I had been going here for years since I moved to area and had outstanding service and satisfaction with everything they did. Unfortunately, recently they “replaced” an item on my car and charged me fully. Had it checked by someone else immediately and they weren’t replaced nor fixed at all. The “new” parts also failed within 2 weeks. So for not actually putting on new parts on my vehicle and having the receipt that they charged me for new items and labor — I can no longer recommend them.But over the years, they’ve done me excellent work and their prices were great. Give them a chance for sure, but personally I can no longer do so.No hard feelings, but it’s the way of the world!

Brought in two cars, both that needed work. They did a great job of scheduling us and getting both cars done very quickly. They also went out of their way to communicate the issues that needed to be resolved and made sure I had all of the information on all of the problems and what needed to get done. Stan Rollisons always provides excellent service. First off, you never have to worry about getting ripped off. They always provide fair and reasonable prices for their work and never perform any unnecessary work. Second, they are a very friendly small shop. I notice that they refer to most customers by name and it seems like they have been going there for years. Third, they are very accommodating. Specially, I showed up on a Friday afternoon for a oil change/tire rotation and inspection. They were able to squeeze me in between two jobs and have me in and out in less than an hour! I went to this location for a pre-purchase inspection on a Lexus es350. The store is very professional and the staff are knowledgeable and kind. Stan Rollisons is the only mechanic I trust with my car. My check engine light came on and I panicked. My car was losing power and I drove directly to the shop. They were courteous and told me they would do a diagnostic to find out what the issue was. They gave me a ride to my daughters house while they checked out my car. They called to let me know when my car was ready. They told me they didnt find anything serious and they test drove my car to make sure it was running and the check engine light was out. Thank God. When I got to the shop they explained everything and best part.....no fee. Yes you read it right. No upselling...no fee just because they did a diagnostic...nothing. These guys are the absolute best. Especially as someone who has no idea what to expect when my car is acting up. Thanks so much for your integrity....your professionalism and your honesty. You have a customer for life. Ive told all my family about them. You guys are awesome.

6 April 2021 took Tundra in for entire brake system inspection due the brake pedal going to the floor and not engaging the brakes without pumping them. Also, noticed a spring type noise in the pedal when releasing it. Rick and crew replaced all rotors, pads, flushed and exchanged the brake fluid. The noise in the brake pedal has disappeared and brake work like new ones. All of this was day in a one day turn around on the appointment day. Great crew at Stan Rollins and will recommend them to anyone. They have provided service for our vehicles for the past 3 years.

I got a flat tire the other day while heading to work and found this small shop close to my house. I gave them a call today and they took my car with no hesitation. I dropped it off and let them do what they needed.Now this is the first time I’ve taken my car to a private shop. I normally would take it to Koons to have them repair it. But I wanted to try something new. And I can honestly say I am glad I did!I needed a new tire and my car would shack while going over 50mph which I knew wasn’t a good sign!I received multiple phone calls from the business updating me on the progress and the cost which I loved! I didn’t feel push to purchase anything or guilty for not getting something replaced. They were honest with every fix on my vehicle. I was going to purchase four new tires and they stated I don’t need four I just need one and IF I wanted to I could get a second one just to match up with the new one. Now most places would try to force you to get all new tires so they could make a extra buck, but not this place!Basically with all that said I paid around $800 for 2 new tires, oil change, alignment, and 2 new stabilizers. If I went to Ford I would of paid about $2,000 just for that work alone.I am really pleased with there work and the cost and how friendly the staff is. I definitely will be coming back to get work done and also to have my wife’s car worked on as well!

Crooks like all the rest now. Said tires were down to belts while they changed my oil. I opted out of their expensive replacements. Got car back. Tires fine (had a nail in one I plugged myself) and 2 weeks later oil and filter light came on. Didnt even change my oil. Taking our 3 cars elsewhere. Not the same since Stans gone!

I purchased my Toyota Rav 4 10 years ago and have been going to that particular Toyota dealership since then because of my free state inspections and free oil changes. Needless to say......the ten years I’ve been getting my car serviced there, it has been two times that I’ve gone there and not have to pay large amounts of money. I recently took it there for my annual state inspection and they failed it due to a steering issue and possible engine leak (which they did not checked....it was based on assumption). They suggested that I get a new car since it would cost over $3,000 to fix. I mentioned this to a friend and she recommended taking my car to her mechanic at Stan’s! My $3,000 that was quoted and the possible purchase of a new car that was suggested went down to under $100 at Stan’s....that included the state inspection, emissions and the steering problem that wasn’t a problem. As my friend was telling me Stan Rollison’s Automotive are honest. They’ll explain the problem and not charge you thousands of dollars or try to take advantage of you. My car will now be going to Stan Rollison’s and Toyota will just see me to get my free oil changes. When you go to Stan’s ask for Rick! He’s the best and a sweetheart!

I took my Corvette there and they couldn’t fix the issue but they did not charge me for the work. He said I would need to take it to dealer and I should save a little money since I would have to pay them. He’s got my business from now on.
