This shop installed rear swaybars on my girlfriends truck easy simple job overpriced but work was good. I own multiple vehicles and every time I bring one of them there for a diagnostic or any evap repairs the mechanic turns down the job with a different excuse every time. The counter lady is very nice but it seems like the mechanic just wants gravy work or he is not good at finding the problem just repairs. The work here is good but overpriced for sure. If you know what your problem is already and you need it repaired this place is a good choice but you are going to pay for it.

Did a good job inspecting a vehicle I was planning on purchasing from the Woodbridge Public Auto Auction across the street. They were quick and reasonably thorough for $45. I can recommend.

I purchased a used car from an auction across from JVA Auto Service Inc. I wanted to just check and make sure everything was great with the vehicle and knock out all mechanical needs. Xzavier & Sarah at the front desk were EXTREMELY professional. They were very honest about everything, communicated effectively, and we even got shaved ice 🍧. I was a walk-in client and these guys took very good care of me and my vehicle.

Best mechanics around! Been taking all my vehicles to JVA for many years. Good pricing, great warranty work, friendly mechanics that explain the problems, and show you the parts replaced.

I had some issues with my brakes/rotors and calipers in a tire. Initially I went for a second opinion from another close by auto shop. This shops pricing blew them out of the water, and added an extra element of professionalism. All the employees were friendly and explained the work that they were doing and why. Very impressed, highly recommend for any auto repair need.

The shop is great . Its the main one I use when I need to a repair . They never up sale me and the work is always superb.

Came here today for a front end alignment after I did some suspension work on my work truck. From the start the front desk was super helpful. Service was quick, efficient, and I was satisfied with the result. No appointment needed which was great! Its my first time coming here and even though I had a minor service done, just based on first impressions I would highly recommend this shop. Im no pro mechanic but I do most of the mechanical/maintenance work on my car and work truck, but this will be my go to shop from now on for mechanical services that I cant do. Overall great experience.👍

My car did not pass inspection. I was not prepared for all the repairs that it needed. The repairs were far out of my price range. The mechanic could see my distress and was compassionate enough to work with me on how we could fix the problems so my car would pass and run safety. He was very knowledgeable and came up with inexpensive ways we could fix my car. I was pleased. Now my car is in better shape than before and I’m proud to display my new passing inspection sticker! The front desk staff were friendly and enjoyable as well. The only thing is I’m missing a valve cap. It was kind of a pain to get off but I wish they would have put it back on, then again, it’s not a huge deal considering how much they helped me.

Took my car here because I was having issues and I was in the area. They told me that my serpentine belt got stuck in the AC compressor and that I would have to replace both. They quoted me a little over $1000 parts and labor. I then took it to my usual mechanic over at Beltway Discount Tires and they told me I was being lied to and only needed to replace the serpentine belt. They charged me $125 parts and labor while JVA quoted me over a $1000 for no reason. Front desk lady was also rude.

Everyone is very friendly, both times I went for oil change and asked if they top off all fluids and was told yes, but both times they forgot. I topped them myself. The oil change was fine. Its a minor thing but kinda important.

Not good at all. They couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car, recommended me a tune-up to see if that fixes anything (it didnt) turns out it was a spark plug out. Never going again...

Philippe was awesome but they are under some new management and I was not even satisfied asking them what I need for my vehicle so I just walked out after the two ladies in the front kept giving me an attitude. So I took my business elsewhere.
