Its a store, and more. Theres an amazing array of sparklies for sale and I havent bought any! Yet, Ive recently been there for three purposes at which they excelled. First, I went in to sell old jewelry that Id never wear again and was likely to lose! A price was quoted. I didnt negotiate. Simply said, Yes. Painless. My husband was shocked how fine I felt about the whole experience. Then I went in to have a worn-thin band fattened on a beloved, inherited ring I wear everyday. Its new bigger band was nicer than Id imagined one could be. Again, a good price. This last time was for a tiny pave diamond thatd fallen out of the old ring. I cant even tell which one it is. Yes, Simmons will stay my go-to place of trust, friendliness, and competence.

I’ve had two great experiences with Simmons Jewelers. First I needed an extra link added to my Rolex, they were able to do it while I waited, and the price for service was very reasonable. Second experience, I dropped my Rolex and shattered the crystal, again the price for repair was great and the quality of work is so far exceptional. Great attention to detail and equally great customer service!

Family owned and it shows. Owners are kind and personable. They went above and beyond to make sure my engagement ring was sized perfectly. They gave great suggestions and the customer service was spectacular. I would definitely recommend them and return here!

OMG best jewelry store in all of Central Florida! I was gifted a Rolex watch from my late father when I graduated from FSU in 1988. Over the past 33 years it’s needed reconditioning yearly (which I’ve often failed to do) and regular maintenance. Even though I often was late with that, the Simmons’ family always kept my watch in pristine fashion. Amazingly enough, not only are they perfectionists, but very inexpensive. As a matter of fact, they quoted me the price for my watch, but not the taxes. I arrived with the cash and was happy to add the tax on my debit card, but they refused to accept it!!! WHAT!!!!! Never, ever will I go elsewhere. Those who leave bogus, unflattering, terrible ratings have to live under a rock! SIMMONS JEWELRY is trustworthy, honorable, and 100% on point. THANKS Simmons family!

Went in today with my mom to look at some additions for her Rolex. The woman behind the counter started talking about how no one can get a job at the Rolex at the mall unless they speak Spanish. She said that as an American citizen this annoys her.We were quick to wrap things up and get out of there. We would never give our business to such a racist person. News flash: Americans also speak Spanish. It was bizarre and I would avoid this place.

Very dishonest, bad service, and ripped me off. Dont sell jewelry to them or take jewelry to them for repairs. Thought I could trust this business; used them for about two decades. I do not recommend this place for anything. Use Crown Jewelers for repairs or do your research, and get a few quotes if you are selling items. It is criminal what they did to me! I did not report them and probably should have; my problems happened over three years ago with them, in two different situations selling a Rolex and getting a unique ring repaired. BEWARE!!! Late review!

I went in to Simmons Jewelers to get my leather watch band replaced a few weeks ago. Robin stated that she didnt have the band in stock therefore she had to order one for me. It took about a week to get it in. I then went in to the store last week to drop off my watch to get the band replaced. I didnt realize they were going to replace it while I waited (it only took a few minutes to replace). That is great customer service! Robert was even able to keep my existing watch buckle as it was silver since the band came with a gold buckle. I would highly recommend Simmons Jewelers for any watch band replacements and repairs. The owners are very easygoing and have been in Winter Park-Park Ave. for several years.

Very helpful staff; repaired a delicate antique ring for a very inexpensive price and very quickly. Have used them before - they are very knowledge owners.

Very bad service!!! I went in with my wife and I agreed on buying a diamond he wanted cash so I said give me till tomorrow and will give you the cash. Told me he cannot do the deal he wanted more money after we shook hands also had a receipt for the diamond. Wife now is crying about what happened. Would not trust him he is a very bad business man, also a drunk.

My experience with this family business was several years ago, but the same people/family still run the business today. They did something so dishonest and unethical that it was nothing short of theft. They sold me a Rolex watch with substitute internal mechanisms. There was no denying they were fully aware and responsible.The piece never kept time well, and they even serviced the watch a couple years after the sale. Again, still not working well, I sent it out to the Rolex Service Center in Dallas. They confirmed the inner mechanisms were not authentic Rolex.

They are wonderful. I have used a family jeweler in Tampa for many years and moved to WP. I found them 2 years ago when I needed some work done and batteries changed. They are so prompt and courteous.This last time I had a battery changed and the bezel broke and they had to replace it. This is very expensive, but they did it and didnt charge me.WOW!! Is all I can say. I will be a life long customer.

I brought in a Baum & Mercier watch that went through the washing machine (dont ask) and I thought it was all washed up. The watchmaker cleaned it and put in a new battery, and now my watch keeps perfect time for a grand total of $35. Had I sent it back to Baum Mercier, it would have cost at least $500. Because of the honesty and professionalism at Simmons Jewelers, I now know where to go when I need to buy new jewelry or get my jewelry fixed.
