Angel was with a client. I understand if they are running behind but it was obvious that she had just started. She never acknowledged that I was there & then after waiting about 20 minutes I asked if I should come back. I was told by her brother that it doesn’t matter if I have an appointment that I have to wait. Excuse me... I thought that’s why people made appointments so that they didn’t have to wait! I didn’t like how he addressed me so I left. Three weeks later I debated whether or not I should use their services. I decided to return only to be treated again so poorly that I left again. I will never go back there. I don’t like how they operate so I will spend my money elsewhere.

I had really liked going to this place and to get my nails done they did a good job. But the last time I went the girl would not cut my nails the length i wanted. Not two weeks later I have two nails lose in the back and lose one of the nails. Think am going to start looking for a new place. Also the girl that did my nails took almost 90 minutes or a little more and could not do the design I wanted.

I live directly across the street from here been there multiple times I got my nails done two days ago I got a full set an my toes done the nails were beautiful but all my diamonds fell off in less than two days an my toes were rushed and done poorly gel polish was left all over my skin of my toes I was told to leave before my toes were even dried an I’m missing a entire nail isn’t painted an also my acrylic nail fell off I went back today for them to be fixed the lady could not give me a estimated amount to get everything fixed an wanted me to wait three more hours to come back I’m really disappointed I get my nails done every week an it’s not cheap

It was my greatest nail experience ever; very sweet people and awesome service; she did my nails great and she took her time and gave me a massage(hand and shoulders) definitely going back soon especially for a mom of 2 its exactly what I needed all in one!

It’s really good came here a lot to do acrylic Nails and I love how it turns out really good! Also eyebrows I do every once a month or two and they do an excellent job and I love them a lot

I just came out of Bella, ( mind you, a current customer) no one said hello then I was told it was full tonight. Meanwhile two Employees are sitting at desks with no one there be worked on. One began to laugh as if something was funny then I asked what time do you open. The snickering jawn said 9:30 the damn owner said 10.. I walked out and then I looked on the website and it says that it closes at 7:30 it is now only 6:10. That’s some sorry ish! 🤬🤬🤬

I asked her to cut my nails down but theyre so short there was no point in putting acrylics on them. I live in PA but went here because I was picking my sons up. Ill stick to PA from now on.

There is no good quality nail salon in this area, including this one. My nails kept breaking ... I’d get them fixed and they’d break again. I got the gel full set and got them shorter. Also very unprofessional and lazy staff ... another horrible nail salon.P.s.Hire some more nail tech that are versatile!!!!

Happy with pedicure, but nails, said I didnt want square or too long for work & this is what I got. Hate it, didnt want square, she asked me once & saidI asked you. I was supposed to pay 27 for nails 28 pedi .& 27 daughter, but they threw on $20 so I paid it & tipped & I hate going on vacation. With these nails

Terrible service. EVERYTIME I come here its at least an hour wait just to get my eyebrows waxed. The last time I was there I signed in and sat down to wait. Somebody else walked in and got taken right back after I have already been waiting for a 45 minutes!! I was so mad, Ill never go here again.

If I could use negative stars I would, the guy was really rough with me & caught an attitude cause I told him my nails were uneven, the lady that painted my nails did an awful job, I had lumps & the polish wasn’t applied evenly definitely would not go back.

DO NOT GO!!!! Worst service ever, my full set looks like a little kid did it. cheap price cheap services. This is probably the worst nail salon Ive ever been to.

I went in to get an eyebrow wax and was/is burned by the process. I will not be returning to this location ever.

Went for removal and new set. Woman burned me, ripped my real nail off and had audacity to charge me $10. Never again. I left and went down the street to get the rest of the acrylic off.

I use to like this place but the manager Tony is really rude and my nails started lifting that should never happen also I got a toenail fungus after a pedicure..............................finding a new place
